The price! How clean it was, aswell as how friendly the guy was who worked the front desk. Would definitely stay here again.

I mean, I really can’t complain too much. This is just if I’m being picky as the price was just so reasonable for how clean it was. If I’m picky the outside area does smell like you are physically inside a cigarette. If I had to suggest one thing it would be to clean the ashtrays that reside outside every door extremely often and the smell would be a little more tolerable. Inside the room though wasn’t too bad as they had already added a dehumidifier that took the cigarette smell out of our room.

Great location, both for seeing the Outer Banks and also when you open the curtain the sun is rising between the trees on the side of the car park. Room was massive and modern with a kitchenette. Huge TV, big comfy beds, good WiFi and lots of restaurants nearby. It was also really cheap and we didn’t hear noise from other rooms - only when other guests were outside on the walkways.

Towels might have got mixed up with a weird detergent, as one or two had a very strong smell of maybe vinegar? Bathroom a little dated but added to the charm and the shower was very good. Slightly weird using the kitchenette in place of a bathroom sink but not a big deal

The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable! The location was perfect for our stay to see “The Lost Colony.” Restaurants were easily accessible with great menus. El Shaddai is the reason I returned because it’s next door with great Peruvian food.

The sink faucet handle came apart but we were able to turn on the hot and cold water. A mirror near the sink would have allowed us ladies to do our makeup more easily! The shower controls and toilet seat were loose and could be easily repaired.

There was no breakfast. Location was excellent for my activities in Manteo

There is great water pressure at the tub faucet however it does not translate to the shower heads. The use of water saver shower heads provides little to no pressure at the shower head. Very very poor pressure. So little pressure that it's difficult to rinse your body.

The room was clean, and the bed mattress was comfortable.. a decent mini fridge to keep your travel food cool and allow your travel ice packs to refreeze. A decent value motel that I'd stay at again

The ducting allowed voices to carry from other rooms. Not necessarily clear enough to understand the conversation, but you were aware other folks were around.

It was quiet, easy to access from the road, very convenient distance to the places that we ventured to and easy to check out.

My room had little baby roaches but only a couple. Maybe could be expected in the summer, when its hot and humid. My room was 214 and my friend's room was 109. They didn't see any bugs in their room at all so maybe they are only in the wing upstairs we were in.

Spot was clean, comfortable, conveniently located. Definitely a good value for a few days away!

Room was clean, but had a stale/smoky odor. Bed was a little creaky. Not enough lights or outlets. Fridge was awkwardly placed, difficult to close, would function better by reversing the door.

Very nice well maintained very clean easy check in very quick. Only complain is I wish it had better ac but all and all I would stay here a hundred times over wish I would have know how night it was before I paid more on other hotel

Better ac beds could have been a little softer but not a deal breaker I like more of a softer bed but can deal with it nothing to bad.

The gentleman who was working all over (Wow) on top of everything there very Polite & accommodating. The room had dehumidifier and very clean! Room was very large & roomy. Refrigerator was oddly located in room but worked great. The Price to valve this is where you need to stay. Oh, our shower was very weak, our friends shower wasn't weak. So no biggie. Thanks for making our stay so nice!
