The staff greeted us with smiles on their faces and offered us one of three rooms. We chose the 4th floor and and was very happy. We had a King size bed with a desk and chair as well as a comfy chair and ottoman. The balcony view was wonderful. Although the building and room furniture is a little dated, the reception area was appealing and our room had a fresh coat of paint and what appeared to be new carpet. We had freshly made waffles and eggs for breakfast. No complaints here.

Every thing we needed was right there. No issues.

It was a really great stay. Perfect for my family. If you’re looking for 5 star you will end up complaining. It’s cute and comfortable and you get what you pay for. The staff were all very sweet. The pool was amazing. The free breakfast was perfect. I saw another person complain about soggy waffles, but you make your own waffles so ours turned out perfect!

I feel like the hotel could use a little love but it’s clearly a beach hotel with high foot traffic. They’re doing amazing with what they’re working with.

I rate this property 9 out of 10!!! This property was amazing place to stay on our weekend vacation! The energy of the place was amazing! All the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome! I had accidentally spilled some coffee at the coffee station and one of the staff members was nice enough to take care of the mess for me and I loved her genuine attitude about it. We brought our dog with us also and all the staff (including other guest )were friendly and welcoming to him. The staff even offered him a dog treat which I thought was cute and sweet of them. The room and overall property was really clean looking and always smelled fresh. Last but not least the scenery of the beach right behind the property was BEAUTIFUL!! We had ended up taking a brisk walk along the beach with our dog. This property will definitely be on our list of places to stay when we are in the area!

The breakfast was delicious but a little mediocre. I was really expecting some more hot food options like omlettes, cheese eggs,potatoes, etc. instead just plain scrambled eggs and sausage. They did have a waffle maker which was a plus but just wanted some other options. Also the elevator was super slow but I guess you can’t really help that so much. Besides that it’s a great and comfortable place to stay.

Beautiful location on the beach. Our room had an amazing view with balcony access. Breakfast and breakfast staff were great. When we checked in the shower wouldn't drain but maintenance responded quickly, he was very friendly, and fixed it right away. The majority of the staff we encountered were spectacular.

The hotel has 2 elevators and one was out of service when we arrived on Thursday. It was still out of service on Monday when we left. Our room was on the 5th floor and we used the stairs instead due to the wait time for an elevator. In case you are curious 56 steps lol. As for staffing, there was one front desk person we encountered on Friday that was not as friendly or approachable as the others we engaged with during our stay, so if we needed anything we waited until other staff arrived.

Location was wonderful. Easy to drive to. Right on the beach. Non-beachfront room, but could still see the ocean from the window in room. Pool was nice and cool. Front desk checked in several times to make sure if we needed anything. Several bathrooms to use (outside and inside right off beach/pool). Breakfast was great. Coupon books in lobby. Room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Cable TV. Large TV.

Building is very outdated. Floors uneven. Definitely needs some upgrades. Beds tilted a bit so that you were slightly inverted (head lower than body). Had to use several pillows to prevent this or sleep on opposite end of the bed. Definitely could use larger beds as full/double size were very small. Room is large enough to accommodate at least 2 queens. We had to go buy an air mattress for 3 people. No balcony unless you were ocean view. Bathtub was gritty.

I liked that they are dog-friendly and that it is located by the beachfront. The breakfast is superb: consists of scrambled eggs, sausages, potatos, muffins, breads, waffle, cereals, yogurt and fruits. It is clean and the pool and beach access area is beautiful and relaxing. The incidentals or security deposit is only less than $40. They didn't charge me for any pet fee. It says no available parking but they do have free parking.

Great location on the beach with a large picture window overlooking the ocean. Great view with a small balcony. Chairs and a small table were provided. It was March so we only walked out on the balcony occasionally. The room had been remodeled and was very clean. Not the best workmanship when it came to finish work. Room doors and elevator doors were small. It had a nice large (43") tv with a better than average cable provider. Internet was easily obtained and good for surfing but very slow if you needed to download and impossible if download was large. Front desk personnel were very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Breakfast had a good variety including cereal, pancakes, yogurt, bagels, juices and sausage and eggs. From the looks of things, I suspect that the eggs were powdered and the sausage probably wasn't pork.

Breakfast was fine except the bacon. Not tasty. Waffles are very good. The gentleman that works there is very nice and does a great job with everything.

The staff could have handled the plumbing problem themselves instead of handing the bucket and plunger to my daughter’s boyfriend. Totally unacceptable. Received text from staff asking If they could do anything to improve our stay. I told her about plumbing and got an apology.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a reservation with another hotel that ended up falling through (the other hotel upon booking claimed to be pet friendly but when I got there they said no pets). I had to immediately find another hotel. Comfort Inn was available with reasonable rates and the front office staff were so kind. They even upgraded us to oceanfront which I appreciated since I was with my son and he loved the water.

The hotel could use some upgrading. They were repainting some of the floors, but the rooms were a bit dated. Other than that, everything else was great.

All staff were friendly. Coffee station in lobby was clean and well stocked.

People with Dogs should have destinated elevator. Dog friendly rooms should not be rooms given to people without DOGS. The rooms need updating ASAP. Bathroom was awful. The doorknob in bathroom was broken and raggedy. The tub/shower area was uninviting. It looked as though there was a terrible fight in the tub area. Scuff marks everywhere from walls to ceiling.
