Breakfast at Aviator was good. The room was as advertised online. Spacious and comfortable. Good TV selections. The view was perfect. Ocean side 5th floor balcony. Exactly what we were hoping for. The staff through out the hotel were all wonderful. The pier was beautiful too.

The dinners at the Aviator was not as good as the breakfast. But the service was good.

Great location. When you first walk in it was very impressively decorated and smelled so clean. The fish tanks were gorgeous and exceptionally clean.

There was nothing about the property that we did not like.

The room was clean I checked with a blue light. The halls were clean, the colors were bright and cheerful. Bathrooms were updated. The lobby fish tanks were beautiful and the entry area was delightful. It has a snack bar that also sells wine.bottles. Lobby had lovely sitting areas and t.v.'s. The beach was right outside from hotel with wash area, garden, pool and deck with a view of the beach. Dogs are allowed with a fee on the first floor only. Hotel was quiet, before memorial day even with dogs.

I did not like the inside pool area. It was not as clean as it could be. The jacuzzi had algae and the jets were not on at all. But there was a key required to get it for safety.

I did not eat much of the food but I was hesitant to book at a chain hotel for a beach vacation but it had what I wanted, an ocean front view. I was afraid it would feel like a work trip staying in a hotel but it has a little bit of a resort vibe and I loved it!

We had a teenager that slept a lot, I’m not sure if housekeeping tried to come by with just him in there but I did have to dispose of our own trash and I could never find a trash can in the place big enough for say a bag of DoorDash trash for a family of 4

Had a king bed and a sitting area in separate room. Spacious. Loved that we had two sinks. Choice of a super soft pillow or a firmer pillow. Keurig in room with complimentary coffee was nice.

Only one of the two elevators was working.

Convenience and view. Great place to stay! Love it here.

If to complain, the pool area was in dissaray. Even if wind event caused furniture to turn over and what not someone could take time to tidy up area. It was the same all weekend. Only other complaint are the pillows, or choice there of. They were not comfortable to me but I prefer a firmer pillow. I'll just bring one next time.

The front desk staff did an amazing job! The young man who helped me was bright and cheery even though the hour was late and was kind enough to provide me with another key shortly after arrival due to the fact I locked myself out. Easy in, easy out.

Breakfast was a little late for the working man and the bar closed a bit early...but it was a Monday, so no real complaints.

The beach was semi busy, but quiet. Easy access to the beach. The hotel was clean and up to date.

The bottom floor beachside has no view and no privacy. The sidewalk is In Front of the patio. If you like to be social the bottom floor is great. For me I could have been up a floor. Privacy and maybe some type of view besides the sidewalk and pool.

Very helpful front desk service from Chris, Jemimah and Lesley. Very professional. Also, the Aviator restaurant provided good meals and courteous young ladies who served us. Kudos to the restaurant manager and chefs! Staff on our floor was also very helpful. Must put in a good word for Patty who worked on the Kitty Hawk Pier. Very nice lady. Our room was very clean- and our ocean front view was excellent as was the beach for swimming.

Elevators not always working properly for our four- day stay.

Loved my ocean front room. Could watch the sunrise from the balcony drinking my coffee. Room was very clean. The young lady who checked us in, Ashley, was very friendly. Loved the outdoor seating area and that there was a restaurant/bar inside and a small convenient store. It was a great location near restaurants and easy access to the bypass and beach roads.
