The checkin process was very quick. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and kind. Mr Salim (if I'm not mistaken) was really kind and always ready to help and assist when needed. He helped us in getting simcard/taxi and guided us with what to do in Bursa. The staff at the breakfast were kind as well. The Hotel is located in the middle of the Bazaar making it really easy to access everywhere in the city. The hotel had taxi station near to it and metro station as well. Everywhere was 10-15 minutes with taxi. Zaafer Plaza and meydan were near the hotel making it a safe area to walk around during the night.

We had an issue with the phone in our room. We couldn't call the reception to ask or request needed stuff. We informed the reception but they were not able to help. The toilet was a bit old and needed maintenance (flush was not working well.) The breakfast was a 7/10. The wifi was on and off disconnecting.

The location of the hotel is in the Bazaar, close to the center of the city. The hotel is on a pedestrian area, in the bazaar streets. The room was big and the wifi ok. The personnel very helpful.

For us was very hard to find the parking of the hotel and the hotel itself because we had a car. The address on Google Maps indicates other hotel... Finally, asking people around we were able to find it and they showed us the entrance of the parking as the hotel was on pedestrian road. They should provide more info regarding the entrance in the parking area, as the center was awfully busy.

I have rated this property as exceptional because of the helpfulness of the staff. I was travelling on my own and wanted to use public transport to get around. In one instance, the manager phoned on my behalf, making an appointment for me and identified the bus I needed to take. My bedroom and bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. There was ample choice at breakfast and the serving staff were friendly. The hotel is in a great central location near to public transport, Bursa's market, 15 mins walk from the grand Mosque.

Spacious room, clean, new. The bed are comfortable. We have a very good nite sleep for 2 nites.The staffs are very helpful with the info and calling for taxi. The hotel is next to shopping area, and near to Koza Han, Grand Bazar, and the Ulu Camii Mosque. And nostalgic tram. The breakfast also good.

No facial tissue in the room. Only toilet roll in the bathroom. And a slight pool of water at centre of the bathroom after we showered or using the sink. Very minimal issue but if can settle it will be the best hotel to stay in Bursa.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The road in front of the hotel was for pedestrians and there was no noise in our room. It was very nice to be walking distance to touristic and important areas in the city. The parking lot is a minute walk from the hotel, and we were pleased that there was parking opportunity in such a busy area. I came from Germany to visit my family for a short time, we wanted to make a short trip to Bursa and everything about the accommodation satisfied us. We had a peaceful time there. Thank you for everything, we will definitely stay at B Loft Hotel on our next visits.

Really friendly staff. All requests were met. Selim was especially helpful. Bed linen was exceptional, and the bed was super comfortable. Great shower. We had the family room, which was very doacuous with a walk-in wardrobe and double sinks in the bathroom. Location very central. Close, walking distance to Grande mosque of Bursa, market places, Green mosque, and other tourist attractions.. Good breakfast with nice selections of continental and Turkish options. Hot and cold food , salads, fresh fruit, and yoghurt. Lift, and a few steps up to the lift.

It would have been good to have some light switches and plug points near the 2nd bed. Also, all the lights were either on or off , so again, it would have been nice to have some more lighting options, but this wasn't a big issue. We required extra bright lighting because my sister is registered blind, and Selim quickly sorted this out for us.

The breakfast is in the basement and the lightening is dim Taxi cannot reach the hotel due to road closure in specific time You have to Park in a nearby parking lot which is 1 minute walk

I really love the rooms. So beautiful and comfortable. I also want to thank to Mr Selim who help me arrange transport for me and families to tour in Bursa. Mr Selim is very helpful and i love his smile. The driver is very good and patient. InsyaAllah, next time, i want the same driver. This hotel just walking distance to Koza Han and walking distance to city area. Got, one restaurant which sell very delicious iskander kebab with reasonable price, Inegol Koftecisi Salih. For my next trip, i will booked B Loft again and will enjoy Iskander Kebab in Bursa. Love it

I have problem with the kettle. The kettle which provided in my room is broken and i ask to change it. But, i keep receive the broken kettle until the third times i ask, then i get the new kettle. I not sure what's wrong with this bell boy ( i not sure his position title in B Loft Hotel). He not friendly and from his face, i can see he facing some trouble or stress, maybe. My suggestion, B Loft management can send him for training. The breakfast given is not variety. Simple turkish menu breakfast, but yet, still delicious. I still enjoy it. For breakfast, can B loft management add more variety menu of Turkish food? Thank you

The room is clean and the size just nice, enough space for us to open our luggage and perform prayer. Breakfast just ok, i cant say much on this. Maybe i’m not a fan of Turkish breakfast. The hotel location is great. Near to bus stop & Kozahan. So far the staff during our check in is so helpful (we checked in at night). If i come back to Bursa, i may consider to repeat my stay in this hotel.

The breakfast location was at -1 floor and the lighting is like you having romantic dinner. I would prefer if they use white light instead of warm light for breakfast.

Location is great.. the hotel is located in the main bazaar street with the tramway passing along the street. It takes you through all entrances of koza han all the way to the end to reach the modern Zafer plaza mall with several nice cafes and the view of the mountain and the old walls .. from the other side , the hotel is 50 meters away from taxi stop which proved very handy and, unlike Istanbul, strictly uses the taxi meter. The room was clean, beds are comfy & breakfast was ok.

No espresso or American coffee in breakfast buffet.
