The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The only thing that can be improved in the room, is to have a full length mirror! also a mirror over the table thats in the room. While my husband was in the bathroom, i had know where to do my hair and make up, i had to wait for my husband to finish and use the one bathroom mirror.

As a very reasonably priced, centrally located three star Accor hotel, the Ibis met all our needs. The dog was welcome, there was an elevator and air conditioning, and restaurants and pastry shops were convenient. Plus Nespresso machines in the rooms. Parking was easy.

We liked everything.

The suite was adequate for the short stay √ a bonus for us was the TV had some english channels √ and the air Con was welcome, But most of all was your receptionist LUCI a big smile all through out our stay. Well done Luci √ 👍

More choice in the breakfast cereal (But that's just for me)

Amazing staff, good location, totally loved that at checkout they gave us crisp cold water - good idea during the heat wave. For gluten allergic - they provided me with pre packaged GF bread and cookies - really nice touch!

Good breakfast, but a bit slow on the refill

Jean on reception was so accommodating and friendly. He helped us navigate our way around cognac and was always polite and friendly when he saw us. Fantastic location and close walk to bars, restaurants, shops and the beautiful river.

For our 4 day stay we could have benefitted from a bit more wardrobe space such as a couple of draws or an extra shelf. The top shelf was really dusty so we had to clean it before using it

Both the receptionist ladies were lovely. They helped us with restaurant recommendations and something about the history of the town! We got a heads up before we arrived about a farmers demonstration, which was helpful to us to plan our arrival time. Parking was right outside, too!

Location was great for walking into Cognac. 5 mins to centre. Bed was really comfy and a nice room. Free parking across from hotel was a great bonus. No complaints. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

Excellent location and a great base to tour the town. Very clean, helpful and efficient staff. Bar and excellent and free cartons of water on request

No coffee or tea facilities in the room but bar facilities great

Perfect location with parking directly opposite the hotel. Very comfortable rooms. No tea/coffee maker which was the only disappointment. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I stay in Cognac for work a lot-this is the first time I stayed here-really excellent hotel-comfortable beds, AC/heating for comfort-needed in summer-great staff, parking over the street, central, great shower-super clean-top
