8 nights, lovely hotel, fresh new modern clean so loved that. Rooms very small but for 1 week fine. Beds were ok with mattress topper but I pre ordereded as I have an illness n body gets very sore easily so requested and was happy I did. Otherwise bed be too hard for me. So not a very comfy hotel bed. But happy enough with topper Location excellent in center everything. Shops bars etc. 1st night very nousy did nt sleep night club across road so staff moved me across way to a fantastic view and no noise was perfect. Shower very good. Food & drinks good. Pool area very good. No water available when we arrived at 1am so wud n a nice touch to have a bottle water in fridge for us as after all travelling expected water to b available thank God near by shop still open!! Other feedback was the transfer home. I went to book it day b4 and was told it is to b booked 3 days in advance! It would been nice if we were informed of that on arrival or at time of booking the transfer as I booked it 1 way and they wud have known this. We got a public bus to airport 8e! Other than that lovely hotel. Express trip to Soller made my whole week was absolutely fabulous 53e each. Beds cud be comfier. No water on arrival. Small rooms but manageable.

Perfect location, right next to the beach and close to all restaurants, bars etc. A good variable choice at the breakfast, even though the quality should be better for a 4 star hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious with a big balcony. Comfy beds and TV. Nice outdoor sitting area with swimming pool In general we had a pleasant stay and it's a nice Hotel.

For a 4 star Hotel, you would expect there are more products like hair conditioner etc in the shower, where there was only cheap already installed shampoo, and better toilet paper. The room and balcony were nice, BUT if you're on the lower floors, you get a very ugly view of the back"yard". The towels in the room were not clean when we checked in.

Location is close to the beach, staff were friendly and the breakfast was the best. Biggest breakfast with many options. Clean and aircon worked great. We only stayed for one night. Convenient parking just down the strreet for free.

Pool is a great size with lots of sun. Unfortunately, there is no management for people leaving their towels on the pool chairs for hours on end without returning. Annoying. the price was okay, but a bit on the high end. However, it was peak season and included breakfast for 2. So not horrible.

- only one small elevator operating for 8 floors during our whole stay - beds are uncomfortable - early dinner times

Hotel is very clean, there are many different facilities. Outdoor pool is great (exactly like in the photos), as well as the indoor pool and spa. The huge beach is like 5 minutes away from hotel. The best thing about hotel is definitely a breakfast, the range of dishes is varied and everything is very delicious.

Stuff could have been a little more friendly (service at the reception).

Great breakfast, quiet little room with a balcony (even the AC was very quiet), good swimming pool, perfect location if you want to stay in C'an Picafort

Avoid the airport shuttle at all cost! I ended up staying on that crowded bus for 3 hours until it finally dropped me off at 2:15 AM. The regular (and cheaper) bus seems to be a much better option or even a taxi if you can afford it. For some reason there are no trays available at breakfast which is pretty inconvenient since it makes you have to go back and forth between your table and the food. If you choose to eat on the terrace then it's a pretty long trip that could easily be avoided.

no water in the room after a flight have a small snack for late arrivals in lieu half board dinner , they should give you dinner last day cost of water was ridiculous, however bar was cheap entertainment could be better

It was very central ,very clean ,staff were lovely, towels changed every day and pool towels changed 3times a week , breakfast was lovely didn't have evening meal ,nice hotel and would stay again

Rooms are a bit small but adequate no view from our room but we didn't ask for one first room was very noisy so move to different one and that was fine

Love their half board. Food always great. Staff are amazing. Very clean. Entertainment good especially the acrobats who were amazing.

New mattresses are a bit too hard for my bad back sadly. Am sure for normal people beds will be comfortable. Snack bar is advertised but won’t be open for lunch/snacks until around the 24th April.

The breakfast was super nice with a lot of choices. They made a lot of fresh food and amazing pancakes. The facilities of the hotel were always clean. We had a small problem with the room and they fixed it while we were on the dinner (less than few hours). We felt super comfortable and we highly recommend the place. The beach was just one block away and the water was to dream about.
