Not my first stay here. Have been staying here since 2017 whenever I'm with a large group. The no.1 reason for staying here beside the fantastic facilities is the location. Just a 10 minute walk to Carrefour, 5 minute walk to Gambara Metro and 5 minute walk to the best value restaurant in Milan (garden city restaurant). In the mornings there's cafes and pastry shops also within 5 minute walk from the apartments. I always consider the Gambara district more of a locals only area hence the facilities provided and with very reasonable prices for a city like Milan

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—central and easily accessible. The price was very reasonable, and the cleanliness of the apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless and well-maintained.

The only downside was that the key couldn’t be picked up after 9 PM, which was a bit inconvenient for late arrivals. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again!

They were very spacious apartments which was great for the family. Also quite well equipped, nice and light and good to have a balcony. Location was also very good as it was only 5 mins walk from the metro and 10 mins walk from a supermarket. Nice that the apartment blocks are in their own grounds which are well maintained and creates a nice quiet ambiance. Reception staff were very prompt and efficient in dealing with an issue caused by other (very noisy) guests; cleaning staff and other residents were very friendly. Thank you. Would we stay again? Yes.

We could have done with oven gloves and tea towels as, for us, we didn’t need to use the dishwasher much. Although Dreams Hotel do their best to maintain a quiet ambiance by requesting guests don’t make noise after 10pm - which is great, sounds do carry from other apartments because of their design. What’s worse is when the request is totally disregarded by guests!

Very spacious, great facilities.

Pretty much an absolute unit of an apartment. Everything one needs can be found here - refrigerator, iron (with iron board), oven, cutlery, kitchen sink, AC, bathroom with bidet and bath tub, washing machine. Location is the biggest catch, a stone’s throw from the Gambara subway station.

The apartment we booked is located in a quiet place, in a green courtyard, it is spacious. Clean apartment and well equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast or dinner. We appreciate the balcon as well.

For us, the location was not suitable because it is guiet far from the City centre and the central train station. Also, the check-in conditions, instead of physically picking up the keys, we preferred online check in, based on a code, so as not to depend o the reception time, knowing that sometimes delays can occur that you cannot control. I was surprised by the request to show my credit card at the reception, as I had already paid for the accommodation, I have never encountered this situation.

It's a big apartment and really warm, the balcony has a good view, the kitchen is perfect and ready to use, the bathroom is really spacious, the beds were comfortable, the check in and out were really simple, they keep your bags after and is only 15 min from the Duomo in Meter

Very big, clean, nice shower and good Internet. It was perfectly located for what I had to do

No self check-in and reception until 9 pm only. I didn’t know about that until I had booked unfortunately.

The apartment is HUGE. So much space. I slept on the couch and my friends in the double bed and I think the couch was more comfortable, softer. Also the aircon is only in the living room so the night was perfect. (For me, they instead got a bit warm in the bedroom on a July night)

Here was the weirdest way to flush the toilet I encountered in my whole life and it was not very effective. It was a handle you kept turning anti-clockwise. ALSO not mentioned anywhere until you arrive is a sign on the kitchen wall "50€ penalty" if you leave the kitchen dirty. We weren't planning to, but at least be more upfront/transparent about it, the sign is ridiculously tiny and unsuspecting, we noticed it on the second morning only.

Everything was excellent, very clean. Also location good.
