The hotel is clean, staff very friendly and help us when questions. Bath is large, AC works well, rom was cleaned everyday, towel change every. In front of the hotel you have a small terrace if you want to drink and smoke. Tram and bus station are in 1 min walk the hotel, across the street. Near the hotel s a good restaurant to eat and drink. Good value for the money.

Sometimes the noise from the other rooms was loud, they are not well isolated in therms of noise.We can hear our neighbours speaking at the phone.

A perfect accommodation for few days to visit Venice. With bus/tram stop 1 min away of hotel to and from Venice/Mestre. Reading the other reviews, I don't know if it was just my luck or random chance. But.. the space was perfect for what I needed. A warm shower, cleanliness, restful bed. I can't really praise the pillows, otherwise, many greetings to the room service. I had clean towels every day. Also, the front desk staff was very friendly and communicative. Everything was ok. Super

The location was nice, close to the bus stop, quiet neighborhood. The room was quiet as well, there was a bath in the bathroom and fridge was working as well. Breakfast was good overall, provided with toasts, ham, cheese, croissants, juices, cakes, yoghurt.

You can see the hotel is not of the newest ones, furniture may be a little bit older than you expected. Also, in the morning we found out that the thermostat was not working during the night so we woke up freezing a little bit, but I think that can be solved quickly if necessary.

The hotel is close-by to restaurants and shops, which is great if you're looking to avoid the crowds in Venice itself (which is a 20-30min bus journey away from the hotel, yet the bus can be caught so very close to this hotel, which is great). Our room in the hotel was good, with a nice sized bathroom, and, breakfast in the morning was always plentiful.

The biggest shock was that, upon arrival, we were asked to pay a city-tax for each night of our stay, which wasn't included in the booking.com price, nor had we seen it mentioned anywhere...so, just be prepared for this upon arrival at the hotel. And, once inside the room, the walls were quite thin, as we could hear people in the adjoining room.

We had a one-night stay in this hotel before continuing our road trip. The staff is friendly and helpful! Location is perfect, Bus and Tram station are just in front of the Hotel. We enjoyed tea in the nice weather in the garden of the hotel. It was great to take a night walk near the hotel.

Since the room is very small, movement is a bit limited.

The room was clean and the cleaning was every day. The air-conditioning works properly. The free parking is just near the hotel. Also, you could find restaurant, shop and bus station near the hotel. The kettle was new. I was in the room with an old mattress but just during this period, the mattresses on the floor were changed. I think that the next residents will be lucky on the new mattress. The hotel is doing everything in their power to make quality better.

Wi Fi connection was not strong. Some elements in the room needs to be updated.

The room was very, very clean and the hotel located in a quiet area. The staff was respectful and friendly. The young lady at the reception was extremely kind and even helped us with information about which bus to take to get to Venice. We parked our motorcycle in front of the hotel where they have a car park and everything was ok . Nothing to worry about :)

Nice stay at Laguna Hotel residence I really enjoyed my time here. The location in Mestre is very convenient, especially if you're planning to visit Venice. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

I like that they were well informed about everything that was happening around them and they did not have any problem when I said that I would be later than midnight The second stay was also staff friendly; you could ask them anything, and they were happy to help.

There is Nothing to say here I have only a positive opinion about staying at this place
