Score nine only because of breakfast, which could be more varied, but still okay. Everything else was beyond our expectations. Staff was exceptional, huge thanks to Sandra and guy from reception, who was there for our every question, and lady who kept our room perfectly clean every day. All recommendations!!!

First impressions were pleasing. Use of swimming pool. Breakfast provided. Secure storage area for luggage. Roof top bar had amazing views and a free welcome drink was provided. Close to the Valletta ferry and plenty of local buses. Plenty of eating places within 5 minute walk.

Our booking was with Urban rooms and the entrance area was a bit tatty. Swimming pool was actually across a main road and was not exclusively for hotel guests. Breakfast provided in main hotel restaurant. No facilities within the hotel to shower if you had a late departure.( this could be done at the swimming pool)

- the room was clean, everyday we had a new towels etc.. also has a Coffee machine, Tea machine, mini fridge.. - the staff was really kind and helpful with passport we have left in safe deposit in our room..they sent it back to our country :) -really close to Valletta -a lot of buses around us, direct to the Airport -the supermarket opposite to entrace is opened till midnight -wellness was for free (we didnt know about that, the receptionist told us this when we check in, but we didnt use it,we didnt have a swimming costume, never mind:) ) -the breakfast was good, I just missed some alternative of cow milk -the price and quality of room was excelent

I liked the location, both in the centre and out of the way at the same time. The breakfast and the restaurant were nice. The reception staff was kind and helpful.

These rooms are in another building than where you check in and after seeing the nice reception, going in the other building was a disappointment. The lift was quite scary as it was quite old and shaky. One day a repairman wanted to come in to check the bathroom while we were in the room even though we didn't have a problem. I thought it was weird. We informed the reception about it.

Excellent place to stay. We spent few days in January, it is great value for money to stay here and make daily tours in La Valeta, enjoying the good weather for walking and sightseeing. The breakfast on the balcony on the 9th floor is extraordinary with magnificent view. I must mention Sandra, but also all other dining staff, who specially made us enjoy the cappuccino at the end of the breakfast.

You must bring slippers with you if you come during the winter period, as the tiles floor is pretty cold. It was a bit chilly during the bath due to lack of proper heating (in January). But everything else was just perfect.

We stayed at a 3-star apartment building of a 4-star hotel . The two were very close to each other in neighbouring streets int the heart of Gźira. The staff of the hotel were helpful, especially when we had some issues. The restaurant was just opposite our building. The opportunity of the pool at the other side of the street of the hotel.

We asked a family room for three adults and we had to ask for a glass as they prepared it for two people. We could not use the jacuzzi as it was being repaired or reconstructed.

Excellent place! Great location to explore the island. We came to Malta for a carnival in February. The weather was amazing. The hotel is located close to a ferry terminal to Valletta- 5 min max a ferry ride and you are in Valletta. It was cheaper and more sensible option ( time wise) to travel by Bolt taxi. The hotel has really good facilities- great breakfast with a view to the sea! You also get access to a sauna etc. rooms are clean and modern with a coffee machine. We loved everything!

We didn’t get a refill of coffee and milk, went to the room service and they apologised.

Great location, short walk to Sleima, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, supermarket right outside. Pool area is amazing, lots of loungers

Staff weren’t friendly on arrival. They could have smiled and been more welcoming. Be mindful the lobby/breakfast area, pool and hotel rooms are 3 different locations, it’s not as pictured. The pool area is across the road and the rooms are up the street.

There wasn't any hand sanitizer at breakfast. We asked for some and a lovely waitress searched for some but couldn't find any. I overheard her asking a supervisor about it, and the supervisor said that there isn't any and that the waitress should NOT go get more. Pretty strange, especially with the amount of coughing and sneezing people touching the same things at the breakfast buffet. We had to go get our own hand sanitizer from our room across the street.

That was an amazing stay, better than we thought. The staff from Urban Rooms (and 115) was very kind, always responding fast to our answers on booking messages, help us with airport transfer at our very late arrival (big thanks also to our amazing driver). The room was perfectly located in Sliema, very close to main attractions, to bus stations 13A, 13, 14, 15, 16 to St Julian, Valletta, or bus 202 to Mdina, Rabat, or TD2 and X2 to airport etc. Near the Urban rooms there is a supermarket open 6.30 to 24 daily where you can find all you need. It was very very clean, thanks to Gizzella, and the room has (almost) everything you needed: safe, fridge, coffe machine, watter from the house, iron and iron table, tea, coffee etc Also the breakfast (served on 115 rooftop) was delicious. There was no hairdryer in the room but was not an issue. Also our stay was to short to enjoy also hotel spa or Aqualuna entrance.
