We booked here for a softball tournament in Algonquin about 11 miles away because of the exceptional price. We hit a Home Run staying here! What a nice, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was super friendly and the morning breakfast was terrific. I could not have asked for a better stay for my daughter and I. Be sure if you get a get a chance to check out the Amerian Bar & Cafe across the road. Absolutely terrific food. Try the mozzarella triangles and their award winning ribs.

Location! Location, Location! Plus the property is in a quiet area even though it is right off the freeway! The staff from front desk, house keeping, and even maintenance were just so nice and accommodating! we have stayed at the Country Inn in nearby Schaumburg area and loved it so this location is a close 2nd!! And we felt safe as well here.

Hmmmm... nothing! Everything was great....maybe the continental breakfast could be better but you know, it's is "continental " so what was there was good!

This hotel in in an awesome location with everything being nearby. From the coffee shops to the gas stations and restaurants. It was awesome to see how I was walking distance from these places. The pool was awesome too. Got to refresh myself in there a couple of times. The breakfast was awesome. Shout out to the lady running it all, it was nice and clean and she always had it filled with freshly cooked food!

If anything, I would have to be picky to say stuff I didn’t like. I liked everything! The only thing I could probably think of that I didn’t like is that my pillow wasn’t as comfortable. I wish they had housekeeping as other hotels I have been too. Other than that, that’s not really much of an issue because the stay was great.

The cleanliness of the lobby area, the size of the rooms! The bed was nice but could have been a little more soft but we had a good night's rest! The staff up front was very nice and even the housekeeping staff was great! I loved there was a microwave and fridge in the room! Lighting was fine and the room was very comfortable!

Every staff member that i dealt with was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. The breakfast was hot, nice selection of foods. Even the staff in the breakfast area went out of her way to please me and make sure we had fresh coffee, etc. The room was clean and quiet.

The price of the pet fee was higher than most places. I stayed for 4 nights with 2 pets, and the fee was extremely high. Should not be charged for each pet and for each night separately, this added up to be very expensive for 1 cat and 1 tiny dog.

Loved the staff from front desk to housekeeping! The rooms super clean, loved the fridge and microwave having both was a plus! The hallways were clean and smelled good. The breakfast was a continental type but good, loved the dining area turned social area in the evening. Parking was good as well

They have an excellent setup when traveling with a dog. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast included many options that were nicely presented. Our room was near the pool and appeared to have been recently updated. Some of the other reviews were nitpicking in my opinion. Ok, there were a couple of chips in the tub coating. Big whoop. The shower worked great. I don't think it's reasonable to expect a hotel to keep the room carpet spotless when people clomp around in filthy shoes. I bet they don't do that in their own house. The room, carpet, and bathroom were at least as clean as our house and perfectly acceptable. Cleaning staff have a lot of work to do and must do it quickly. Realize that many people are absolute pigs in a hotel room. There's only a few hours between checkouts and new people checking in. Might they miss something occasionally? Of course. They're human. Might there be a bug in a room occasionally. Yes. Most folks will find a bug in their house a few times a year too. If you're so delicate that a bug sends you to a therapist, your life must be pretty challenging. If there's a problem, contact the front desk.

For the price, you can't beat this hotel.
