The hotel was very good and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The location was quiet, far from the hassle, and it was great to watch sunset. Staff are so lovely, the breakfast was very good and all the food in general was great.

The pool was not cold and too quite, it would have been nice to play some music during the day. Keep in mind that you can't swim at the beach near the hotel, because the west side of the island is not suitable for swimming.

Loved the Service, Pool, Massage & the overall feeling in my Grande room. The pool was just out of the room & jump in...the vegetarian food was good & the outside beach area was nice too in the evenings, especially.

We couldn't get the bikes as they had limited numbers so had to walk & rent it from smwhere else. You definitely need a bike to go around on the island, as the hotel is not walkable close to the multiple pubs & restaurants on the island.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the rooms were exceptionally comfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the poolside experience—where the staff graciously served complimentary food and drinks throughout. Their attentiveness made it feel like pure luxury. While I’ve appreciated the hospitality at all the hotels I’ve visited, this one stood out as particularly impressive. The staff were consistently polite, warm, and incredibly helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome. The on-site restaurant was another high point, offering an excellent variety of food and drinks that catered to every taste. Evenings were magical, with an outdoor fire show and ambient seating—a must-have experience that added something truly special to our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and unforgettable moments!

I came to Pink Coco - Gili T 2 years ago and came back as I enjoyed it previously. The place and quality of service has improved. Bedrooms are still top notch, spacious with a touch of elegance and the pink theme runs through everything, down to slippers. There is a turndown service every evening with little gifts left for guests. Ambience of the whole place is fantastic and relaxing. The beach club is still amazing with the dj, fire dancer. Added the saxophonist who was also excellent. Food was good with great vegetarian choices for the non-meat eaters. And service is exceptional. Shout out for Neelu who looked after us well. And of course, the sunset 🌇 is to die for. #sunsetobsession The breakfast is delicious, with lots of choice and great service. The Poolside service is also a touch of class, with little snacks and free drinks throughout the day. Reception and restaurant staff are amazing, kind and helpful. The pool is a good size (30m) for a lengthy swim. With lots of loungers and towels. Overall, the staff set a high standard.

Nothing to mention as it was all great. Booking.com has this accomm as a 3 star. Not sure why the low stars. It's at least a 4 star ++

I stayed at PinkCoco Gili Trawangan for 5 days and had such a great experience! The staff is amazing – young, friendly, and really the heart of the place. Their energy and attitude make all the difference and are definitely the key to the hotel’s future success. I also loved the little surprises in the room every day, like thoughtful gifts and a refreshing hydro face mask – such a nice touch! The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-run spot on Gili T!

Great location with it's own beach club, providing great entertainment every evening during sunset. The rooms were large and spacious with a nice outdoor bathroom. Breakfast was huge, you could choose anything from the À la carte menu, plus sides, plus pastries, plus drinks. Good quality and tasty food. You can rent a bike (slightly more expensive from the hotel) and cycle around the island in an hour. The hotel was a bit further away from the main strip of bars and beach clubs, which meant it was peaceful and relaxing. The pool was nice, was empty when I went so was nice to go for an evening swim. The massage was good, but gets booked up quickly, so make sure you book in advance.

Breakfast is slow, allow at least an hour for breakfast. On a couple of occasions there was no staff in the restaurant to take my order. From the reviews I read before booking the hotel, I expected more surprises and treats around the pool. I was given a couple of small cookies and a face mask in the evenings. But in the reviews I read about ice cream, smoothies, snacks, etc. around the pool. Also, there is no music around the pool. The pool could do with more stairs to get in and out, there's only a few steps, then a huge drop to the pool.

Constant Surprises is very much true. From the time , we entered the property, we were in love with this place. Rooms were cozy, calm and have rustic look. Swimming pool was great and trust me you can just sit there for all day long and they will continuously surprise you with complimentary snacks and drinks. SPA was great and food was outstanding. Do not miss the sunset with fire show in the evening.

We couldn't stay for long and we were depressed to leave the property even after 3 days. We should have stayed for couple of days more. Snacks served at the pool were tasty but not part of menu so couldn't taste it again :(

The staff is very friendly, and they provide turndown service. Overall, they do their best to offer good service. The pool in front of the hotel is decent, and they even brought drinks while I was swimming. With laundry service available, it’s suitable for an extended stay. It’s located in a relatively quiet area, making it peaceful, and you can enjoy watching the sunset. Breakfast is also quite well done.

I visited during a season when there were a lot of flies, which made things a bit challenging. It would be great if they prepared some measures to deal with them. Breakfast felt like a battleground every morning. If you’re expecting a top-notch hotel, you might be disappointed. Still, for Gili, I believe this level of facilities is fairly good, though the building itself felt a bit modest.

The location is perfect if you are aware that there is no beach out the front, we were, perfect for sunset though. You can bike to everywhere on the island quickly from the location and you can hear the surf breaking over the reef overnight. The pool is fantastic, the room huge, the bed comfortable and the indoor/outdoor bathroom beautiful. The staff and the daily surprises are the icing in the cake. You also make friends with people staying the hotel if you want to, a nice community feel.

It's not a dislike but I think they could simplify breakfast, too large and too too heavy for the temperature. The yoghurt and fruit bowl was a winner. Simple eggs and toast could go down well.

We stayed in the Casa Nostra suite which was huge and beautifully appointed. The details were all very well thought out and the surprises left for us each day were lovely. Breakfast was fantastic. The location is a bit out of the way from the main part of town near the port but bike hire was available from the hotel for 60k per day and it was an easy 5-10 minute ride into town. Staff were courteous and very helpful in assisting us with whatever we needed.

Location as mentioned was a bit out of town but bikes available or about 20 min walk.
