Close to conference villa erbe . The hotel was owned & run by the family who took a lot of pride & dedication to their family business which resonates in their mannerisms, interaction & personal hospitality which is reflected in with their Italian cultural charm.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the Hotel or experience. My colleagues said they would stay here next time as it was close, staff was helpful & made our visits after conference for dinner, breakfast comfortable - the food & ambience there was beautiful.i love the outdoor dining area with the Plant & lighting it protects you from the road noises & sets the mood to chill where u do not think about work.

All is perfectly clean and the decoration is very smooth The restaurant very good with fresh lake fish perfectly cooked ! This is a perfect place to visit Cernobbio without any hesitation ! Cute decoration, very functional and well maintained rooms. Excellent location if you like relaxed holidays with various nearby restaurants and bus stops. The restaurant is very good and the staff was super nice and attentive.

Could do with some fruit for breakfast and maybe some garnish on the omelet, like tomatoes or other veggies. The cappuccino could taste better.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room is well decorated and clean. Hotel has elevator. Room was cleaned & supplied with shampoo and soap almost daily. Hotel vibes are relaxing. Hotel is near Lidl (super market), also there are 2 restaurants and 1 café near by . Hotel is within walking distance from Cernobbio port, bus station and lake promenade.

Nothing. Bonus, It would have been nice to have a ketel (water boiler) in the room.

Friendly staff, top-notch cleanliness, decor and ambiance, location. Staff and owners were always ready to help with anything and everything a guest can come up with. The room had no safe, but the staff allowed us to entrust our valuable electronics to their care when we were out for the day. I made a mistake in reservation where I put the checkout date wrong but we had to stay one more night. The staff and owners took this in their stride and allowed us to extend our stay because the hotel had rooms available. They helped where they could. We are very grateful.

Only two things: 1) The hotel gave us a secure parking but did not mention that it was a paid spot. I thought it was free and nobody told me otherwise. At the end of our stay we were presented with an unannounced parking bill that we had no option but to pay. I wish they told us about this payment beforehand. 2) The lack of a room safe.

The location of this property was ideal for me and my family - 6 people (3 couples). We made the trip as we were attending my goddaughter’s wedding at Villa Bonami which was only a 10 minute drive from our property. Breakfast was available at the property but we only had coffees and drinks not because we didn’t like what was available just personal choice. The owner and his family were friendly and very helpful. The cleanliness of the bedrooms and the hotel were excellent. The location was only a short walking distance from lake como and the centre of Cernobbio where there are many bars and restaurants. Really good value for money.

I loved that this was a family run operation and I definitely felt not only welcome, but apart of the family! The location is fantastic, nestled in the smaller town of Cernobbio just north of Como. The hotel is a short walk to the lake and is in a nice neighborhood. This was huge for me as a female traveling solo! The rooms were spacious and very clean.

The A/C was not working in my room, it didn't bother me much but was disappointing because online it says that the rooms do have A/C. The beds were also very hard - I love a firm bed but it was quite uncomfortable.

Lovely clean basic rooms but very modern and clean bathrooms with lots of lovely eco friendly products to use. Such friendly and accommodating staff and an amazing restaurant with exceptional food on offer. Would definitely recommend and return

The only tiny thing was the air con wasn’t very efficient and leaked overnight and we were there in 40 degree heat but we still slept really well regardless

the dinnert night was exceptional, the best meal in Cernobbio PLUS reasonable prices if you want lunch cant go past this restaurant as the food was good ,fast and very good value for money

the room was a bit small but we did book late and most of the accomodation in Cernobbio was booked out this hotel was a good find as it was well located and the service was exceptional
