The restaurant downstairs is simply stunning , great breakfasts the staff very accommodating . The little balcony is a plus with views of the mountains . Cernobbio is a lovely smart place and hotel wasn’t far from the centre , all flat walking .

The room a little small especially when you have two large suitcases , ok for short visit with less luggage . The lighting was a bit dim and the blinds on windows could not remove , so no natural daylight unless windows open which then got in your way . The decor is very stylish but our room had a damp issue I think so paint coming off walls in bathroom and new plaster near windows which wasn’t properly painted over . They only provide you with one small bottle of water when you get there , didn’t replace like in other hotels .

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations - absolutely stunning rooms with modern appliances, amazing aircon (much needed) and a very comfortable bed. The room had more strorage and space many four star hotels we’ve stayed have had. The common areas including restaurant and lobby were absolutely stunning, great selection of wines and breakfast was superb. The best thing about our stay was by far the fantastic service provided by the helpful staff who made us feel so welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. They helped us so much with transportations and recommendations that really made our stay special. Considering value for money this hotel was absolutely spectacular and if we are ever again in the Como area, we are definitely coming back.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

Great location - just minutes walk away from the harbour and plenty of restaurants and bars. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating and the food was great. Room had great AC and a skylight with electric black-out blind. Nice clean bathroom with a great shower.

Room was a little small - we each had two bags and there wasn’t much space for them once we unpacked. But it wasn’t uncomfortable and we spent very little time in our room anyway.

Close to conference villa erbe . The hotel was owned & run by the family who took a lot of pride & dedication to their family business which resonates in their mannerisms, interaction & personal hospitality which is reflected in with their Italian cultural charm.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the Hotel or experience. My colleagues said they would stay here next time as it was close, staff was helpful & made our visits after conference for dinner, breakfast comfortable - the food & ambience there was beautiful.i love the outdoor dining area with the Plant & lighting it protects you from the road noises & sets the mood to chill where u do not think about work.

Very convenient place if you are traveling from far away and want to make an overnight stop. But it turned out that there are still picturesque places to visit here, the lake. And also to have a delicious meal right in the hotel restaurant. Nice owners, the whole family works there!!!

The only downside is that it is very noisy. This is due to the fact that the doors are thin and there are gaps at the bottom of the door. I hope this is a temporary problem.

Maurizio and this staff are very kind and helpfull With this hotel, you think to be in a friend's house ! All is perfectly clean and the decoration is very smooth The restaurant very good with fresh lake fish perfectly cooked ! This is a perfect place to visit Cernobbio without any hesitation ! Thanks for all ! Hope to be back soon !

Cute decoration, very functional and well maintained rooms. Excellent location if you like relaxed holidays with various nearby restaurants and bus stops. The restaurant is very good and the staff was super nice and attentive.

Could do with some fruit for breakfast and maybe some garnish on the omelet, like tomatoes or other veggies. The cappuccino could taste better.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room is well decorated and clean. Hotel has elevator. Room was cleaned & supplied with shampoo and soap almost daily. Hotel vibes are relaxing. Hotel is near Lidl (super market), also there are 2 restaurants and 1 café near by . Hotel is within walking distance from Cernobbio port, bus station and lake promenade.

Nothing. Bonus, It would have been nice to have a ketel (water boiler) in the room.

Staff was wonderful! Rooms clean and the on site restaurant was very good and a good value.

A bit noisy. You could hear some activity from other rooms. Running water, toilets flushing.
