We came just for a couple of days to explore Holland and surrounding beaches and state parks. It was a great trip, the hotel is really great, food is good, we really appreciate that both breakfast and dinner were served, it was so convenient, especially with kids, the facility is very clean, very well maintained and quiet, dogs are allowed and we had one with us too. Nice people everywhere, the rooms, pool, the hot tab, the patio, everything was so nice and clean. Friendly staff. Honestly, I wish we could stay more days, but needed to come back home to work. It was so pleasant, simply amazing stay. Definitely, looking forward to come back again.

Modern, comfortable, clean, stylish design, more luxury than I anticipated, especially for the price. Overall, it was a very nice hotel to stay. I would definitely return. The staff was friendly and helpful. Full size refrigerator. Several sectioned areas in the room to relax, socialize, or eat. The location was really close to Grand Haven and Saugatuck. Only a 20 or 30 minute drive to either location.

The prepared food was standard for most average hotels. Typical continental breakfast. I was surprised they offered food each evening as well. Don't expect quality food. If they had space for a kitchen, hotel restaurant with a good chef, they would be a 5 star hotel. Make it happen!

The room was cozy. Everything was clean Liked the location. It was quiet at night Staff was friendly. Enjoyed the warm cookies and the coffee.

The 2 bedroom suite is beautifully appointed. It was clean and comfortable. Lovely walk in shower. Decent breakfast (except for the coffee)

Not the best location, but you can get wherever you want by car. Could have had an extra blanket for the sleeper sofa. The room was REALLY FAR from the elevator so that was a pain.

The breakfast was always well stocked. Cables unplugged from TV when we arrived but front desk was on it in less than 5 minutes.

Went to the pool 8 times over our 4 day stay, and almost every time no towels. The front desk was nice and provided towels when needed.

We couldn't be happier with our stay. The guy at the front desk was so friendly and that's rare these days. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It felt like home.

Great, hot breakfast. I heard they served dinner and when I asked how much, to my surprise they said free for stay in guests, Monday to Thursday. Bed was divinely comfortable. All linens were clean and fresh smelling. Nice indoor pool and hot tub and gym. Free laundry machines. And friendly helpful service. I'll be back.

Very clean and very appealing to people who are visiting for business. Lobby was clean and they had an extra space to do work. Equipped with some hardware to accommodate that.

It’s a little ways out of the way from town. But it was out of the way so that’s nice for those who don’t want to feel in the busy areas.

One of the roomiest and cozy rooms worth the money ! Pool and hot tub were excellent staff was friendly and the entire hotel smells GREAT not one area that was bad thank you we will be back next year

The only complaint and it’s not even a complaint the room with the beds I personally think could use more lighting but not a huge issue
