The suite was amazing. Spacious, comfortable bed and had an amazing view from the 9th floor. We were allowed to bring our small pet for which we were grateful. Breakfast is the best we have ever had in any hotel in the world. The Spa wellness was amazing too. Finally, the smell in the room was really nice, like a mix of exclusive niche fragrances...or maybe that was my beautiful partner.

We were charged for drinking two mini bottles of alcohol and one can of soda from the mini bar while we were 100% sure we didn't take anything from the mini bar, because we brought our own bottle of JW Blue Label. It was just a small amount so we let it go, but it's not correct. People make mistakes. We forgive them. But we can't rate this stay with a 10 anymore.

Room views are great as the hotel is elevated; the indoor pool and facilities are great and well equipped. Staff are friendly as much as their English language serves them.

Breakfast selection is very limited, not value for money at all, would skip breakfast in the Hotel if possible; the outdoor pool is functional but small, and the sound system around it is very bad, mulfunctional speakers and the staff don't want to shut it down, so annoying and not enough shade from the sun; nice to walk around the hotel , yet you will need a car or taxi to get to and out of the hotel.

Amazing location with incredible views over the city and bay. Front desk and housekeeping very quick to respond with good service. Added touches of the piano player in reception is good. Rooms are very spacious, both the jazz club and bar19 within the hotel offer good food and views.

Buffet breakfast was ok evening meal buffet was not what you would expect from such a hotel. No USB ports by the bed and TV channels consisted of news or sports. Again as such a high class hotel the expectation of a few English and movie channels is there. Rooms though very spacious but the AC is not strong enough to cope with size of room.

Amazing warm welcoming hosts. Very comfortable bed, large rooms, beautiful view, peaceful, quiet but also close to city centre.

The hotel is located on a steep street, walking from downtown is a bit hectic. Traffic lights to cross the road near the hotel is sort of far. Was a trouble getting to the hotel by walking. Breakfast could be better. We were charged by the hotel way before our reservation date, even though the booking conditions weren't as so. The receptionist was unaware even though we told them at check-in. At check out they weren't even aware of this situation. Asked for an explanation, we were given unreasonable answers. We were a big group, this caused a dispute as the staff hotel were clueless.

Everything was perfect from the room the view and the consideration for us as a traveling family with small children they were nothing short of incredible. There was a gentleman by the name of Shaheen as reception, I informed him I had forgotten my gold jewellery in Gabala! He managed to have this collected and delivered to the airport on my departure day. Showed us so much trust and respect for him will be difficult to ever forget such hospitality. Hotel itself was right next to the Funicular Train and carpet museum all within walking distance. We managed to walk to the old city the Maiden Tower is in plain sight and we began our tour of the Old City. From here seeing the light show was amazing and we could wait to get back to the lovely spacious rooms.

Cannot think of anything to be honest ticked everything of the list if we stayed longer that would be better to judge but the hotel and more so the staff were just flawless helpful with everything and very child friendly.

Nice location high up the hill. Keep in mind if you are thinking of walking from and to the hotel. Its to steep. Wouldnt recommend if traveling with kids. View is amazing. Nice staff. Easy and accessible parking, big carpark.

Pool inside and outside too small. Gets crowded really quick. Inside pool not for kids after 4pm. Sauna and pool are mixed genders. Keep that in mind. Everything is just soo slow. But thats normal. These comments are more for information purposes and for the hotel to get feedback. Would recommend.

The room was spacious and it had a beautiful view of the Caspian sea, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very kind and ready to help. The gym was pretty good for a hotel.

The location is a bit far and uphill from the old city - it is still walkable distance wise but not comfortable, whereas traffic was quite heavy day and night. The lobby restaurant was practically the only one which was always open, staff was very kind and food good, but menu limited so it got repetitive after a few days. The sushi bar was too dark, more a bar than a restaurant. There were no hairdresser or other beauty services at the spa, allegedly because of lack of staff. Outside pool and ambience a bit underwhelming.
