Nice to see that there is an affordable and decent option to stay in St. Moritz. I liked my room, it was clean and very cosy and I slept like an angel. The location is a dream if you like a quiet place and great for hiking. Also, the wellness area was pretty impressive for a 3 star hotel: very high quality, clean and nicely designed. The sauna in particular was surprisingly spacious and well kept. Decent selection at the breakfast buffet.

I would have liked a bathrobe for the wellness, and also a possibility to get more towels at the wellness area. In general, some areas of the hotel (breakfast room, hallways with grey carpets) were a bit too sterile and lacked character. Some small upgrades in these areas would make a big difference in my opinion.

Our stay was incredible. It is advertised as a 3-star hotel, but it should have a 4-star rating for sure. We came for the view, it did not dissapoint. We had a room in the main house, it was modern and incredibly clean. The spa is is in another house, but the hot tub with the mountain view was incredible. Also have a steam bath there and a Finnish sauna. The parking is free. They also have a shuttle to get you to the city center and back. We had breakfast included, also with amazing view and plenty of options. You can go with dinner included, but we went with a reservation at the restaurant for the a la carte menu and went for the delicious fondue, worth it. I liked their attention to details from chocolates in the room to free water in the wellness area and all the staff was smiling and friendly. Highly recommend.

Although the room was very clean and modern, the space for 6 was little bit tight. T'he common area was only two chairs and one small table, there was only one TV on one room, and t'he bathroom was the smallest one I have ever seen ( for 3 people ok, but to be shared with 6 people...just no sense)... However, I would recommend the place for the nice wellcoming and t'he astonishing views!.

The hotel was very good. The location is amazing, the facilities very good also.

The bathroom door was unacceptable. The person who had decided to install transparent glass as a bathroom door should be fired on the spot. That was the worst thing i have seen in my life travelling. To have a transparent glass as a bathroom door is so really BAD!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE IS NO PRIVACY IN BATHROOM, WHICH I THINK WE ALL NEED SOME TIMES.

Gorgeous scenery and a terrific aqua therapy spa and sauna. Restaurant and breakfast buffet were very nice. This is the perfect spot for a ski trip or for nature excursions. Hotel shuttle to and from St. Moritz enabled us to almost exclusively use public transportation. Taxis are readily available. There is great shopping in St. Moritz.

Suites are very basic. You get a bed, fold out sofa, wooden table and chairs in the 2 room suite. Bathrooms are also extremely basic; although towel warmers are installed in the shower room. There was a TV, refrigerator and safe in the suite, but no kettle or coffee maker. Decorative style could have been called minimalist, but it seems that no thought was given to even attempting to provide any decor. As with many of the hotels with radiant heating in Europe, it’s terribly difficult to regulate the temperature of the rooms . St. Moritz is very cold in the winter and our rooms were either burning hot or freezing cold. The down comforters offer no easy solution either. You spend the night sweating or shivering.

Breakfast option was somewhat limited, but it had all the things that you need to start the day. Staff was super helpful and responsive. I used the luggage transfer service offered by the train station and the hotel collected my luggage from the train station. I stayed in the panoramic room and the view was just exceptional, though honestly the view from most parts of the hotel area was stunning. The room was modern, clean and the bed was comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel!

Consider adding more breakfast options

The hotel offered a very nice view, great Swiss cuisine, breakfast with a variety of choices, and a comfortable family room with a balcony. The outdoor jacuzzi is a must to mention. Despite its modest size, the open-air hot bath comes with a spectacular view of snow-capped mountains, which is surely an unforgettable experience. Also the staff were helpful. We recommend the stay to any travellers especially with families.

Everything was more than fantastic

The waiter in Italian restaurant was very rude and not polite … he looks not like Swiss people I think he is Italian, he was short with black and white hair He presents an ugly picture for the staff in the hotel although they were very polite as they are originally Swiss

This was a beautiful hotel, and the staff were excellent! There is a choice of restaurants that are top notch. The breakfast that was included was fantastic - so many choices! The free shuttle to go into town was a nice bonus. The views are beautiful right outside the door of the hotel!

Everything was fantastic!

Great views of the mountains. We paid a bit more to get a balcony as our original booking did not have one, it was well worth it. It has a great spa which we enjoyed for the afternoon. The food was also excellent, I know Switzerland has high standards but this property is rated as 3 star - it should be 4 to 4.5 star. They also have a very good staff that helped us with local attractions to visit.

There is nothing we didn't like.
