Extremely clean and comfortable rooms and pretty new bathrooms. Staff really accommodating. The pleasant unexpected surprise was the in-room packaged breakfast food and coffee maker (and kettle), which allowed us to feed ourselves efficiently in the morning before setting off early on adventures. There is also a Conad grocery store just around the corner. Parking was easy and we managed to get free street parking. Double heavy doors made us feel very safe. There is some nice outdoor space to sit at the front.

It’s a bit of an uphill walk from the ferry pier even if not very far, having said so I loved being in a less busy side of Levanto, it was very quiet.

The bed was comfortable, the location was great, the AC worked well, and they were incredibly generous with snacks and water, yogurts and coffee. There’s a small grocery store about 2 minutes walk away right on the corner, and the public beaches are only about 8-10 minutes walk away. Laundry facilities are just around the corner and there’s excellent food options within walking distance.

The only suggestion I’d have is to provide a small broom and dust pan to try and remove some of the sand that comes home from the beach!

Our room vas spacious and clean. It included a kitchen with all necessary tools and equipment. We were able to cook dinner and also comfortably eat in the balcony. The location is great, only a few minutes from the center and quiet in the night. There were also food items offered free of charge, we appreciated that as well. If we come to Levanto again, we will definitely repeat our accomodation here.

There was nothing to be dissatisfied.

it had everything we needed, strong AC, mini fridge, breakfast snacks each morning… absolutely met our demands. the host kindly showed us the room and carried our suitcase up 2 floors.

the room is next to 2 other rooms that share a hall and whenever someone passed in the hall you could hear everything and it did wake us up in the early morning… apparently the shower amenities are provided once, as a welcome gift (ended after 2 days) it’s not a big deal but we didn’t know and got to our last night and discovered at nighttime that we don’t have anything to wash the sea off… haha.

Spacious room with balcony and clothes lines. Very quiet location yet close to a supermarket and reasonable distance from both the station and the beach. We appreciated the emphasis on environmental responsibility.l

Booking.com's directions were wrong (not the property's fault). The LED lighting is cold white—there are now warmer lamps that are equally energy efficient. We couldn't work the coffee machine or its replacement, because the water tanks weren't properly connected to either.

I found the place super clean and comfortable, there was a fridge, coffee machine and kettle and they'd provide us with water and some food for breakfast every day. The host was very kind and helpful, and Levanto is an amazing place to stay, far from the crowds of Cinque Terre, but still full of nice restaurants and a large beach. I totally recommend it and would definitely come back 👍 merci pout tout!

Judith the host was incredible. She told us numerous times if we needed anything to call and we did… she got back to us in five minutes. She also had a map of the city that I think she created. She had ferry times, train times and fares to hike Cinque Terre. It was awesome. They even provided a small bottle of Prosecco in our room when we arrived. This was a great place to stay!!

Thank you, it was an amazing trip to Levanto! We were late because of the plane delay, but the staff was really friendly and helped with keys and everything. The room was clean and cozy, with everything nearby: shops, a supermarket within a 1-minute walk, and the sea and beach very close as well. Every day we had new snacks and coffee!

The place was clean and fragrant, in a good location, the staff were very nice and helpful. Wifi was great, breakfast was good, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. There was a mini key box and my kids were amazed by it. It was cool and too cute for them 😄. My 8 year old daughter loved the decorations/flowers at the entrance.

The snacks and drinks available in the room were lovely to have for a quick, private breakfast. The bed was comfortable and free wifi worked well. Short walk from the train station and short walk to the beach.

Neighbors could be a little noisy, but it never went on for long or late at night.
