Breakfast was GREAT- full range of fresh fruit, eggs, breads, avocado, mango, etc. Automatic cappuccino machine, very comfortable dining room seating, waiters on hand to quickly remove any used items fom the table or bring your breakfast up to your room for you. We had a room on the 25th floor, with a view over the city, very quiet, and we had control over the air conditioning. The hotel has highly active security- man at the doorway, another out on the parking lot- the area is fairly mixed, crime wise and poverty is always close by- there were two homeless people sleeping on the street outside the hotel and I was robbed of my iphone on the sidewalk right in front of the hotel. One must be very careful in the streets of Sao Paulo.

The location is great part of São Paulo. It’s perfectly central and easy to access. The included breakfast was a great quality and worth the money. The room had an outdoor terrace which was a nice surprise. The hotel rooms are on upper floors of the building which makes for a great view. The staff was helpful in every way, and daily room cleanings were always done well. There is security personnel on site that is alert and attentive.

I prefer an open air pool, this one is enclosed but it’s not a negative for anyone and would not prevent me from staying here again.

All very nice in general, a small reception and basically no lounge but a part from this all good!!! Good breakfast very rich and varied and good coffee! Really good service and lovely staff especially Farouk who helped me above and beyond.

I arrived with an early flight and unfortunately there were no rooms available that early for me to occupy so having basically a tiny reception area with no real lounge I had to sit at the bar and wait for several hours to have the room available. This is NOT a complaint but simply a Note as there is nothing possible that can be done.

Front desk staff supervisor was super. All reception very helpful. The room was a very large corner suite with windows on two walls. High end fittings throughout the hotel. Verrry comfortable king bed. The property I would say is contemporary luxury, but not super luxury. We liked it enough to stay on two extra nights. Extra clean. Close (but not walkable) to Paulista Street with Sao Paulo museum and lots of A/C shopping malls. This is a great city.

Iffy location. Had to Uber everywhere and back - which was ok with us. No restaurants nearby except a one block street of Italian restaurants, all owned by the same family. Menus look all the same. Prices are very high. Maître D’s all very snotty. Included hotel breakfast good but needs to be expanded or at least varied: same every day. Expected better. A la carte lunch and dinner very good, but pricey.

Very nice hotel

We had an issue at the arrival when we found the booking to be the day after. The initial proposed solution was to pay a standard rate price for that date + the following night ( we had to stay just one night ) and the room on booking was available the same day with a lower price than the proposed one, I had the feeling to speak with a AI robot not a human being by the way we booked on booking instead and the day after we spoke with the manager who properly supported us.

Comfortable hotel ideally located for our needs. Reception and breakfast room on the ground floor of a 27 storey building with the rooms located on the 20th through to the 27th floor. Polite, welcoming staff. Good selection at breakfast with a slightly later service at the weekend. Rooftop pool, with seating area which is alongside the Sky Bar, offering excellent views of the city. A small but adequate gym also located on the top floor with again, excellent views of the city. Well worth a visit.

The staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was good. Croissants weren’t the best. May be give more attention to the quality of the different offered items?

My room was on the 20th floor roadside. Even with earplugs, one could hear the traffic🙁. Just ask for the other side. The swimming pool could be nice but water in the afternoon was cold. I didn’t t like the location. It seemed unsecured in the evening.

This was my second stay in Cadoro and I was very satisfied. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I was on the 19th floor, which gives good views of the city. On the top floor there is pool/lounge area and a bar. The fews are spectacular if a little unnerving. The restaurant served a decent breakfast and the dinner menus had some vegetarian options. I would recommend the hotel and will stay with them again.

Good sized room and bed, nice en-suite setup with sink outside toilet/shower-room, fantastic breakfasts with great filter coffee, location good for Rue Frei Caneca area.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room (although there was a comprehensive minibar), and guests had to be registered at reception with their ID
