Very nice hotel. Clean, fresh. The room was super comfortable, they have decent tv selection including free hbo max. There is a shopping complex across the street with great salad bar. The hotel serves Starbuck coffee - it's more or Starbuck blend coffee then coffee itself, but it's not bad.

The gym is so basic it hurts, but if you know how to train you'll do something with it. There is a huge LA Fitness right next to the hotel, so you can enjoy it for 20usd a pop. The hotel serves breakfasts unfortunately the girl that checked me in told me my rate was not inclusive of breakfasts :( :( :(

Having a place to get coffee was great!

The shuttle bus option to get to Ravinia is a great benefit however it ran way behind schedule. not the fault of the hotel but if you are going to offer that service you should have enough vans to accommodate the number of people and take in to account the traffic. Also should let people know that you need to sign up for shuttle before they arrive!

This was my first stay at the hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, and the front desk staff and servers were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I felt right at home. I dined at the hotel for most of my meals, and the food was excellent. If I find myself in Northbrook again, this will definitely be my go-to hotel.

Very clean and great location. The fries at the bistro were absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly and attentive to our needs. I would possibly stay there again.

The rooms adjacent of the courtyard have horrible patio area outside the patio doors. You cannot walk out of the patio doors. This should be noted on the room description so one knows what they are getting.

My room was spacious and pretty quiet, overlooking the courtyard.

Totally bland and soulless. Not a single photo - or even a color - on the walls. Not a single touch of personality to make the place feel cheerful. My room was clean but didn’t smell very good. (I’m not asking for chemicals here, just a fresher smell.) Nothing within walking distance.

The location was super convenient for getting around Highland Park and the surrounding areas. The rooms were huge and had all the amenities I needed (fridge, every type of charging plug, even a couch and ottoman). The facility was very clean, beds super comfy, and it was SO nice that check-out isn't until noon. I feel like most hotels kick you out way earlier.

I was on the first floor, so if I opened my blinds, cars and people in the parking lot had a view directly into my room. I also woke up overnight a few times from sounds outside and in the hallway.

Sorry, this comment is intended for below. We never had the breakfast we paid for in the reservation. Upon check in the staff said breakfast was from 10-12. My husband went down at 9:30 to check about breakfast and he was told it ended at 10am and there was a cost and he needed to pre-order and he was charged for his coffee. When I checked out a little after 10am and when I came into the lobby there were staff behind the counter serving breakfast.

Spacious, luxury, and with plenty of amenities. The location is great, just 2 miles away from a great city with plenty of restaurants, even closer to the Chicago Botanical, and with amenities provided + those close to the hotel; you are sure to have a relaxing visit.

No real complaints here, it was a delightful stay.

I was exhausted from moving my mom down from Gurnee to Charlotte, NC and I was too tired to drive to Nashville at 8 o’clock at night so I found this and had a great night’s rest.
