We did like the breakfast and the hotel's location.

Apparently it is not specified in the hotel description that the fitness center is available for free for "non members" only from 7am till 11am. This is the time you have breakfast and go to explore Tallin. Evening time when we usually do stuff like that, you are supposed to pay for it. Definitely, it should be clearly stated in the hotel description paragraph. We consider that as a really significant inconvenience.

Comfy beds and a clean room. Room service was top notch as well. Cozy bar and nice drinks on offer. I had a standard room with a solid view. Staff were helpful as well.

A few small complaints: Breakfast was okay, not bad but nothing out of the ordinary either. However if I am paying 20 euros a day for breakfast then I expect something a little bit more impressive. The hotel's restaurant's location was a bit confusing as well. The elevators were really crowded on Friday because there was a sports game going on, and when I tried to use the stairway to go up, all the doors on the floors were locked. Surely this is a fire hazard?

Everything else was really great. Heating under the bathroom floor was a really good feature, receptionists were amazing, view through the window was magnificent, breakfast options were really great just some rude people were grabbing the tables in a front of us, sauna in the changing room is really good, pool has a great depth which is not too deep or too shallow

Some of the guests had really loud music in the their room next to us and they have been really loud in the room, not sure if it happened because of the thin walls but I couldn't hear any guests on the other side. Had to call in to reception. But I guess this is the case on Friday nights.

The room was beautiful, very clean, had an amazing view. Comfy bed, nice bathroom. Also super quiet. The room was on the warmer side which I liked. Delicious breakfast with many choices. Enjoyed the spa. Friendly staff!

The showers in the spa had some issues (weak pressure and the on/off button needed a few tries), but room shower was amazing so we just went there. Also a jacuzzi would be a really nice addition to the spa. The bathroom in the room has a sliding door that doesn’t fully close and it’s also part glass so you’d need to be comfortable with other person if you’re sharing the room. We didn’t mind but might be important to some people.

Very good location, rich breakfast, comfortable bed, nice swimming pool and spa on the 26th floor overlooking the city. Superior room on the 21st floor indeed had a stunning view of Tallinn. Complimentary plate of fruits was a really nice gesture.

There was some weird smell in the room. Not sure where it came from, maybe sewerage. Also the minibar was there but empty. There were no robes or slippers in a room to attend the spa and pool. But I guess you can get them if you ask somewhere. But all that was bearable/fixable and didn't ruin the experience, except the smell. Other rooms were fine, just mine had that issue.

Bed and breakfast was ok! Even i took a superior room, I wasn't amazed, my bed at home is more comfortable... the breakfast has good variety and tasty options. I do not recommend this hotel for light sleepers. This is the very first time that I have stayed in a hotel with SO THIN WALLS! Not exaggerating! I could hear my neighbor to connect his phone to the wall, I could hear when he is in the shower, we could hear EVERYTHING what he and he friend speak and they were not even speaking loud! They had a jbl on the room to complete the headache. I could hear when they open and slam the door several times in the night... I called reception 3am ad they did nothing... Anyway we forgive that cause it was a holiday and we didn't want to ruin anyone's experience. The photographer made a great job making the hotel look modern and new...it is not!!!

The staff were wonderful, we really liked how accommodating they were. We were greeted with a smile and they always helped. I’d like to especially mention Maria who checked us in and helped us find our preferred tea. And the location was fantastic.

The design/layout of the room was a little inconvenient. The coffee machine was left in the window where there was no plug and so we had to physically lift up the machine to plug it in. The shower leaked all over the floor, and the hairdryer didn’t have a long enough lead and unfortunately didn’t work in the designated plug.

I stayed 3 nights in Hotel Radisson Blu Olimpia Tallinn mainly for work (September 2024). This was my second time staying in this hotel. It has been a good stay again, even better than the previous time. I had an easy and smooth check-in. Although I booked my stay with two different reservations, the hotel anticipated to this and could me check-in immediately for the whole stay in the same room (usually you have to return to the front desk to check in again for the second reservation). Therefor I specifically want to point out Anni from the frontdesk for her professionalism and kind service during my entire stay. Also, upon checking in as a guest, you receive a very useful A5 paper with general and practical information (opening hours, emergency numbers, nearest hospital, room service, spa rules, etc.). This can be a good example for many other hotels. My room was on the 16th floor and I had in the room everything that I needed. The room was clean and the housekeeping was excellent! The breakfast buffet is good and the staff at the breakfast is friendly. Hand sanitizer is easy available in the breakfast room. The spa, gym and pool are very nice and clean. This area is a big advantage for guests in the hotel. The extra attention the Radisson Blu hotel chain is giving to the members of its loyalty programme "Radisson Rewards" is very pleasant and appreciated. I do hope to visit Tallinn again, and to have another chance to stay here.

Two minor problems: TV in the room has a streaming feature but didn't seem to be compatible with my (Belgian) services. And from time to time there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, perhaps due to the ventilation. It's a detail but the availability of a natural aromatic oil for the saunawater (in the spa) would be a plus. One evening I had dinner in the restaurant (which is now part of the lobby bar): it was ok, only the service was a bit worse because the waiter spoke English less fluently.

Good selection of options at breakfast. Room only cleaned if requested. Bed very comfortable and great view from bedroom. Spa - pool on the cooler side, and sauna is more like a cosy room, great views from Spa.

Unclear needed to request for room to be cleaned. Pool could be a degree or two warmer. Book in reception staff member wasn't friendly or smiley. However all other staff were extremely friendly and smiley, including reception staff who dealt with our luggage storage, lobby bar staff and restaurant staff.

A honest Radisson hotel, older in style (like the shape of the room and some of the furniture) but well refurbished/adapted. Everything spacious, comfortable, functional, room endowed with all one needs. 4 elevators available, easy vertical access. Staff was polite and helpful. Very good breakfast with all kind of options of food, for all tastes and cultures. Not far to walk to old city/nice areas, about 15 min. Would stay here again, no doubt.

The pool was closed for one week in the period we stayed, no explaniations were given, and this was not announced when we reserved on the internet, it was only advertised inside the room, once you checked-in. The gym closes over night; in other Radissons it is open to use 24h.
