The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes walk from the main railway station and felt safe to me. It’s about the same walk to Marienplatz. The staff were very nice & friendly and allowed me to store my bag prior to the check-in time, which allowed me to explore the city. The room was clean and the facilities were fine for a 3 night stay. The corner shower in the bathroom, whilst ok for me, would be too small for a larger person. I was in the roof space on the third floor which was very hot . I didn’t have breakfast (at €18 per time) as I preferred just a coffee and pastry at a nearby coffee shop. The hotel was good value compared to many major cities (especially Zurich!)
The room was hot. There was a side window and a skylight window which could be opened and only a fan on a stand to push some air around (which I had on maximum all night and had to wear earplugs) so I found it very hot on 2 of the 3 nights. Trams often rumble by so if you’re a light sleeper, like me, it wouldn’t be the best choice on hot nights. Otherwise it was very nice.

The location is very good since it's right at the centre. Hauptbanhof and Konigsplatz stations are super close in under 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. There are trams running right in front of the hotel. So accessibility is fantastic! The receptionists were great in guiding me since I was very new to the country, let alone the city. Especially, I must mention Yekaterina who was extremely kind and helpful.
The trams close to the building had an adverse effect too. Everytime a tram passed by the building, the building shook. And this is quite frequent too. The room is well isolated acoustically from other rooms and other kinds of noise. But you always feel the trams moving (which is quite frequent too). The bathroom (the shower area) had some stench coming up perhaps from the drain, soon after taking a shower there.

On arrival it was raining we were early to check-in and we asked if we could leave our luggage until our check-in time. The receptionist checked the rooms were ready and let us have our rooms. It was greatly appreciated after our flight. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast one morning, and there was a good selection continental breakfast.
The hotel is very central for the railway station but we were a little disappointed of the feel of the street, which is just personal choice. But other than that very happy with everything

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and spacious with its little lobby area. The bathroom was well equipped and the cleaning staff replenished items as required. The weather was extremely hot and muggy, and the only draw back was the lack of air conditioning to cool the room. The fan provided was useful, but a more sleek design would be better to take up less space. Easy walking distance to the Lowenbrau Keller, Hofbrau Bier Garten, and an Italian restaurant opposite the hotel, good bakery opposite for takeaway coffee and pastries, or the grocery shop for bottle drinks, etc
The only draw back was the noise of the trams outside, which the hotel cannot change, however, if the windows are kept closed it wasn't too bad - it is a city after all and on a useful tram route. (Don't forget if your unlucky enough to be in Munich when it rains, you might like a tram to whisk you to the centre or connect with other modes of transport!!)

The hotel is located really close to Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) Station and you can find a lot of things nearby (restaurants, stores, supermarket, pharmacy). It is about 20 minutes by foot to the old downtown, and it is a nice walk. The room they provided me had a good space and a confortable bed. It also had a minibar, which is something I like to have in the room.
The front desk does not work 24 h, but you can open the door with the same card of your room. In practical terms, the two times that I arrived after 10 pm there were someone still working, so everything worked very well for me.

It's an excellent hotel close to the main railway station. Recently renovated. Decently sized rooms with everything well thought out. Clean and cleaned daily. There's a fridge, desk, shoe sponge, thick curtains, an armchair, excellent gooseneck reading lights, enough hangers for clothes, good water pressure in shower, a small bottle of mineral water, two elevators to avoid waiting. Basic but decent breakfast: scrambled eggs, no bacon (sausages instead), bread, yoghurt, seven different cheeses and a selection of meat.
My room was facing the street and the sound insulation was not very good. Trams passed by regularly and there was streetwork next to the hotel.

Very close to the city center and to various public transport lines. It's really easy to move around the city. It was clean, and we got our room sorted out and trash collected from the room upon request. The staff was really friendly. The building is very accessible due to having an elevator.
The tram is passing right by the hotel and the whole building is shaking, but it is also making quite a loud noise. It doesn't help that the tram is going throughout the night. There is no air conditioning unit, just a fan in the room. We had to open the windows, but due to the tram, we could only keep the windows open up until we went to bed, otherwise we could have easily been woken up, luckily for us the weather was not too hot, and this worked for us.

Clean room, hot shower, comfortable bed, friendly staff. It is around 10 mins walk to the central train station and it is walkable to the old town district and many attractions. There are two lift to every levels. Alot of food cafes around the hotel.
It will be good if the room provide mini kettle. And when it come to night time, the area is pretty noisy with people plus the tram passing until late night. It is also due to no aircon / not adjustable so I need to open the window for some cool air in else the room will be quite stuffy.

The location is near the city center. There are tram station near by. Metro station is in a short walking distance. Not far from the main train station. The size of the room was great. The bathroom is compact but functional. Good water pressure. There is a safe and a mini fridge in the room. The receptionists were polite and attentive.
My bed has been fixed daily, but the bed sheets have never changed during my 8 night stay. The towels changed only if you left it on the floor, even if it were obviously not clean. The cleaning in the room was not always made thoroughly... I have experienced some pretty strong noise during late evening hours , sometimes in the morning... No music channels, no variety of English channels as well. (I used only Chanel 44, which is a local radio, with a nice song selection).

The room was clean and nicely designed, with a nice small terrace looking to the inner court. The location is great, especially when you are coming late after attending a concert-event. The neighborhood is safe with some nice cafes right on the corner; I would say on a walking distance to Karlsplatz. Breakfast offer is a good start for the day
There was no air conditioning in the room, and we were there on a hot August days. There was a fan, that compensated to some extent
