Everything was as expected. I'm not too big on eating out so I especially liked the fact that the room had a microwave, fridge, kettle and basic utensils. I requested a quiet room and I was given a top floor room which reduced the noise made by the elevator and traffic. I am a heavy user of "do not disturb" sign which usually means that my room does not get cleaned but that was not the case with this hotel.

Nothing really but I must mention few things. The hotel does have that student dormitory vibe to it. This place is not for clean freaks as I was able to find spider webbing next to the table and dust underneath the window. There was no air conditioning in the room however that was remedied by a fan. The sink lacked a plug which made it difficult to do laundry.

Reception was welcoming and very helpful, assuring me they are there 24hrs and would help. A very pleasant experience. I walked into a very bight clean and airy room with twin beds at either end with sparkling clean white sheets and covers.. It was overlooking a courtyard of beautiful green trees. I could open the window. The light streamed in, so it was bright and cheerful.. I could close the curtains at night and sleep well. The staff were friendly and helpful with finding the shops and lending iron and board. I was pleasantly surprised that my room had a door to close off from the spacious kitchenette, which had all I needed ( a fridge, stove top, and microwave and adequate utensils for 2) . The shower room and toilet were spacious with a heated place to dry a few things.Practically, It was much better for me than being in a hotel. Fresh clean white towels and a notice to place outside if I wanted my room cleaned. There is a laundry room to book and pay to use the facilities, but I did not use that. There is a machine to buy sandwiches and drinks. It had easy access to trams. I could go for walks. I really loved this accommodation. I will certainly book there again.

As it is a university facility, students were noisy in the courtyard until the early morning. I like to keep my window open. There should be a noise free time from midnight onwards. However, when I closed the window, it was fine.

Near a tram station that connects to the city.. The kitchenette within the room enables the preparation of breakfast and dinner. Helpful reception, particularly with a male staff - Thomas .

We need to lug up several steps to the reception from entrance. There is no assistant of any sort with the luggage to get by the main door. The first time entry needed the reception to grant access remotely or when the occupants exit or enter the hostel ( unlike the hotel setup). There is little resemblance to hotel accommodation.

The room I had was very big (at least for me as a solo-traveler) and featured two beds, a spacious wardrobe, a table with two chairs and a TV. I also had a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with several accomodations (fridge, oven plates, a microwave, various dishes and pans) that all worked perfectly. All in all everything I had hoped for and more! The receptionist was also very helpful with installing the WiFi :-) Connections to the public Transport are nearby. A parking space is provided (for a fee)

The Floors and some of the surfaces seemed a little dirty but nothing too off putting. Unfortunatelly, the room I had was on the grund floor and ants would walk under the door into the kitchen (I think there might be some food residuals behind the fridge, which might attract the ants, but thats just a theory). However this stopped being a problem after the floor got cleaned by the staff, although some lonely ants still found their way into the kitchen. There is also no hair dryer, which was no problem for me, since I brought my own.

The room and bathroom were large with high a high ceiling. It's not a super-plush hotel, but it was perfectly functional and pleasant and quiet. It's on a quiet street, but is very close to the trams, giving very easy access to the city centre (<20mins) or 02 conference centre (20 mins). There were two nice parks very close by, plus a good coffee shop across the main road, and a little supermarket. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The arrival with welcoming of a helpfull reception. The room who was exactly as we planned, very clean, with a small kitchen so that we could cook something once in a while. A small but comfortable table with 3 chairs to sit, eat and watch televison. The beds quite comfortable. Hot shower. Vending machines in the hall and a key to enter the hotel after reception hours. Basicly as we needed for the 4 days we spend in Prague. Dont expect a 5 star hotel. its a comfortable clean room with kitchenette with closeby direct tramline to the centre (30 minutes) costs 30 kronor (euro 1,50) and bars and restaurants in the vicinity with good food and small and bigger supermarkets.

The number of glasses and plates could have been 1 or 2 more.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a two nights staying in Prague, and this hotel seemed to be the best option. ☞ The kitchenette is a big plus! ☞ A nice hall with tables, vending machines and comfy couches ☞ Helpful staff; we communicated of an issue with the stove and when we came back it was solved and the bed done ☞ Just 3’ from the tram station that goes to the city centre.

☞ The cleaning was approximate ☞ It is a student residence and not an hotel, so mind that only one towel per person is provided, only two tiny bar soaps as toiletries, and no food ingredients to cook with.

Brilliant location, super close to the tram stop. Easy commute in and out of town. It was very quiet, and felt a lot calmer than the chaos of old town. Good price! Cute eateries nearby at good prices.

If it is very hot, I don't think the very small desk fan will be enough to cool down completely. But you get what you pay for. It is cheap and cheerful. Limited kitchen equipment but enough to get by.

Very good value for money, clean, comfortable, no a/c but there was a fan, spacious, en-suite, cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and laundry facilities. Convenience store across the road and several nice restaurants nearby. Most importantly, the no. 11 tram stops outside and takes you to the centre of Prague in just 15 mins. Always someone at the reception around the clock.

Lack of a/c was not a problem during my visit in June, but it might be worrisome in the peak of summer. The chair had no padding. Bring a cushion.

Excellent price/quality ratio. While it is not the top level hotel (it is rather on the level of hostels), it was clean, rooms were spacious and there are the trams to the center of the Prague just behind the corner. There was also very helpful reception staff (reception is open 24h/day) and the possibility to get a parking place for reasonable money (200 K/day).

Everything was ok.
