This hotel is absolutely fantastic, from the minute we walked in we were made to feel so welcomed. The staff are phenomenal, I have never met people so brilliant at their jobs. They were so friendly, helpful, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is set right on a gorgeous beach. The rooms are big and spotless. Great shower. They have a safe, kettle, toiletries, balcony everything you need for a great stay. The bus stops for Split and Omis are right outside the hotel. There are restaurants along the promenade and supermarkets across the road which you can access through a tunnel under the road. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to the Podstrana area. Hotel Aria is ten out of ten. Brilliant. The best place we have ever stayed.

Fantastic hotel. A wonderful place with people who are very involved in what they do, starting from the reception, through breakfast service, waiters in the restaurant, ending with the housekeeping lady. Really congratulations to everyone, keep it up. The hotel smells new and is brilliantly located on the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, a very interesting solution for the shower cabin and sink... I think it will appeal to couples the most. We had a room with a sea view on the top 3rd floor, the view was amazing and the sun on the balcony was wonderful in the evenings at the end of September. A large TV with Netflix, a large wardrobe, a safe, and tea and coffee making facilities. There could be an armchair in the room, but my wife says I need an armchair instead of a wardrobe. Breakfast is very good and there is everything you need. The beach is literally 2 steps away, the last week of September you can choose your space, the sun loungers are paid 25 euros for 2 pieces plus an umbrella - unfortunately, this is the current reality in Croatia, but the service is very fast. The hotel has its own parking lot for 10 euros per day - of course it could be free, but... There are other benefits, such as a 10 percent discount in the restaurant, a very good restaurant with great food and service. A wonderful holiday, thank you and we will definitely come back

The staff were so attentive and so kind. We arrived early and were informed our room was ready well before check in! The staff member who greeted us on arrival was so personable and congratulated us on our anniversary with a gift. The room was neat and tidy, with the most incredible view of the ocean. Breakfast was plentiful and a huge range of options! Great restaurant down stairs making everything you need right there at the hotel! Special mention to the resident cat whom we fell in love with! Could not recommend this accommodation any more! Would stay again with no hesitations. The staff at this hotel are the best we have experienced during our month of travel!

With only 25 rooms, the hotel offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for those who prefer a quieter stay. Breakfast comes with a smaller selection, but the food is fresh, flavorful, and of excellent quality. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Perfectly located right on the beach, the hotel provides easy access to the sea while remaining a relaxing retreat close to the city’s attractions.

Fabulous boutique hotel with sea view and private beach situated on the Podstrana promenade. Our room was lovely, comfortable bed, quality decor and attention to detail. The sea and island view from our balcony was exceptional, especially at sunset. On site paid parking is a bonus. The beachfront terrace and June restaurant are very good. Breakfast is varied and abundant. The Staff are very friendly and happy to share local Split experiences and travel tips. Nice location to have a relaxing few days and break from the busyness of Split. We will definitely visit again.

Fantastic view over the beautiful sea, large comfortable bed, huge rainshower and lots of ambience creating lighting in the room. Brilliant air conditioning. Superb friendly helpful staff, they really went the extra mile to make our stay what we needed,, really refreshing to experience! Below the hotel is attached to a popular restaurant and bar. Sunbeds specifically for the hotel although it is a bit passive aggressive with people saving them for hours from 6.30am as there aren't enough for everyone. But overall a very comfortable relaxed stay right on the beach which is just what we wanted.

€10 Parking per night was an unexpected additional cost that Booking.com need to write on their listing, the hotel have requested this but booking.com refuse to add it. Sort it out booking! The fridge was not cold enough at all which is a shame as brand new. The layout of the room was a little strange with the sink and toilet being round the corner from the shower, and not loads of surface space for toiletries, but designer choice having the bed in the centre of the room of course to maximise the fantastic view! Limited restaurants close by, some more around a 30 minute walk up the coast with more variety. Podstrana is quite an expensive area we felt. No shops close by, just a couple of very small supermarkets.

The price during low season (5-7 March 2025) is AWESOME! It is 25 minutes drive from The Old Town Split/Riva, but it didn't bother us at all since we were renting a car, you get the ocean view with balcony. And because it was a low season, you'll get the beach for yourself. The staffs are awesome! they treated us great, everyone was smiling, their services were like if you traveling to Indonesia/Philippines islands (very positive and excellent).. The room is in great vibes, great size and tidy.. We got nothing to complain, it is exactly like in their pictures.. There is a convenience store right across the street to get a bottle of water or snacks.. we didn't use their wifi, so we can't judge it well.. The restaurant is cheaper than any other places in Split, yet their foods are tasteful.. try the octopus! Since we came during low season, expect slow nights, everything is closed after 6pm..

When booking it said in the description of the property we would have a kitchen microwave & kitchen utensils, the kitchen did not even have a sink no cutlery or plates,in the rules of the hotel you are not allowed to prepare food or receive take aways. We usually book and apartment so we can make or own lunch and that is why we booked this Presidential suite, with kitchen and microwave,etc.There was a small room that was plumbed for a washing machine but no machine the smell from the drain was very strong and we would have to open the windows when we came back in the evening

As well seasoned travellers . We were very surprised at the quality of our stay . .Location brilliant. Few steps from bus stop and supermarket. Beds very comfortable. Sea view balcony superb sunsets Hotel restaurant and beach beautiful.. But the staff..Best ever encountered. Nothing a problem.. Shout out to Lea at breakfast. She makes you feel like family. And the young apprentice lady on reception (sorry didn't get name .) You know who we mean ..keep up the great work. Definitely our hotel of choice now for Croatia breaks. Well done all .. The hotel is very new and clean. The room was very nicely decorated and cozy, and the bed really comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Very nice breakfast too. The location is beautiful, right by the coastline. I love absolutely everything about my stay at this hotel.

The only thing I can think of is that, if you don't have a car, although public transport to Split is frequent and the stop is very close to the hotel, there's quite some traffic at certain times of the day and it can take a while to get to Split or back to the hotel. Besides that, taxis are not cheap.
