Everything the two bedroom two bathroom apartment was spacious modern and so clean that you would struggle to find a dust bunny anywhere. The bedrooms were huge with a work station. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. There were lovely laundry facilities in the apartment. The balcony was 40 m² and was perfect to sit out in the morning and have a cup of coffee with crumpets. The views were fantastic. The reception staff were very professional, lovely, and the information pack they provided was informative and beneficial . Everything was set out and perfect for guests. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed right down to the lovely flower scent as you walked in. All the amenities were clean, well cared for and lovely to use to make for a beautiful stay . The beds were so comfortable that in the morning you didn’t want to get out. The pillows were like sleeping on clouds. The location was central to everything shops dining and walking tracks. This place is perfect for anyone who wants to stay and relax and enjoy life . We loved everything about this place . The price was affordable at under $190 per night.

This apartment has a good balcony with seating for 6, 2 ensuite style bathrooms one is a little larger than the other but both good, the water pressure in the shower is great and the shower cubicle is a good size, both bedrooms had king beds, which can be separated into singles if you want, both bedrooms had wardrobe space and were roomy, mirrors only in the main bedroom, beds were super comfortable pillows also very good, air-conditioned worked well and was quiet, small laundry with a washing machine and dryer both worked well, kitchen had everything you need, large fridge, lounge area had ample seating, this area is very quiet but easy travel time to most places, the pool is clean and a reasonable size also parking included in undercover garage with lifts to your floor, the staff are lovely and friendly

Great location close to hospital, lake and shopping centre and exceptionally clean. Staff were helpful and there was under over parking.

The parking was very tight and fine if you had a small car! There were also not enough written instructions. We weren’t told there was an access door between car park and entry foyer until last day of our stay. The automatic garage roller door was difficult to open. Apartment noise insulation wasn’t great so a fair bit of noise from neighbouring units and hospital helicopter.

Modern, clean, beautiful view and convenient location

The entrance door did not have any locks, bolts or chains on the inside. The door was very lightweight and easy to open. My three year old quietly let herself out while I was on the toilet. Lucky we realised in time as we could hear her out there. This is quite dangerous as the corridor outside of the front door is like a balcony. So I would like to make a suggestion, to at least put a little chain lock at the top of the door on the inside, out of reach of children, for security and peace of mind that children will not go out wondering.

Stayed for 2 nights with a friend nearly a month ago & it was wonderful, staff were brilliant & very helpful with good direction. The Riverside view made the stay alot more relaxing, the location was pretty central & didn't have to drive too far too get to where we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Spacious apartment, lovely balcony with large table, breakfast bench and full kitchen. Very functional and basic but comfortable. Good air conditioning and lots of natural light. We enjoyed the Foxtel.

There is not quite enough lounge seating for four adults so not as comfortable as it could be. The kitchen is good but desperately needs some decent cookware, especially a decent frypan. It could also use a new toaster. The apartment could be made more comfortable and less sterile - may be a rug, some homewares, some homely touches.

Lovely staff and exceptional cleanliness. Location was good although too far from the beach to walk. However it overlooks a lovely lake system

We booked a studio which in hindsight wasn’t the best for us. We love a view or something to look out onto. The room, although clean was very box like with tiny windows and somewhat claustrophobic. It also advertises a kitchenette which is lovely but there is only enough room for a small deck and single chair. The second person has to eat on the bed.

Ease of location to where we went. Secure parking. Liked the security we had with the connecting room set up, was very convenient with young grandchildren being able to go between the two apartments.

Only one lift in service, due to a breakdown in other and having to wait for a part - not the staff fault though. Didn't like the shower, had to run around just to get wet from the shower head!! Bed was not very comfortable sadly. Hard to wash dishes in the sink, many knocks to the head on the cupboard jutting out over the sink??

From the time of booking until checkout every one was very friendly and made sure that all your needs were met. Wonderful administration when booking in and out.

That someone parked in my allotted car spot. Administration were very accommodating to where I parked as I couldn’t park in my spot. Everyone is allotted a spot and they should be notified when booking in that they must park in their allotted spot. Unfortunately I find this happens quite a lot, some people will park where ever.
