The managers are very dedicated and proactive and take great care of Raffles. Our unit was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped which made cooking at home easy. Apart from Salt and pepper, you'll need to bring all your own consumables. The Surf Club is a ten minute walk away but wasn't laborious. Coles supermarket is across the road from the complex.

Some construction noise from a building site across the road. Luckily work was only carried out on our first day there.

Great location. Supermarket right across the road, steps from the beach and many cafes and boutique shops. Nice little lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Air conditioned main bedroom and lounge. Provided pool noodles which the kids enjoyed and free WiFi and foxtel channels which are nice touches.

It’s an older property but very well maintained. Smaller hotel than we realised with small pool which was fine for the amount of rooms they have. Apartment was on the smaller side than other 2 bed apartments we’ve stayed in but was still good value for money.

Nice newly renovated unit, not quite as big as anticipated, excellent location. Beach, shopping, cafes and restaurants are very close by. Bonus having supermarket and bottle store across the road. Unit was very clean and well equipped. Pool, spa and BBQ area very clean and tidy also.

There was a lot of street noise from motorbikes, especially on the weekend when on the deck, quiet inside though with doors closed.

The location was really good, with Coles across the road and walking distance to everything we wanted to get to. The staff were friendly. The apartment was a good size.

The beds weren't very comfortable. Whilst it was great having plump pillows, they were a bit high for sleeping with, especially for children. The second room and bathroom was every poky. The floors were a bit dirty, which was made very obvious with a crawling baby. Although we did see them mop another apartment so maybe the mop just needs a clean or the water needs to be changed more frequently.

The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had a tidy homely feel overall. Staff were lovely and easy to talk to. I mainly booked it for the spa bath and it absolutely delivered. A nearby pub was playing music on the second night which you could hear at street level but not from the apartment

The rooftop could have had a bit more on it and the exhaust in the bathroom was a little noisy (although was informed the bathroom is soon getting a makeover)

Excellent location for beach, shops and restaurants. Apartment was nicely laid out and fully fitted. The Managers were extremely helpful, very friendly and efficient

The stay was spoilt a bit by a constant noise of motor bikes and cars being driven at high speeds by 'boy racers' around the adjacent roads at all times of the day and night

Excellent helpful building managers, lovely clean refurbished apartment with good space and seaview. Comfortable bed and good linen. Convenient location, close beach, cafes, supermarket, bus stop

We were diasppointed that the pool was not heated.

My dad and I stayed in the ground level apartment with my one year old son. It was perfect - two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the right amount of living space, as well as a small courtyard. The facilities are clean and tidy and have everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Centrally located to shops and cafes, all within walking distance. The supermarket is also within walking distance.

There wasn't anything I disliked.

Raffles is in a great location. The main beach in within 100m. Right across the road you have Handy Coles Supermarket and the Mooloolaba tavern, Liquor Store, Bakery. The Irish Pub across the road had great food as well. 5 Minutes walk to the Surf Club. Apartment was spacious, clean and well stocked (Tea, Coffee) with a comfortable bed. I really enjoyed the Small Heated Pool and Spa Pool. Free underground parking was handy for rental.

Nothing really except my wife had trouble getting into and out of the Shower which is inside the spa bath. Much prefer walk in showers.

Location and facilities. We enjoyed our stay as everything was in the apartment to make our stay comfortable. A home away from home so to speak. Beach shopping and restaurants were all close and easy to access. Management was very helpful and kept the pool and garden areas clean and ready for use. We could not have been happier with our stay and would not hesitate to come back for another holiday. Thank you very much. Kerin Acton
