Clean, well appointed with enough basic equipment and kitchen items. Microwave, good sized fridge etc. Late check in was made easy and instructions were fairly clear. Nice staff.

Entrance is a bit confusing - back to front to usual sides of the road. They could warn you about that. Location is a bit far from the beach but that’s not really a big problem and land closer to the beach would be astronomically expensive in that location. Not much to complain about to be honest.

The cabin was perfect for myself and my hubby. The pool was pleasant, the playground was adequate, and the grounds were lovely. The park right next door was lovely to go for a morning or afternoon walk and had a playground and pond. It was just lovely.

I wish we had have had a couch rather than double bunks in our cabin for us to sit and relax on but other than that it was perfect. oh and the gentleman driving around in the buggy collecting the linen etc was driving a little too fast with so many kids around

A lot better equipped than other cabins. The bathroom was surprisingly lovely. The 3 bunk beds made for fun times for kids indoors. Great pool and playground for little kids. Be prepared for a conversation about swimming nappies if your child is under 3. Excellent location close to a family friendly beach, and the coffee van was very convenient for Brekky.

The air conditioner is a boxy ‘window rattler’ and quite noisy. It was rattling the oven. So we opened the oven door a touch and removed the trays inside it to reduce the noise.

We have stayed here many times before and always find it very central to our movements on the Sunshine Coast. The staff are accommodating, the cabins were very clean and the best location. A very well operated Tourist establishment. We will be back.

We made 4 bookings and requested that the 4 cabins be in close proximity to each other. the other 3 were reasonably close to each other,but we were on the other side of the park...Not a major issue.

OMG. This place is amazing. We booked at 5:53pm in the evening for that night. Were called at 5:57pm to ask when we planned to arrive as the reception closes at 6pm. My first thought was "oh no!". We were told we could do a late check-in and the information would be text to me. We arrived, took phone to the safe and the whole process went like clockwork. This place has to be BY FAR the BEST and EASIEST check-in we have ever had. The place was amazing. First point of call from now on. Thank you for everything.

We asked when possible for a particular cabin and the when that wasn't available we were booked on another one with similar facilities We've been always provided with quick and courteous attention

After a few days eating out, a stove with a gas oven is such a fantastic opportunity for a home prepared meal. We absolutely love it everytime we go to Alexandra Beach cabins.

Cabin was fully furnished, kitchen was perfect, pool was excellent even in the middle of winter, place was clean and tidy with bins close to cabin but emptied daily check in process was smooth reverse air-conditioning kept the cabin warm, nice and quiet area even for being in the middle of town, close to shopping centers Staff were attentive

Arcade was a bit dated unfortunately,

Location was awesome to walk to the Surf Club. Front desk staff were a delight and when I advised of a maintenance issue they were on to it within 2 mins, can't fault this type of customer service. Pool looked wonderful although we didn't use it as the weather was a lot better than was forecast and we didn't bring swimmers!! Would absolutely return.

Park itself is so well laid out for caravans and cabins and the grounds and facilities are immaculate and well maintained. Cabin is clean and spacious. A comfy bed with nice linen sheets. Location and access to shopping and beach was just a short walk. Coffee van on site and open from 5:30am. Various food trucks a couple of times a week.

Layout of bathroom - toilet is very close to wall and seat was a cheap creaky plastic!

The cabins are very close to the beach - there is a food store at the corner and some eateries - the place is more affordable than a lot of the more expensive accommodation nearby. There is BBQ and game room near the pool area. The Check In and Out process was quick and swift. We received communication prior to our stay with instructions.
