The hotel is away from the hustle bustle of Luxor city, and the rooms are huge with excellent service. Facilities are well kept, we used their wellness center and swimming pool. They have multiple swimming pools but we used the infinity pool on the Nile. The hotel is built on its own island in the Nile with many blocks of rooms and cottages. The restaurants were great we had lunch dinner and breakfasts. We also went for fishing in the Nile with their staff. The entire service staff was eager to help. One of the best stays for us in entire Egypt. If ever we go to Luxor again, this is the place we are going to stay.

The small zoo nothing wild but domestic animals really. Although not a wildlife activist, i didn't like the animals captivated there, they didn't feel happy. The way they looked at us and the donkey crying, felt they wanted us to get them out. I think they can instead develop that area into kids play/ reading or something similar.

The room, the view and the atmosphere. Breakfast and lunch outside next to the Nile was amazing. The pools were clean and quiet. The on site massage facility was great and very reasonable.

As with nearly all Egyptian service providers the staff were looking for tips all the time. In some cases it was embarrassing with waiters inside the restaurant arguing about who would serve us. Others were a little more subtle about it. Our stay clashed with a conference at the hotel and the evening buffet was chaotic and noisy. It was also annoying that water had to be paid for during the meal (the conference attendees had free bottles which were removed from our table).

This was my second time visiting (first time was about 17 years ago). The island location is very relaxing and nicely atmospheric with the views of the Nile and the boats sailing by. The staff are very courteous and diligent. The views are excellent especially from the infinity pool; walking by the river’s edge is also great for looking at the horizon etc. The cats around the property are cute, although we made the mistake of feeding some, which got a bit hairy when more than one cat got involved. The attendants feed them regularly, so they can just be stroked if you want to.

The food was ok for me, but it’s not the freshest. The variety at breakfast was ok though. The bath leaks a bit and the shower facilities are a bit simple. On windy days (making it about 23 degrees in December), the pool is freezing and pretty much impossible to swim if you don’t have wet suit type clothing. However, the next day for example, with no wind and about 25 degrees, the pool was cold, but ok to swim in. So, on some windier days, the pool may be hard to swim in.

The location of the hotel is quite something. It's on an island just south of Luxor city centre and its right on the Nile. You can watch boats make their way up and down the Nile, day and night. The sunsets here are truly amazing. It really is a very serene setting, I must say. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and polite. Good range of food and plentiful in the restaurant, especially considering we're in the middle of a global food and financial crisis. The three swimming pools are lovely and nicely situated. Plenty of sun loungers and room to sunbathe beside the pool, or on the grass. My room was kept very clean by housekeeping always and it was well stocked. The wifi worked well.

The hotel is a bit away from the main drag and the city centre, so if you don't have your own car, you can either use the hotel's courtesy minibus or run the gauntlet of the taxi drivers who are all parked up outside the front gate of the hotel. Careem won't come to the hotel, for the most part. It's too far south of Luxor city centre. The hotel reception will call you a taxi. The reception will give you a guide to the taxi fares for the main attractions in the city centre also, but I found some of the taxi drivers to be evasive about agreeing a fare to anywhere else in Luxor from the outset, which was annoying. The hotel courtesy bus goes into Luxor city centre at about 5 pm and 9 pm. Pity they don't do a run at midday and in the morning too.

The room was clean and the location overlooking the Nile river was great. The water pressure of the shower was strong and comfortable. We had dinner at an Asian restaurant and it was delicious. There was a mini-zoo on the hotel premises, and we were able to see camel, rabbits, monkeys and more. It was just feeding time, and the staff kindly let us feed them :) We didn't use it this time due to the cold, but we would have liked to have used the pool if it was summer.

A little spot of Heaven that cost like a cheap and grey room in an European city. An amazing location, on an island in the Nile just 30minutes from the city center. Simple, modern and comfortable rooms in the green romantic resort. Waking up with voice of free birds you can see the airbaloons floating on the valley of Kings, a breathless experience. Outstanding staff, from the receptions to the gardeners, from the security to the chefs of the restaurants gave an additional added value to the experience.

Nothing, honestly I booked because of the reviews, but the experience ecceeded my expectations.

Excellent. If they can give fresh juices would be great.

Closing time of swimming pools. Since its summer difficult to go to the pools till evening. So should open till late at leat 8 pm.

The place and facilities were Excellent. The pools, the rooms, the lawns, the entire place is just Beautiful. The staff was responsive but honestly could be better. They seemed over-burdened or just seemed busy. The front desk seemed understaffed during peak hours. The cleaner in the spa stole the phone. And later returned it to his supervisor saying he found it in the toilet. (When he saw the matter getting escalated) To be honest, it was one the best places I have been to, inspite of this one odd experience. Mr Waed (might have mispelled) in the Asian Sway restaurant was exceptional. He went the extra mile to make our dinner special. To put it simply. The place is Beautiful. It's clean, great housekeeping and the perfect location. Yes i would recommend it. Just avoid the spa (wellbeing spa, private spa service)

We had a gigantic room near one of the gigantic swimming pools. The bed was enormous and comfortable and the room was well appointed. Lots of good eating options in the hotel from international buffet to bbq and Asian food. The main restaurant terrace overlooking the Nile was a particularly lovely spot to spend an evening. There were just 2 of us but it looks like a solid family option as well to me. The in house travel agency was extremely helpful too. The hotel is a couple of miles outside of Luxor but there are plenty of available taxis and a free shuttle service that can take you into the centre. Drop off and pickup is behind the Luxor temple.

Our recent stay at this resort was absolutely fantastic, especially for our kids aged 5 and 4. The highlight for the little ones was definitely the pool — they had a blast splashing around and playing for hours!Watching the stunning sunset from the resort and all the bird life was also a magical experience, creating perfect family memories. The location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome. The resort also offers lots of food options for lunch and dinner which we liked as we didn't have to leave the resort in search of good restaurants in the surrounding area.
