Breakfast and evening meal. Cleanliness of the room.

TV had no signal. My husband had to go through a lot of steps to get it to connect. There was no literature in the hotel room giving times of breakfast or any info about the choice of restaurants, or number to contact if you needed to phone reception. We only discovered the historical photos and historical ex work rooms to the back behind reception by chance, it would have been nice to have them pointed out. Some of the service during the 2nd day breakfast and 1st evening meal was slow. They seemed short staffed. But as I have worked in catering/hospitality I understand what the situation is like for waiting staff and would not hold it against the staff or even the establishment.

Fantastic hotel. Next door to titanic museum and sse arena 5 minutes walk. Loads of titanic memorabilia all over the hotel to visit and read. Rooms spacious and bathroom well stocked. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant and bar great but you will need to book before hand. We had a four day stay and couldn’t have asked for more. Was worried about noise at night that had been mentioned on one post but we had no issues what even though there was a wedding on one night. We had breakfast included and it was very nice.

I wasn’t cheap but you know that before you go and if you have nothing else to complain about it can hardly be complaint

The parking was a bit misleading. We travelled on 2 motorcycles. When we went into the underground parking we were told we would have to pay but when we entered the car park the machine did not issue tickets and the barrier actually came down on my husbands head. When we checked out we explained that we did not have tickets so the receptionist gave us a receipt to show that we had paid the hotel £38. In fact we exited the car park without needing to show anything so I suspect that the bike parking was actually free and we didn't have to pay anything at all? I think you should clarify this and possibly refund our £38.

The lift wasn't working for the 2nd day of our visit.

Good breakfast menu. Hotel is located 12-15 minutes walk from the city centre. It is opposite Titanic Museum - Titanic Experience is a must and anyone who visits Titanic Hotel must take time to explore and enjoy all the amazing pictures and artefacts in the hotel. A lovely stay !

We ate in the hotel on Sunday night - food was delicious, but the youngsters serving lacked experience.... I don't blame the kids, who were all delightful but not mature or experienced enough to cope with a few little problems that occurred. Not their fault - management should have been offering more support.

Lovely atmosphere, enjoyed seeing all the original details and photographs. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean, breakfast had a wide choice, and all the staff we met were friendly. We visited the bar area for drinks and food one evening and enjoyed our meal there. The front desk team were super helpful whenever we had a question. The location was great for us as we were happy to walk and explore the area.

Only thing I can think of is that the air conditioning unit was a bit too noisy to use at night and there was a fair bit of traffic passing overnight but these didn’t impact the enjoyment of our stay.

Everything was really great apart from the location, which although was great for getting to all the tourist attractions however the traffic was very noisy during the night. Also as we had to book two rooms as my son is at that age, maybe a family rate for two rooms would have been more affordable.

We absolutely loved our time at the Titanic Hotel in Belfast. I booked a long weekend for myself and my partner as she is a big buff for the history of the Titanic and what better place to stay than where this ship as well as many of her sister ships were designed at the old Harland and Wolff headquarters. The location is amazing, situated right across from the Titanic experience and where the Titanic and Olympic were first built and on the other side you can see the impressive Harland and Wolf cranes Samson and Goliath. 5 minutes walk in one direction is the Nomadic, the last surviving White Star Line vessel and 10 minutes in the other direction is the Titanic distillers who are situated in the old pump house and the dry dock where the Titanic was fitted out with her interior. The hotel itself has been carefully preserved and restored. There are so many posters, pictures and artefacts throughout. The hotel have graciously opened up a window to history, enabling you to stand in rooms much as they would have been 100 plus years ago. I’d highly recommend making your way to the first floor to the presentation room which overlooks drawing office two which is also definitely worth a visit for a drink and a bite to eat. John was very engaging, witty and funny making our afternoon nibbles and cocktails even more enjoyable. The service at the hotel impressed in more areas. As soon as I booked, the team reached out by email to ask if we were staying for a special occasion and gave the opportunity for me to pay a bit extra to surprise my partner with rose petals, prosecco and chocolates. Matt, the deputy general manager, is very accommodating, polite and thoughtful. It’s clear that the standards of the hotel are very important and set highly. We thoroughly look forward to coming back soon and would recommend this hotel to anyone who has an interest in the history of the Titanic of just wants a break in Belfast just outside the loudness of the heart of the city.

There were a couple of snags with housekeeping not topping things up but as I noted before, the customer service is excellent so no big issues overall.

So this was my first solo travel ever and started from Luton airport. After losing my son to stillbirth a year ago I felt what the heck. What’s to be afraid of going it alone. Wanted to see the titanic museum so much. Bucket list thing and the hotel was an experience and museum in of itself. The hotel is incredible I walked around for hours the history, the endless pictures and information about the past. Stunning and the model ships incredible. The staff were incredible and I learnt Belfast to be the most friendliest place ever. What a choice for my first solo adventure. I felt so safe so looked after. The restaurant staff couldn’t do enough and I never felt alone with them all being so chatty too. The rooms incredible! Absolute luxury and the communal rooms you could explore with TVs documenting the history of titanic and the building. The proximity to the museum was spot on. Right as you walk outside. Explored the evening outside the hotel viewing the harbour, so tranquil. Belfast locals so proud of their heritage and was so refreshing and beautiful to see. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat, best nights sleep iv had in a good 9 months . Exceptional hotel exceptional staff couldn’t recommend enough. Food also top notch.waiter staff uniform is so fitting of titanic and so smart! Love that touch. Hotel is within easy reach. I had to fly to Belfast international as no flights Saturday back to Luton from Belfast city airport. Not a problem 40 mins bus ride from international on 300a bus right outside arrivals door on the left to city centre then a 35 min walk to the hotel from central station. A stunning walk with lots to see highly recommend doing that. Thank you so so much Belfast titanic hotel!

There really is not a single thing I could say that was bad. Loved every second the hospitality and helpfulness acceptional to a lone lady traveling

We arrived very early and the staff were super accommodating. Checked us in early and took our luggage (though our room wasn't ready). When we returned to the hotel later in the day we were given our room keys straight away and found our luggage already in our room. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and there was a lovely message and sweet treat waiting for us. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We loved the history and story of the hotel. Period features throughout the hotel was a lovely touch and our bathroom was beautifully appointed. Location was very good.

It's a little bit out of town 20 ish minutes walk but it's a nice walk. Very close to the Titanic museum. Feel that parking should be offered free of charge.
