One of my favorite places to stay during all my travels! The incredibly warm and welcoming hospitality is the highlight of this guesthouse. My room was quite simple but had everything I needed, and a delicious breakfast was included (which is a big plus). Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, no noise from the street!

A very minor downside: there was no view from the window, but considering all the other advantages and the room price, it's easy to overlook.

The hotel has a perfect location - right next to 7/11 supermarket, cheap restaurants and around 8 minutes walking to the beach. It is not on a hill which is perfect, not like other hotels. The staff is absolutely awesome - the owner is kind, speaks great English and ready to help you with everything. Breakfast was good too, no buffet but you choose from options - it does not make you completely full but great to start the day. AC worked nicely. Balcony is very helpful. You can wash your clothes for a nice price.

The water in the sink did not flow away properly. The cleaning service was a bit slow - only after some days they threw away the trash. There was also some rubbish in the drawers after previous guests. The bed was quite hard.

Just a 5-7 minute walk to Karon Beach. The hotel owners were very helpful. The breakfast was filling and tasty, and on days when we had to leave early at 7:30 AM, they even prepared our breakfast to go. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The toilet and shower were combined, and since there was no shower cabin, the whole bathroom would get wet. While this is acceptable for the price, it made using the bathroom somewhat inconvenient.

Loved how spacious the room was for its low cost. It was so close to the beach and it had so many amenities like a hair dryer, a toaster, a refrigerator and freezer, etc. The room felt homey and not temporary like most hotels. The safe made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. They were so friendly! The breakfast was delicious too.

One of the soaps provided to me had a hair on it which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Also I wish they changed out my towel more often because of how much swimming and showering I was doing. It wasn’t changed for the three nights I was there. Overall, the pros far outweighed the cons.

Only slight criticism was the bed being very hard but others may not think this a problem

Very nice host family; the proprietor speaks pretty good english and is quite helpful and nice. Breakfast included with the room (until 11:30 no less!). Walkable to the beach and pretty much anything else. Even gave me an extra hour late checkout for no charge and allowed me to switch rooms when i showed up and saw that the room I was originally assigned opened right onto the street.

Not much, great place

All of the staff were incredibly nice, they are caring and will help out with any requests you have. The place is very good value, lots of shops around so you don’t need to go too far to eat, or go for coffee. Very nice stay thanks again all the staff and Pongsakorn 🙏

Not much, maybe the bed was a little bit hard but that’s common and I still had pretty good sleeps.

Staff were super enthusiastic and helpful. Our room was upgraded owing to low season in Phuket. Great value and highly recommended.

Nothing. If you’re coming to Phuket for resort leisure, maybe this property does not match your expectations; but if you’re coming for islands hopping and Phuket explorations, this property is possibly what you would like to stay in.

Great hosts. Comfortable & secure self contained apartment on ground floor with patio to shield from the torrential rain & weather. Good filling breakfast offered until midday. Large fridge, kettle & microwave including utensils provided. Host went out of way to accommodate all my requests. Due to being extremely quiet their restaurant was closed for lunch & dinner, but there were so many tasty options within 5 minutes walking distance. Convenience stores, banks & shopping within 3 minutes walk. 5 minutes walk to the beach.

TV reception did not work very well, but that did not bother me at all. Humidity in Phuket.

The room was clean and comfortable in an excellent location. The host and his team/family were absolutely exceptional and the service we received was the best we have ever had. The breakfast was good, water in the room each day was massively appreciated. Overall value for money was excellent. I would return if in Phuket again!

We were very happy, but to make our stay more comfortable we would have liked hand towels and maybe another larger mirror.
