Coffee was terrible but everything else was perfect and clean

Even though we only stayed two nights, our room was not clean and beds were not made. I have never stayed in a hotel where the room was not cleaned everyday. They told me that they do not clean if you only stay two nights and we would have had to ask for it to be done. Came back very late at night and was shocked

The staff are nice they help you if you need something I like that they make us feel comfortable the hotel was clean the room are clean and beds are comfortable.

The only problem was the bathroom. They needed to clean it a little more, and I found hair in the bathtub and sink. The shower head was rusty . The breakfast is okay they need to put more options like bagels, more fruits, and muffins, etc.

The restaurant and the complimentary breakfast was so good. The staff is so great and helpful.

The only thing they could do is add a pool. But no complaints about this hotel. It's a great place to stay. We only stay here when visiting family in Paramus.

With had 9 rooms for a funeral, a couple of rooms needed special things ie: crib in one. Katerina, I hope I’m saying her name right, worked hard to get everyone what they needed. She did an exceptional job. She was an excellent worker.

I can’t say anything bad. The breakfast was also better than most hotel breakfasts. We also enjoyed having bonefish grill attached. Didn’t have to drive anywhere for dinner. Are and walked out to go to our rooms

Everything about our stay was excellent. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked, fresh and hot, replenished quickly, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The property location is central to the area.

Other than the weather - everything was delightful.

Location was great but perhaps offer vegan sausage. Your coffee was fantastic and I had a wonderful time.

The air conditioner was loud for me so next time I will bring air plugs but my room was a wonderful temperature.

Close to everything we needed. Clean. Love the shower head spray - Relaxing

Booked a double , 2 double beds. Given a 1 king. No biggie. One night stay and worth the price. Lots of construction in the area

Great location. Loved the setup of the King suite plenty of space. Price reasonable and good breakfast

It was fixed but checking in late was a problem mix up on how many rooms I had

The staff was extremely responsive, attentive, and approachable. I was able to use the complimentary shuttle service and Lenny was great! Thank you, Lenny! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable.

I would have appreciated real plates and cups for the breakfast. Too much trash with the plastic plates. Also, an expresso machine would have been better than the coffee pitchers.

Breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from.

There was confusion checking in with where we needed a room. Finally got help from the cleaning help speaking to the front desk
