I spent 3 months travelling across India staying in hostels and hotels across the country and this is by far the best place I stayed in. The facilities are excellent with room service and the most incredible views. The shower is perfect with an actual glass panel in place so the entire room doesn't get soaked. The staff go above and beyond to make your staff pleasurable. I felt so welcome there and had a really good relationship with all of the staff. Abhilash is a lovely manager and jijesh is a wonderful chef. We ate there every night of our stay as the food is incredible. They also cooked us off the menu local specialities upon request. They even brought the meal to our room allowing us to eat on the balcony looking at the tremendous view. They also have a games room with table tennis. If you stay and need a tuk tuk driver, please ask at reception for Rajin. He is truly wonderful and brilliant driver/guide. Thank you so much for our unforgettable experience of Munnar. Bonus tip: go to the viewpoint above the hotel about a 10 minute walk away. We went up there on a clear night to see the stars and it was one of the best night skies I've ever seen. You will not regret it! But bring a torch as it's very dark.

Place Meets All Your Expectations, Staff are Very Polite & Always Helpful. The 2 Bedroom Villas Have the Best View along with the Mountain View Rooms. Food is Good, Should try The Games Room, It has a Awesome View, Adequate Parking. Nice Flowery Garden for excellent Pics in The Morning. They Have some Pets for Children to Interact & Feed them, Loved the Rabbits & Birds.

The location Too Steep for Big Vans, We were provided Alternative Pickup Vehicle by resort for the last 1 Km of Journey to the Resort, Fireplace Music is Little Loud spoiling the Calmness of the location, Shower Water Seeps into Dry Area from under the Shower Partition Glass making the Bathroom a mess in Villa Number 2.

A beautiful place on the hill with incredible views. Offered an amazing view from the bed and we enjoyed waking up in the morning, listening to the birds and watching the trees and flowers. It was difficult to get a tuktuk to agree to take us back late at night, a taxi usually agreed and it wasn't cheap. But honestly, it was worth staying up there in comparison to a place in the centre. The staff is wonderful - always ready to help and super attentive. They're very professional and kind. Would stay here again.

The bed mattresses were a little soft for our liking. Nevertheless, we all slept okay.

The whole property is nicely maintained with clean rooms and necessary amenities. The View from the room balcony facing the valley was awesome, and with the fresh air and the constant call of different species of birds, the experience is something to be cherished for long. Food was also very tasty, and the chef Mr. Jijesh and his team had prepared wonderful dishes for our tastebuds. The property staff were helpful right from the outset, and had called well before check in and enquired about the route we are taking. The steep road to the resort would look risky at first, but with couple of drives we will get a hang of how to drive in first gear only. Overall it was a peaceful and memorable stay for our family.

Although they have a spacious play zone, the game items and the game room itself could be maintained better.

Had been to this property with my family.Had an amazing time in this home packed in nature .I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. This is one of the highest resorts in munnar and the view from top of the mountain is just a wowwwwwww...Staff were very helping and polite .The balcony view was the best part and I have been there in perfect monsoon . Breakfast is way too good with loads of varieties.Would definitely love to stay here again ♥️

The carpets were old..and the bed provided in the living area did not seem to be clean...if you can change this, it would be great .However ,this did not bother us

Breakfast met all the expectations a foodie can have. Variety of options in veg and non veg some of them including puttu and kadala curry appam and chicken stew etc. Location is fantastic It is actually the highest resort in Munnar. The view from gallery was breathtaking. Property maintained nicely. Worth visiting

The stay was perfect. I went with family. Rooms were clean, service was perfect and so was tge food. The property was very peaeceful. greenery was outstanding. We enjoyed a lot.

Just one disappointment is that you have kept some animals and birds in cage for tourist attraction which is not acceptable. Your place is perfect for attraction, no need to keep that for tourists. So I would request please think about it ansd do the needful.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was nice. The view from the rooms were breathtaking. There is a restaurant on site.

The road on the way to the hotel is tricky as it was very steep and narrow, so not very adapted to big vehicles. We had two cottages, one was very nice and spacious, the other had very small bathrooms which made it a little difficult to shower without wetting the whole bathroom.

It is the most exquisite setting. My room had a large balcony where I could just sit and stare at the view and the beautiful garden. The room was well appointed, the bed super comfortable. The staff were charming and very helpful. The on site restaurant serves a great buffet breakfast. It also had good food for other meals, so one did not need to go down the hill to find food.

We liked everything abt the property. The politeness & kindness of staffs, food was excellent, & sumptuous breakfast spread. Chef Jijesh deserves a special mention. The views were out of the world. The gentleman (sorry forgot the name) at the reception encouraged us to go to a viewpoint at the property, view the sunset ….
