The location for my is perfect! The price point was my first draw last time. All basic needs are met in the room for my stay. I did need extra coat hangers which was not a problem to get. Iron and ironing board upon request. They let me keep it for the duration of my stay....7 nites which i extended to 10 . Breakfast has changed to buffet, last stay there was a menu in place. The buffet is adequate. The $10 credit towards food and beverage for going green is a great incentive. Staff are obliging friendly and fabulous!!!

Probably the laundry. I didnt look at it this visit , but 6months ago I was disappointed with the lack of instruction and reliance that people will "clean" dyer filters etc . as the signage requests. If there was more instruction and where I can get coins etc ..This laundry for Dummies instruction would be great

Great value for money, comfortable room and super Friendly staff. The room cleaners were amazing and super kind but also did a fantastic job of the rooms. One night there was absolutely no parking in the lot and this very kind receptionist (mid 20s guy with blue eyes) offered his parking spot in the staff lot to save us from struggling to find a spot. Overall excellent place, super hospitable staff that went above and beyond in terms of customer service and great value for money.

The location wasn't the best, far away from the beach but close to Westfield at least. The parking lot got full quite easily which I think should've been monitored because we did pay a fee every day for parking. But despite these minor issues, this place was incredible.

Was a bit hesitant booking this room because of some of the reviews, but it was a great place from the location, friendly staff, cleanliness to the ease of parking in the carpark & was in the ideal spot. yes was a tad noisy because of thin windows but overall will definitely be back.

Definitely the bed. The bed itself was comfy, butttt if you have a double / queen bed it was horrible as it was two singles pushed together on wheels so the bed constantly moved if you rolled over either way causing my partner to fall between the gap constantly. Maybe remove the bluty wheels or put locks on them.

The ease of self check in and check out was fantastic. Great location and super helpful and friendly staff. The coffee was outstanding. Whilst we didn't have dinner at the property, it was clearly very popular as it was crowded with a great vibe. The smell of the food cooking was tempting but we were in Wollongong for an event so couldn't stay. The accessible room was good - lots of space and easy to navigate.

You could feel the bed springs through the mattress - maybe time for a new bed! Whilst NOT the hotel's fault, there appeared to be a number of workmen ( possibly roadworks) staying at the property that were incredibly noisy with loud / drunk conversations in the hallway at both midnight and again when leaving at 5.00am.

Large size room and bathroom. Very clean and very convenient to everything. Very helpful and professional front of desk staff. Very easy to check in and one of the few hotels that allow me to pay in cash on the day of check in which I thought was great.

Nota big dreams but It was a very very windy weekend and I felt the window let a draft in which did chill the room, great for summer but winter could be a different story. Again with the window it was a bit noisy with police sirens and people talking below. So the windows aren’t really sound proof. I’m a light sleeper.

The location was amazing! It was right in the heart of Wollongong right next to the central Wollongong mall which made it so convenient for shopping! I loved how there was also secure parking underneath the hotel as well. The staff were amazing and the check in/check out experience was amazing breeze

There was only one small trash can in the bathroom.. so I had to use my shopping bags as bins and wait for housekeeping to come around to collect rubbish. The blind drawstring in my room kept popping off its bracket so I had to constantly keep trying to fix it to roll it up and down. The “kitchenette” is very minimal.. you only get a mini fridge and a kettle.. I’m pretty sure it was a converted uni accommodation which is understandable, but there should at least be a microwave.. this would have made it so much easier for me to have dinner instead of having to spend money on takeout or going downstairs to the restaurant..

I can’t fault anything

The hotel is very clean in a great location with plenty of food, bars, shops and an amazing beach location 10 minute walk down the road. My family arrived 2 hours later than our check-in time (10:30 pm). One of the most kindest professionals, Amber, greeted my 3 year old and myself with the warmest welcome, no worries about the time at all. The entire staff of this hotel are top-notch, super kind, and playful spirits towards my daughter. We will definitely be coming back to stay in the near future. Easy access to secure underground car parking.

If the bed was moved underneath the window you might get a lot more space for sitting, and the TV wouldn't be directly in face.

The location is great, very close to everything we needed, and good transport for sightseeing. Most of the staff was very friendly and nice. The room was comfortable and was a good size — a great place for a short stay.

The only problem was that on the first night, we had an evacuation alarm at around 5 am. After a scary time, waking up with the alarm, and everyone evacuating the rooms, we had no clarification/notification about what happened. The only staff that appeared came a while after everyone was outside and just opened the door and told everyone could go back to the rooms. When asked about what happened he was not sure or aware and had no details. It was hard to rest well after that and no one talked with the customers about it. I can imagine how hard it was for older people or those with kids to go through this. We saw online and it seems it has been happening frequently at this place, having false alarms to evacuate, and they need to fix it soon for the safety and well-being of the guests.

I arrived early and my room was ready 2 hours earlier than expected. Check in was easy, parking was easy, lift straight up to the room levels from the carpark. Location- super close to Wollongong Central shopping centre. Literally across the road. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby The restaurant downstairs- there was no room service so I called to ask if I could get a takeaway pizza. They were very busy when I'd walked through earlier and was hoping to go down and pick it up when it was ready. When I said I was staying at the hotel, the nice young man was very nice and said he'd bring it my room and a wine glass (that I asked for). Great pizza. I wish I could have tried the pasta too! The rooms are quite small, but still very comfortable. Great price for great quality, just don't expect total luxury.

Not much. I had read reviews saying that the Aircon was loud, which it was. Not unbearable though. Not much hanging space for clothes, but that didn't bother me for one night.
