Excellent value, very clean. 2 bedroom cottage was a decent size (slightly larger and cleaner than a small cabin at Sebago Lake). Double beds in the rooms. (3 total) Free wifi, and we were able to connect our Amazon firestick to TV in the living room. Towels and one roll of toilet paper provided. Large fridge, oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots, plates, utensils in room (no microwave) One fan in cabin and one AC in each bedroom. Cute pool, didn't get to use due to bad weather.

It is a little bit outdated, but I didn't expect luxury accommodations, either. No TV's in the bedrooms. Not within walking distance to beach or arcade (also trolley service is provided during summer season)

The owner was very nice and asked how we liked it and we told him it was very set back and the room was very clean and fresh and the house keeper Miranda said I'd yoy need anything please let her know and the property was very clean and quite we will rent again if we go to old orchard again best place we were very happy

Very friendly, very clean, very comfortable very affordable. , trolly picks up and drops off on the property about every 30 minutes u can walk across the street to jumping Jakes restaurant/ bar and also to fielders ice cream. however.... I DO NOT Recommend walking to the beach lol 🤣

Pool was not heated lol

The pool was nice and clean, but we didn’t use it.we had a cabin, small just for us 2, but the microwave didn’t work. Overall it was nice and was close to beach and other surrounding towns.

The microwave didn’t work, some of the grills were dilapidated and falling apart. I like the trolley idea.

So I just stayed here this weekend for my fiance birthday. It was great, very clean and had everything we needed. Nick was great, accommodating and very polite as was all the staff I encountered. Was very peaceful and quiet noone bothered us at all, and the price was reasonable. I will be coming back very soon and I absolutely recommend this place to others. You won't regret it.

It had everything we needed a kitchen and things you would need to cook and eat. You just need the groceries. So it def saved us from eating out 3x a day. We had access to a grill. Pool. Swings and a slide for the kids. The other side had basketball hoops. I enjoyed it. Perfect especially for longer stays. We enjoyed it. Kids were happy. Would stay again.

My self, my mom and older sister stayed for a few days and we enjoyed everything! Went for just a nice relaxing getaway weekend and it was all really nice! No problems at all! Thinking about returning again sometime next year maybe

Nothing to be honest

I was so amazed with how clean and new the rooms were. Honestly we love it. It was very quite and the staffs were super nice.

The swimming pool was deep and the kids were not able to enjoy it as they do not know how to swim, and it was not as clean. Also we asked housekeeping for clean towels and they never brought them, but even as that we loved loved the place!!!

The rooms were exceptionally clean, the motel staff were friendly and very helpful, and the motel is situated in a quiet and beautiful area. We will absolutely be staying again when we visit Old Orchard Beach!

The only complaint that we had was that the outside pool was not open for guests and we were expecting that it would be based on the website. I'm not sure what the issue was.

This was our second stay, our last being in 2016. Both times we were very impressed by the wonderful staff, cleanliness of the rooms, and the nice little pool. Every morning, the housekeeper, Tina, offered us whatever we needed - extra towels, toilet paper, coffee, etc. She had a really great attitude which is so important, especially in these times. All in all, we had a lovely stay and will definitely consider a return, in the future.

The only thing that was a little disappointing this time was the lack of a continental breakfast in the office. This might have been a result of the pandemic. Still, our room had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker which were sufficient. The beds were a bit uncomfortable - one was too soft, the other fell off the frame. But we still had generally good night sleeps. We did not love the light on outside our door. It contributed to a bit of sleep deprivation. Also, the curtain in the window could have been better at keeping the light out and for privacy. None of these issues were game changers - they were minor.
