The standard of the decor and furnishings, maintenance, and cleanliness were first rate. The breakfast was the best I have had with fresh soft fruits, great choice of cereal, yoghurt and very good quality sausage and bacon on full breakfast. Everything was so nicely presented and the hosts could not have been more friendly to us and helpful. They told us about an amazing value for money pay once and play all day arcade whicb the kids loved (sp did I) There was also a really nice bar and bar area which was full of interesting pictures and objects.

Sandra and Mark bend over backwards to make you feel welcome from the second you step through the door and in fact answered all the questions we had before even arriving promptly. Nothing was too much trouble, the room was exceptional with each having an individual theme and its done so well in fact the glitz and glam throughout is so well put together with so much attention to detail into the smallest things there is so much love poured into this place. The breakfast was amazing and soooo filling we didn't need lunch as we were stuffed and their local knowledge and advice for newbies to the area is so helpful. Honestly, two of the nicest, friendliest people you could meet....I couldn't say enough about them and we will definitely be staying again and recommending them to others.

There is honestly nothing negative anyone could say about this place and better still everything from the south to the north pier is a 20 minute walk away or an easy tram ride.....even with the rain there is still so much to do!

The Dudley Hotel is in a great location, only a few yards from the promenade and trams etc. You will not find better hosts than Sandra and Mark. They are very attentive. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are great at suggesting places to visit. You will not receive a better breakfast anywhere else. We are regular visitors at The Dudley and Blackpool need to keep B&B’s like this. We have no desire to stay in a large hotel where you don’t receive that personal touch like you do in a B&B such as The Dudley. Thank You Sandra and Mark for another memorable visit.

There was nothing we didn’t like at The Dudley Hotel. Everything is excellent.

We absolutely loved the attention to detail Sandra and Mark have put into this hotel its amazing. The stunning photographs of blackpool and each room having its own theme is second to none. We stayed in the jungle room and we where obsessed. The bed was so comfortable, everything was clean and just stunningly done. The added bonus of a fridge with the cutest little milk bottle and water was great. The hosts where welcoming and just genuinely lovely people, they gave us some great tips on where to go and eat. They even gave us a sneaky look in some of the rooms and they are fabulous. The breakfast options where great fresh fruit cereal toast etc but I have to say the full English was probably the best we've had in blackpool, in all the years we've been. 100% recommend and we will he back soon.

From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome by Mark and Sandra . Nothing was too much trouble . The hotel is absolutely amazing . Booked The Dudley Hotel for my parents who loved it and said it was the best hotel they have ever stayed in. From checking in to leaving, Mark and Sandra made my elderly parents feel more like family than guests. We were warmly greeted and offered drinks as we waited when we called to collect them to go out for the day. They are genuinely lovely people who care deeply about their guests, they go the extra mile to ensure you have the best time possible.The hotel and the rooms are immaculate, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. My parents said the breakfast was amazing, everything you could possibly want, and nothing was too much trouble to make. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Everything about this B&B is fantastic, the bedroom was very clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast freshly cooked to perfection with very tasty products… The owners very friendly and helpful. Secure car parking is a very big bonus. Highly recommend a stay here and we’ll definitely be back.

Really Enjoyed our stay at the Dudley Hotel, Sandra and Mark are beautiful hosts and make sure that you anything you need is taken care off. The themed rooms and lovely, spacious and clean and the secured parking at rear is a real bonus. Breakfast was first class with a wide range of options. It was fabulous from the hosts Sandra and Mark who were really lovely and could not do enough for you, breakfast was delicious and hot, rooms beautiful with everyone of them a different theme and really clean secure parking massive bounes and in a great location just off the sea front definitely going back.
