Extremely clean and comfortable beds. Ask for upper floor room on opposite side of freeway and there will be no noise. Great shuttle service - out of international departures and baggage claim, find the elevator and take it to 3rd floor (there is NO 2nd floor) and then door 3. Always prompt and use What’s Ap to tell the when you are on your way. Takes about 7 min from the airport to the hotel. Free wifi at the airport. Great storage for your bags (we kept luggage with them when we went to Easter Island). Good coffee area in lobby for breakfast and hot water. Uber cost us about $16 to the Central Market area downtown.

A very good accommodation option near Santiago Airport! I have truly enjoyed the bed, the bathroom and the superb breakfast. The transfers are functional, coordinated and really work well. Nice and supportive staff!

The room was very clean and in perfect condition and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were excellent and very friendly, both at check-in and during dinner and breakfast. The shuffle service was also appreciated - the drivers were friendly (particularly the one from airport to hotel who was patient as I rushed from my plane!) and the journey was swift The location was good for me - I was only staying one night between two long flights, so the proximity to the airport was perfect for my needs (but I acknowledge if you're staying in Santiago for longer as a tourist, then you might want a more central location)

The hotel was impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. The room was very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long flight. The hotel offers a pool and sauna. While both are on the smaller side, they are well-maintained and provide a nice spot to unwind. The amenities were a pleasant addition to my stay. The location is extremely convenient, being only 10 minutes from the airport. The free hotel shuttle was a huge plus, making transportation to and from the airport hassle-free. I particularly appreciated communicating with the driver via WhatsApp, which made coordinating our pickup very easy. The shuttle runs in every 30 minutes between the Hotel and the Airport.

The air conditioning system was a bit noisy at night, which slightly disturbed my sleep. The staff were mostly friendly and willing to help. Though their English was limited, they made a genuine effort to assist with any inquiries.

The Hotel provided us with transportation/ minibuses were in use in this Hotel, at disposal of guests, in order to come from the Airport or go to the airport, at all times/ the room was excellent and wide/ the bathroom was also excellent, clean and with amenities/ we could see the mountains from the window/ we also had some meals there and they were extraordinary/ In the hotel there were Gymnastic facilities (with all sorts of devices to exercise), and two pools, one of them with hot water and water massage/ there was also a sauna room. The meals were quite good, and the breakfast quite varied and nutricious.

One tiny little thing for Argentinean´s tastes: The bathroom has not got a "bidet".

Confortable and conveniently located, it has a good service of shuttle to the airport and helpful luggage storage. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable and the bathroom completely equipped with all products you may need.

The breakfast was not included and there are two types: one basic the other complete, but both really expensive. It was the first time that breakfast was not included in an hotel of such good level.

Comfortable, clean rooms, 24 hour room service available, restaurant open late. Nice (smallish) gym with new equipment, and pleasant (small) pool. Good transport to airport. Short drive to nearby mall.

It's beside the airport, so the surrounding area isn't great. There is a security gate. The pool is very small!

Shuttle-Service from/to the airport is perfectly organized. Friendly staff, big rooms and bathroom. Clean, modern. Good breakfast.

Had a tough time ordering room service but it was due to language barrier. Couldn’t find English TV but that’s minor.
