You need to know what you're booking before so your expectations are reasonable. It's a hillside villa so expect you're walking up a hill to get your room. They are bamboo villas so they have openings and are somewhat living in open space in a jungle so expect creepy crawlies and Mosquitos amongst other guests native to jungle. The staff were like butler service and they have a car available to take to town and bring back at a cost whenever as well as free pick up and drop off at airport which is literally 5 mins away. The coms with staff via what's app is very good as get immediate response. Room service was excellent as well as the breakfast in room every morning was excellent. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again..kids were sad to leave!! They have 2 family villas so will try other next time as all on one level.

If not used to living in outdoor takes bit of adjusting to night animal sounds but thank god for the nets around bed and they offer the mosquito cream but take loads of deet if the mozzys like you alot.

The view from the terrace is amazing, the staffs are really helpful to arrange anything during our stay using Whatsapp. The amenities, cleanness, breakfast all good and I like their eco-friendly atmosphere. Our 2 Bedrooms villas have mini kitchen and lounge area, it was cosy and nice.

The location is calm and nice but pretty much isolated from city center so we need to take taxi or Hotel's car services, To go for dinner etc, it might be easier to stay somewhere else in the walking distance to city center when travelling with kids. Another thing is, there are so many centipides in the room, (therefore they have beach sandals while staying) for those who are sentisitive for insects, I will not recommend.

I recently stayed at a beautifully located hotel with breathtaking views. The standout feature was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. When a tour company failed to pick me up, the hotel staff seamlessly arranged an alternative and even provided transport to the port for a similar excursion. The service was impeccable, and the meals were delicious. The cottage amenities were outstanding, offering a luxurious touch to the stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic getaway with top-notch service.

You can take a nice walk into the town which is about 20 mins away. - Free airport pick-up. - Super friendly staff with very good English. I accidentally left my trainers in the room after checking out and they arranged with a friend to have them transported to my hotel in my next destination (Ruteng) - 4 hours away. Beyond expectations of service. - Excellent food. Recommend having dinner here as better than most food places we tried in the town. - Unique experience to stay in a bamboo villa with excellent views of the sunset, water and neighbouring islands. - Mosquito cream provided on arrival which came in really handy given they are present in the area. - Breakfast take away box provided in early am (4am) for day trip to Komodo.

Beautiful location, away from town with great views of coast and islands. Very private. On site taxi service at reasonable cost. Great staff. Beautiful bamboo houses. One day we just admired the view.

Breakfast was very poor given this is a top of price range location. Processed bread and cheap jam. Kitchen area basically sink and kettle.

Lovely bamboo villas on a hillside. The view over the bay is stunning. They are reached by steep stairs but fortunately the staff will carry your luggage. Breakfast is served at your villa. It is located out of town with hardly anything in walking range. The hotel provides a convenient, reasonably priced car service with airport transfers free of charge.

Breakfast is adequaat with limited choice. For diner, you will need to go to town by paid car service.

The staff were very friendly and did their job with a smile. They literally ran our luggage to our rooms, up those steep ladders - we were very grateful! The view was absolutely amazing! The shower and bathroom were very nice - but note that they are open to the woods around towards the roof, you might meet a bug of some sorts there. The "living room" area is a cozy area, but note that it's open to all, no doors.

Being on the hillside, it didn't come as a surprise that the stairs to our villa were many, but for some reason they felt difficult to climb - probably steeper than normal. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone with any knee problems or other issues climbing any stairs. The food was mediocre. Note that it's quite far to walk anywhere - you need to rely on their shuttle service (free once per day, and a small price for additional rides) or other driver services. The locks on the doors to the room are almost just for show - if anyone wanted to open the locked doors they'd simply need to a little shove. I would never leave anything valuable in the villa.

Amazing! Loved every minute! 10mins from airport and town in taxi which they offer for both (for town only a small fee). Staff were overly helpful with everything, made sure we didn't need for anything. The pool is small but perfect for a dip and beautiful view, very relaxing. My only tip would be for anyone who is a light sleeper to bring some earplugs as you are very much in nature and the birds like to join you on the roof. Breakfast was great

The staff are great, communicate with reception via whatsapp and they jump on it without delay. Nothing is to much trouble. The food is great, the views are wonderfull. It's 10mins from town, away from thd noise and only costs 60,000 to drop you down or pick you up. The service is really good. They packed our breakfast for an early flight and it's only 5mins from the airport. I would not hessitate staying here again. Oh and the sunsets are spetacular. Enjoy
