I appreciated the fruit and home made biscuits. The decor was particularly lovely. I also appreciated how 'green' the whole place was, with power generated by their own hydro-electricity plant and ecologically sensitive products in kitchen and bathrooms. The hosts did drop by and were friendly and welcoming.

The lack of a cooked breakfast. I had expected that this would be a regular Bed and Breakfast with hosts providing a substantial breakfast that would set me up for the day. The price I paid led me to expect this rather than a self serve continental style breakfast.

Absolutely wonderful location and an amazing host. We booked the Mill House due to its location next to Ben Chonzie but loved that we were so close to Crieff. The property itself is fantastic, it has been finished to a very high standard, and was very comfortable. The breakfast provided was brilliant and just what we needed before our climb.

Spotlessly clean. Use of kitchen facilities. Books and games available. Beautiful shower. Large room. Nice to have cereals,fruit and tea/coffee/juice available and the kitchen/living area would be great for groups to relax in. (Breakfast was as above, not continental/cooked and also self service).

Parking area quite small. Kettle leaked in room (no one available to let them know), duvet, although of excellent quality, as was all the bedding, was too small for the bed. WiFi code was not in the room, we didn’t know it was downstairs on a notice board. Instructions for check out were in the kitchen that had we not ventured downstairs, we would not have seen: guests are asked to strip beds and separate room rubbish. Perhaps these instructions could be placed in the rooms. Gave up watching Netflix as the signal was too weak.

I loved my stay here! The hosts were so welcoming and thoughtful, and so much effort has been put into making sure guests are catered to. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It felt like somewhere I could have stayed for much longer, and would happily return to.

Breakfast was complimentary and unexpected. Alexandra provided a good selection of fruit, yoghurts, cereals, coffees, teas and more.... More than expected!

We loved everything about our stay. The location is stunning and perfectly quiet. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was close to everything and yet worlds away. If you are traveling to the area, this is the perfect spot.

Nothing. We had a flawless stay.

Quiet and cosy guesthouse, with all facilities. The bottom floor has a kitchen and dining area. The room was spacious and shower/ensuite is of good quality and size. Bed is really comfortable.

The only thing that was disappointing about our stay was the breakfast. We knew not to expect a cooked breakfast which was fine but I would have expected jam and marmalade to be available. I would also have expected the bread to have been supplemented for our second morning but it was not so we have only two crusts and one slice of bread to share with no marmalade or jam! Otherwise our stay was excellent in a beautiful house.

The house was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. The house had a great feel about it and we would love to come back for a longer stay one day. Location was perfect for a great country break.
