Very spacious apartment with a small kitchen, equipped with basics. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with great variety and gluten free options as requested. Staff were friendly everywhere.

It was a bit confusing to find the place as it´s part of the Holiday Inn hotel, but otherwise it´s easy to find the address with gps. Free parking space is very limited and the garage is paid. On the streets around there is paid parking but have to put new ticket every 2h.

We've liked the room, it was really spacious and confortable The breakfast was also pretty nice and we really liked the small drawing table for the children, really nice touch.

It's wasn't really clear that the checkin for the Residance is in the same place as the Holiday in hotel check in, so it was a bit confusing. The location was pretty far away from everything, it was right in the middle of a neighborhood that didn't had much to offer and we had to walk a long uncomfortable way down with the stroller to reach the river area. The pool is not included and kind of pricy if you want to use it.

That the kitchen facilitates had to be confirmed but I forgot. Not even a kettle was in the room or cups I asked for bedroom with a door as we were staying with my adult daughter but got open plan The area was further from the centre than we anticipated

Staff was amazing, both at reception and at the bar. Extremely nice and attentions, particularly with other guests that were a bit more needy.

The facilities are quite aged. Very old furniture in the apartment, things I haven't seen for a while. There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen. We had 2 glasses with 2 bottles of water, that was it. No cutlery, plates or anything else. Reception arranged some items we requested very quickly. The TVs connection was failing constantly, in both TVs. We just wanted to watch news at the time but I could see one being frustrated if they were watching a game or a movie for instance.

Although it was a bit outside of the old town of Porto, the location was pretty good, close to the Metro. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Rooms were large and clean, although the interior was a bit old. The view was pretty good. And WiFi was reasonably fast. The whole staff was very kids friendly and understanding, when our son made a mess again.

The rooms interior was a bit old, especially the shower over a bathtub was a bit dangerous, easy to slip. The isolation was not very thick, so rooms were noisy and one could clearly hear the neighbours sometimes.

The room was very spacious! I'm just gonna leave a message everyone. Gaia Residence and Holiday inn are two different "companies" that happen to be right next to each other. Gaia residence actually had an entrance on its own, but it's currently under construction so the doors are closed. That's why Holiday inn checks in all the Gaia residence clients! So. When you are checked in to the Holiday inn, you see 3 very fancy lifts at the end of the corridor.. These are for the Holiday Inn guests only!! Ignore these!! To get to your Gaia residence room, you need to walk to the end of the corridor (where the 3 lifts are) and turn RIGHT.. around the corner you see another 3 lifts. These are for Gaia residence clients! Bare in mind, the breakfast is served at the same place where Holiday Inn guests breakfast is served. On the 2nd floor (NOT 1st)!

The staff on the checkout was trying to cut other people in, even tho they were at the bar behind me, and I was waiting in line. So when the bar people came to the counter, the staff invited them over before me... And I was like... Ummm, I was here first, sorry, and I just need to check out, thank you!

- Temperature control central and we could not adjust temperature although there were controls in room. Staff were supportive and provided blankets though - Rooms were clean. Small kitchen and utensils old and not very clean

Apartment is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. There is a big wardrobe with plenty of space. You will also have a kitchenette, sofa, small dining table and writing table. Bathroom was every day meticulously cleaned.

I could not figure out how to turn off the kitchen hood so it was always on. It would be nice if you could open the window just a bit. Sometimes there was noise from neighboring apartment because walls are thin.

People were friendly.

Kitchenette was not equipped even after we asked to bring at least forks and plates....nothing happened. There was dust in the kechenete part as it was not regularly cleaned. Smokers FRONT entrance, one basically MUST go through the smoke wall into and from the hotel:( Cigarettes' trash around the entrance to the hotel.

Very well located, staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, fruits, hot dishes and a very good coffee, didn’t need to be so expensive.

The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working very well, it was a warm night and the room couldn’t get fresh, a little noisy also. It was a front room, perhaps because of that I could hear all the noise from the street.
