115 hotel is great. It's located right next to the beach club Aqua Luna which has free entrance to hotel guests. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel entrance is nice and welcoming.

I stayed in this hotel a couple of times and unfortunately, this time, the cleaning level of the bathroom was pretty low. In addition, the breakfast isn't great and you're better off getting it elsewhere. The strange rules about who gets to have breakfast upstairs and who downstairs make no sense. According to reception - if you have view from your room then you don't get access to the upstairs breakfast area which has amazing view. Sadly, 'view' in their case is also when your balcony is directly in front of another hotel balcony.

Fabulous view - best I’ve ever seen . You do need to book a sea view if you want this view though the hotel is narrow and tall so only the front rooms would get a view . Large room good balcony air con worked fine . No issues at all. Great location - all shops and bars accessible. Fabulous pool access across the road heated pool luxury vibe . Food for breakfast was lovely and the top floor for breakfast is just beautiful with the view . There is also a ground floor with same breakfast hot and cold buffet breakfast . All very well stocked and tasty . Ignore the bad reviews we were worried but pleasantly surprised. Good location to get the ferry across to Valetta ( only 2 euros ) we went there most days for its spectacular architecture and picturesque old town/ restaurants . Sliema is just left of the hotel and has lots of bars and restaurants and some large department stores and a small shopping centre .

The location is perfect for getting into Valletta, Sliema, St Julians and other areas. The Lido is exceptional in terms of the pool, vibe, food, and staff. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions needed

Our room was overall good with comfy beds, wifi, air con a fridge and a bathroom. However, there was only a small window in the room which you couldn't see out of no view. Maybe this was my error as I didn't pay for the balcony view which is understandable just wished I had a better window view as the area is really nice

The hotel is located in a lively area, with restaurants. The room is nice but we got a view to a construction site and in the morning at 7 AM, it become noisy. The view from the restaurant where the breakfast is served (9th floor).

The restaurant where breakfast is served is very small for such a big hotel (9 floors) and even if it was February, we had to wait in line to enter the restaurant (there were more then 20 persons waiting). I can't imagine how it is in summer when the hotel is full. Also the breakfast could be improved; they serve margarine (no butter).

Hotel was great for visiting Malta. Amazing views from balcony. Very good location next to restaurants and easy for ferry and bus tours. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast had a good selection. The hotel facilities were great and included access to the outdoor pool bar, a small indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, as well as a welcome drink. Will recommend for anyone staying in Malta. Would stay again.

The location of this establishment is absolutely perfect, offering convenience and accessibility to key attractions and amenities. What truly sets this place apart, however, is its exceptional staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a team of incredibly polite and welcoming individuals, particularly those at the reception desk. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to assist guests truly made my stay memorable. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or assistance with any aspect of my stay, they were always there with a smile and a helpful attitude. Their dedication to providing top-notch service is commendable and undoubtedly contributed to the overall positive experience I had during my time here. Kudos to the fantastic team for their outstanding hospitality!

Firstly, it would be beneficial if the description of the standard rooms included a mention that some of them lack windows or face a shaft. This transparency would assist guests in making informed decisions and avoid the hassle of seeking upgrades upon arrival. Additionally, there was a delay in providing the baby cot upon our arrival, which inconvenienced us as we had to wait for it to be sorted out. Furthermore, the restaurant for breakfast was quite cramped, leading to queues even during off-peak seasons. This issue could potentially worsen during peak seasons, such as summer. Moreover, the breakfast options remained unchanged throughout our stay, resulting in limited variety and repetition. Addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

We needed the hotel for overnights only as we used our 7-day tickets to explore Malta. All advertised items in our room worked very well and the beds were comfy and with two pillows A big plus (not advertised) was fridge in our clean and quiet room. All 3 or 4 lifts also worked very well. Generally, food in Malta seemed to be more expensive than elsewhere in Europe, so we were very happy with breakfast. Out of 10, BREAKFAST was for 11! Not only its location on the top floor with a view but also kindness of all the staff there. For all 7 days we went for breakfast between 7 and 8am and we never found any queue there nor had to wait for a free table. Pork and halal sausage, streaky bacon, baked beans, hash browns and mushrooms, boiled and scrambled eggs - all warm, as well as a few types of salami and cheese, fruit and vegetables (sliced), cornflakes/muesli and a few types of cakes. Certainly, the best breakfast we have ever had in any hotel in Europe!

We hadn't chosen the sea view but we expected to have a view of the courtyard or similar. Instead, the room was with a view of shaft, with only a tiny piece of sky so we even didn't know the actual weather until we went out for breakfast...(however, for all 7 days was sunny), at least it was quiet, and we could have the window open. Very helpful Miloš and Antonino from the front desk showed us another room and even a suite but they also had the same problem, as then the hotel was nearly fully ocuppied. Fortunately, for a country with British legacy we had taken with us some adapters for our phones etc. Wi-Fi didn't have strong signal, water from the shower cubicle leaked under the shower screen, no socket in the bathroom. But these were tiny problems.

Everything was beautiful, the view was amazing, the room was large and clean. Great location with everything close by. The pool very nice.Breakfast was doable. The staff was always kind and smiling and very professional. We had a great time

Location is great. The price is excellent for a big room. We had a family room that has a small kitchenette (microwave, plates,sink & fridge). Breakfast was good.

The temperature in the room was 25celcius. It was too warm for my husband to sleep, he didnt sleep well because of the temperature & had headache during the day. We asked for fans but the hotel didn’t have any. Please provide fans Or allow us to change the AC setting. I myself am from tropical country but we sleep in 16-20celcius not 25.

We were originally booked into 115 The Strand, but were offered a free upgrade to the new Regional Hotel, and it was absolutely worth it! A brand new hotel with beautiful rooms! It was super clean, and the staff could not do enough to help across both hotels! They were very accomodating and helpful. You have free access to the pool, Aqualuna, which is about a 10-minute walk from the Regional. It is a nice pool, but it does get very busy. The a la carte breakfast was exceptional, and the location of the hotel means there are plenty of options for meals in the evenings! It is also easy to get around the island from where the hotel is situated. There is a small shop directly next door to the hotel, which is handy. We were a family of 10, over 4 rooms, and we can not thank everyone at the Regional and 115 The Strand for everything they did during our stay!

The beds were new, so they were quite hard, and we found the pillows too soft, but that's preference. The hotels location does not give you the most 'scenic views' from the rooms, but you can see the harbour from the rooftop pool! There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel as yet. If hiring a car, parking around the hotel can be a bit hit and miss, but we always managed to get one, albeit if it was a short walk from the hotel.
