Pleasant surroundings…very close to our family in Lowell, NC Indoor pool a real bonus:)

Beds/mattresses a bit harder than we’re used to. Miss having “paper copy” of general information in the room RE hours for breakfast, password for internet (had to ask the front desk our second day), etc. etc. As older seniors we do not like relying on verbal info or trying to find info on line. Had to also ask front desk for cleaning services after two days when we ran out of face towels, coffee refills, etc. Do want to say Front desk staff & breakfast staff were really friendly, kind & helpful.

The 80s and 90s music playing in the lobby, cleanliness, decor, professional and kind staff (Becky at check in and Sheldon at check out), and especially the housekeeping! Saturday we came back to our beds made incorporating our blankets and pillows. What a nice and personal touch. Breakfast fruit was fresh and delicious, enjoyed the eggs and potatoes.

For the price of breakfast, could you please add yogurt choices, a waffle maker, and cook the sausage links a little bit more?

Very good value. This was an economical price, a little bit more than we usually pay for an overnight road trip stay but many, many times more comfortable, clean, and pleasant than normal. Hotel was exceptionally clean, all the fittings were new, fully functional, room was very comfortable. The breakfast was particularly good: I've never had at-table, made-to-order service at a hotel with this good a price before. Coffee was good. I actually wanted to stay longer.

I didn't have time to use the fitness center, but I had a look, and thought it was a bit small for a hotel of that high quality. Business center also looked a bit cramped.

The staff was amazing. We were traveling with our two small dogs. The pet area was very well maintained. we had a minor hitch in our room upon arrival and it was handled very quickly! The front desk staff was so kind. We enjoyed our stay ! Will most likely stay again soon!

I am not a fan of the front door being locked down from 11pm until 5am. Especially when you can’t get in with your room key. We got there from the casino at 4am. We called and called but no one answered the phone. We managed to figure a different way in but it was frustrating for a few minutes!!

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and hospitable. Room was nice, very comfortable. Loved the arm chair with ottoman and side table. Bed comfortable.

Price was high, in my opinion. Did appreciate the better than average breakfast. Coffee had gone cold though in the dispenser.

AweSome staff, clean, great location, great breakfast.

Outrageous prices for snacks. A bag of chips that I usually pay .33 to .50, I paid $4 for (unknowingly, until I had paid then, questioned their prices)

The Hilton Garden Inn - Gastonia exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast our last morning there and enjoyed the food very much. I would definitely stay there again! My husband is a master plumber and there is usually something wrong with the plumbing every place we stay, but not this time. He had NO complaints about the plumbing at all. That's outstanding!

The hotel is Amazing!!! Clean, quiet, and comfortable...

That we had to pay for breakfast... Free breakfast was Not included... And because we had to pay it was almost $50 for 3 people to eat .... The eggs were cold and not good at all..

Too expensive, did not eat at this place, as far as I could tell, neither did anybody else. Food looked stale. Hampton Inn hotel which is own by Hilton is free.

For the price you pay, breakfast should be free. Hampton Inn is definitely much better, and so is the staff. The person working the breakfast area was not friendly.

The front desk staff was very friendly and nice. The bed was very comfortable.

Some other guests were too loud. Loud music, speaking out really loud with laughter and screams all night. Making it impossible to sleep. The noise was just too much. And literally all night. Please guest, let's be mindful of others when in public.
