Location and the wild life. Eg bush turkey's. Travelling north or south of the motorway. Easy access. The hot shower.

The room was o.k and met our needs. But the black mould smell in the room and the bathroom walls was off setting. My partner is asmatic and found it very hard to breathe. The room needed a update with usb charging ports. Couldn't view DVDs on t.v due to no HDMI cables connecting dvd player to t.v. The doona had no cover. And feathers were dropping out littering the room. Curtains were uneven leaving gaps. Night time the bright light outside lights the room. They also need a wash. Behind the t.v the lights on the wall had faulty blubs that were not working. The room needs a new splash of paint.

It was our anniversary and we received a bottle of wine and an amazing card written to us from the team. Was very well received from my partner. The unit was a little tricky to find to start with. The spa was a nice touch and relaxing, very easy to get in and out from the highway, the staff were so lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay again as was very well priced for a quick getaway.

Coffee at the breakfast needs to be better, maybe you need to offered a proper one as the machine isn’t hot enough and the pancakes machine wasn’t working either, however the rest of the hot and cold food was amazing.

Location great, pools good , friendly staff , 1st night got an upgrade as room was under maintaince now thinking it was to treat mould . Everything was clean and linen , towels all supplied

Very strong smell of bleach when arrived , after 3 days mould started appearing in bathroom and the ceiling in main bedroom Need an exhaust fan in bathroom and to be able to open windows for fresh air . Couldn’t open bedroom door to let fresh air in . I think if your staying for longer times to have housekeeping come in to vaccum and look for mould

Loved the location and your facilities are lovely. Check in was amazingly fast and simple and communication received via text was clear and very helpful. We needed late check in on a very short notice booking and all went seemless due to the text messaging system you use and clear instructions. Our room was spacious and VERY clean which I cant begin to mention how happy it made me when we arrived and everything was as clean and tidy as it was. Your cleaners do a very good job.

Your underground car park was full so we had to use the open air car park which was quite muddy (towards the far end where the only open spots seemed to have been). The mud made it bit tricky to navigate with suitcases etc. when we arrived late at night. Not sure if the open air car park is under construction (at the far end), but it can definitely benefit from proper drainage and an extension of that far end with proper gravel/crusher dust.

Absolutely fantastic facilities and location, perfect for a holiday with young kids. The pools were amazing, always clean and had comfortable water temperature. We loved that you could walk to the beach, that made our stay so much more enjoyable. My eldest son absolutely loved the soccer goals and had a good use of them every single morning. Great playground, basketball court, tennis courts, you really don’t need to leave the resort as everything is there. Had a consistently great coffee from a kiosk next to the pool. We were not very happy with our initial room so I spoke to the friendly receptionist who was very helpful and organised a room move for us. Our second room was sooo much better and really made a difference in our stay. So I get where the mixed reviews about the rooms are coming from. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we can’t wait to come again!

The initial room that we were given had no proper wall between the bedroom and living room (there was a huge opening covered by plantation shutters) so the noise from the living room/kitchen was travelling to the bedroom freely and it felt like a large studio. Not ideal when you have a light sleeping toddler. Luckily we were moved to the room with a proper wall. Both rooms we stayed in also had the bathroom locks broken. Bathroom definitely needs renovation, it’s very dated and the huge spa/ shower is very inconvenient. Also would be great to have more variety of snacks in the kiosk e.g. a banana bread, not just chips and chocolates.

We booked through Booking.com. We filtered all the options. We asked for a ground floor apartment and were given the 6th floor. I am on a walking frame and if the fire alarms went out. how was I supposed to get out if there was a fire and I couldn't use the Lifts. I ticked a walking shower and got spa bath which I had difficulty getting into. To have breakfast in the morning I had difficulty getting up 2 lots of 3 steps and staff had to help me to take food to my table. No disability parking available which was disgusting. We stayed in there for 2 nights, overall our experience was good. Very friendly staff at reception. The location is great with fantastic views around the area. Lots of activities to do, beach is so near as well.

Also notice under the bed, there was ample of dust and glass bottles may be from the people who used the room earlier. Cleaning was one of the main issues, as we were with our 7 month old baby. And we hesitate to leave her on the floor for even one minute which was frustrating for us and specifically for our baby who love to crawl

Booked in for two nights and was great - the check in instructions were perfect and found our place easily. The apartment is great, spacious and big balcony. Had a couple of little issues when we arrived but sent a msg to the team and they fixed it all up really quickly. Had a washing machine and dryer so could do washing if needed and provided the liquid so was great. Facilities are great - it's so close to the beach, has great pools to access and is super close to town to get whatever you need or go out so really convenient.

The main living space and bedrooms were newly refurbished but the bathroom was a bit older but was still clean and tidy.

The room was large & absolutely gorgeous. Lovely furnishings and the bathroom/shower was huge. Amazing views from the balcony. Highly recommended and will definitely stay at this resort again

I arrived late so was unable to get help from staff when it came to finding my room. The resort is huge and multiple business names in the same location so it took me over half an hour to find the room as well as a phone call to the after hours service. I'll be better aware of this next time I visit. There was also not enough parking for the rooms so I was forced to park on the side of the driveway a considerable uphill walk to my room. I encountered other guests having the same difficulty. these two points definitely took away from the experience and added stress. The room itself was fantastic however.

The room was good for the two days we stayed in. The sofer bed was a little had on the back. The location of the hotel is spot on.

The floors where not the best and the sofer bed was a little had on the back but fair. I expected a little more of a greeting in the room as it was Christmas time we stayed over. But I know not many people celebrate christmas. I am only giving feedback because to assist the company to make it better for future guest. I was a Hotel Director working for Norwegian Cruise Lines for 5 years. So I know how every feed back is always a positive for a Hotel business.
