An older property that has been upgraded. We stayed in Room 21 which was fantastic (our second time staying in that room) - on the corner at the back overlooking the grass. The Moscow Circus was setting up while we were there, and I think it wise to check if they are going to be operating during your planned stay as the noise would be terrible in that room. It was great when we were there as the circus had not yet opened. Other times when the land is vacant (most of the year) it is excellent. Another win is they have just upgraded the TV in the room. It is now a good size and with the ability to cast you own Netflix, Stan etc. makes the stay great.

The shower pressure it terrible and the water corrosion through the wall next to the bed from the shower looks really bad. The bathroom amenities were poor with no Body Wash (only a small bar of soap) provided. There was Shampoo and Condition and though.

Self-check in. The idea would have been okay if it were midnight but we felt like we put the staff member out by having her check us in around 6 pm. It didn't work for us, it was very cold and windy and we'd just driven over 8 hours and left feeling like we were a bit of a burden. The bed was a little too soft and the bathroom smelled smoky when the air vent was on. Visibly the room was very clean though and what other guests have previously done can't be controlled by the owners.

The property although on the main road was very quiet and private. It was located across from a small shopping centre, which had the main retailers, small boutique shops and some restaurants, which was very handy. The room was very quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed. Gayle at the front desk was very friendly, accommodating and went out of her way to assist us with some additional room requests we had.

Nothing really for what it was.

The lady that greeted me in reception was warm, welcoming, professional, empathetic and compassionate. The room was as advertised, very clean and presentable; really there is nothing that I could fault.

Nothing to do with the accommodation, although there was one family staying that ran up and down the outside of the room several time making a racket, after a long drive and just wanting to chill this was a bit annoying but that has nothing to do with the accommodation but the family not controlling the behaviour of their children.

The bathroom is in the middle of the room and separates the two beds. I liked this as it gave privacy and the feel of having 2 bedrooms. The view from the patio is spectacular. With a book, nice cup of tea (or something long and cold) I could have spent a very pleasant hour or so outside. The room was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. There was parking right outside the door

There is nothing really I didn't like.

After my partner had a major surgery, we were stuck in Forster due to the flooding along the Mid North Coast. Gale came to our rescue and provided us with the best experience staying in Forster we could have asked for. The room was spacious, the beds were comfy, and the care and dedication from Gale and her team were incredible. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Forster!

We just needed to find a reasonably priced hotel to sleep in overnight that didn't look like you'd get murdered in. This was a pleasant surprise and very clean and comfortable too. Near a major shopping centre and a tavern (with interesting locals) but i would definitely stay here again especially for the price, friendly staff and comfy bed.

There was no milk for coffee not even long life so we ended up going and buying some (though i know i could have disturbed the staff again- but it was late)

The motel had nice atmosphere and rooms were spacious and clean. We had a room next to an empty field which had a lovely view of the sunset and made the room feel bigger. It was very quiet despite many other people staying as well. Very close to the shopping center and family friendly tavern next door. I was pleasantly suprised by the stay after staying in a few other motels on our journey

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room very clean, bed super comfortable and nice and quiet.. parking is good and reasonably secure, something I worry about on road trips. Tavern and fast food etc just 100 metres up the road and at the start of the lakes road made it very easy.

Nothing, for the price an excellent stay.

The comfy beds and good shower pressure. Nice and clean. The pool also was great. Friendly staff.

The window can’t be closed. I noticed all the rooms had the window partially opened. Also the door lock was flimsy. A push button on handle only, which is what you usually see on internal doors, so felt a little uncomfortable. The door chain was not functional either.
