Hotel is located in busy downtown area with lots of good restaurants close by and private parking (€20 a day). Staff was very friendly, room was quiet and very clean and breakfast was very good also. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Les Closes. We were a group of six and had three rooms. Hotel is located at the shopping street, easy access to restaurants, shops, Caldea spa etc. Rooms are maybe little small but there was enough space anyway, bathrooms were spacious. Comfortable beds. Nice shower. We loved the balconies in our rooms. Friendly staff. Peaceful. Parking garage at the hotel (€20/night) which made it easy to hop in the car and drive to go hiking etc.

Two of our rooms had a door that united the rooms. We didn’t have use for it but maybe good if you’re a family or so. The problem with the door was that one could hear everything from one room to the other. Didn’t bother us that much but this issue should be taken care of somehow.

I am extremely happy with my choice of stay in Andorra. The staff was helpful telling me bus schedules and information I requested. The room was bigh enough, good big shower, the view from my window was cute giving to a mountain. The breakfast was good and with plenty options. The area is also great. In a main street filled with shops and restaurants. Good WiFi too so perfect for a remote work location because you can jump from a meeting to a restaurant in no time

We were right in the centre of town and it had great access to everything we wanted. Breakfast was brilliant and plenty of parking, quite expensive but it is the centre of town so sort of expect it.

Not the hotels fault but it was over weekend amd all night until early hours of the morning there were people in neighbouring street letting off loud fireworks. We had a dog with us who was scared by the bangs so we had to close the door to the balcony but the air con wouldn't turn on making the room very warm

This place is fantastic! It's in a great location, right in the heart of everything. The breakfast is decent, and the room has everything you need for a short stay. Perfect for couples, with a lively atmosphere outside the hotel. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but I must mention that the lady at the check-in was lovely!

I thoroughly enjoy our space, yet if I were to improve one aspect, it would be enhancing the wall insulation. Occasionally, during the early morning hours, we can faintly hear conversations from outside our room in the corridor, which slightly disrupts our peace.

The accommodation was lovely , very modern , the people cleaning the rooms cleaned them everyday without failure , always made sure that we were well and had everything we needed

We had to pay tourist charge which we thought was included in what we already paid for online , we had to do this whilst checking out , it wasn’t a problem , I just wished it was mentioned clearly somewhere on the website but still there was no problem

Wonderful location right on the main shopping street. It is close to restaurants, parking and the Caldea Thermal Spa. They offer a pretty complete breakfast as well, although mostly cold options (breads, meats, cheese, pastries and fruit) to eat.

There was no real "safe" in the room, just a strong box that operated with a physical key. You have to request the key at the front desk.

The room was large, clean and had a nice balcony. The price was very reasonable but I did travel in the shoulder season. The staff were very helpful and there’s a restaurant and café onsite. The shower was large and with good pressure. It’s on the Main Street and there are bus stops very close.

The walls were a little thin and if you’re facing the courtyard it can get a bit noisy.

Central lication in pedestrian area (therefore quiet), room smart and functional, good bathroom, comfortable bed, silent aircon, good breakfast. Staff always there if needed. The possibility to park is a real bonus (worth €20/day in A.La Velle by itself). I've stayed in better hotels recently but not for the price.

Super clean, tidy and all that. Really great location on the main strip. Fantastic for the price, although we went in May and booked early so might change for snow season. breakfast was great with a pretty good variety although only available for 2.5 hrs from memory. We had a lovely time! our room had a cute little view of the mountains which I just loved to look at! Highly recommend staying here for an affordable fuss free time!

Our room the bed seemed small maybe a double, but we are just used to bigger. I believe it’s what’s listed anyways, with some places you never really know what you are heading into.
