Location is fabulous, close walk to the sea, train station, shops and restaurants. It’s at the end of the main strip. Comfortable room and bedding. Large shower. Contact Sophie was lovely.

When booking a Deluxe Apartment ensure you are NOT given 1st Floor Apartment 3! The description boasts ‘mountain views’ and ‘soundproof walls’. This is not correct. You can clearly hear music from the street and restaurant until late in the evening, mountain view’s are of no existence. Outside the bedroom window was the view of a work escalator ladder and outdoor area is a view of the next hotels wall. Bathroom does has obvious Black Mould spots on the ceiling. With an attempt to paint over in another area.

Great location for us in a residential apartment block 5 mins walk from train station. Easy stroll into downtown Sorrento. Separate sitting room / kitchen and large balcony. Large comfortable bed. Coffee pods every day for the machine - just as well because we couldn’t find any locally that looked as if they would fit the machine! Excellent communication with manager Lauren before and during our stay really lovely helpful woman. Some people mention noise from the street - yes it’s in the street in a holiday resort there is some road and pedestrian noise. There’s two restaurants in the ground floor of the building but they never bothered us noise wise at all.

We didn’t like the volatile booking dot com pricing and I think we paid over the odds. It’s not the ritz - it’s a fairly basic apartment but everything worked fine and we had a lovely time there .

The staff is very friendly and informative. The location is great - close to the train station. It has everything you need.

The furniture is little old, you will notice some wear and tear. The hairdryer wasn't functioning well. But it does its job.

Lauren was excellent at communicating with us before we arrived and very friendly when we turned up, giving us good recommendations. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and a short walk from the old town and an even shorter walk from the train station. This is a really good property to explore Sorrento from. We would definitely stay here again.

On the Saturday evening it was a little noisy but that's to be expected because of the central location. On all the other nights of our stay noise wasn't an issue at all.

We really enjoyed the apartment. The location is excellent. Everything was clean and in good working order, with all the essentials provided. The balcony is wonderful. Sophie was extremely helpful: I left my phone charger there, and we were able to collect it three days later.

One thing to note is that there’s a restaurant with loud music on the ground floor, but for me personally, it was more of a plus than a minus.

The apartment was spacious, and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and plenty long for two tall people. Check in was easy, the staff, Giava, was prompt in meeting with us on arrival and super pleasant to deal with. Well situated for arrival and departure from/to the train station with luggage. The shower rose was broken, but when we reported it out it was replaced within 24hrs with new unit which was an excellent fix as showers are now very pleasurable. The outside terrace was a useful addition to the room, sitting outside with a coffee was pleasant.

Kitchen work area was a little too small. The TV was not a smart TV so we couldn't connect laptop for Netflix etc, all TV channels are Italian so we had no alternative. Was noisy one night/early morning, people speaking very loud, next door hotel bar area?

Fantastic stay. Great location within walking distance to everything. Someone came and cleaned every day which was lovely, especially for an apartment rental. And the staff were very helpful with recommendations and directions.

The restaurant downstairs, which is so delicious, is loud at night. Sometimes a little difficult to fall asleep.

So glad we chose this property as We liked everything about it. The location is perfect, very close to the main center and only a 2-3 minute walk to the train station and this is a bonus especially when you have luggage. Giada, who checked us in was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They even held all of our bags after checkout until we required them again, this allowed us to enjoy the entire day in Sorrento (bag free) after checkout. They went out of their way to give us a key so that we could access the front door and room where our bags were being held as we required them after 7pm.

We booked the 3 apartments for a group of 11 and it was a great option for Sorrento rather than a villa. All the apartments are next to each other within a contained area in the building meaning it was very communal (but each apartment is self contained if you only book one). The apartments were a lot bigger than we expected from the photos and easily fit 3-4 people in each, using the sofa beds. They were very clean. We were also able to drop off bags before check in which was useful. The location is also very central. The black out curtains and air con were also great features.

The apartment with balcony was very loud at night from road traffic, even with earplugs.

Very clean, close to the train station and to town. Great restaurants very nearby. Sophie met us there and was very pleasant and helpful. Balcony was huge and beautiful. Liked that it was cleaned daily… helped to keep us organized and liked having fresh towels daily.

Honestly can’t think of a thing.
