A modern hotel in the industrial center of Brno, located right by the Svratka River and the train station. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with functional air conditioning (unfortunately, it's quite noisy). The beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows. The view from the 15th floor over Brno is fascinating; I recommend rooms facing west. You can even slightly open the window. The breakfasts are rich and delicious. Excellent value for the price.

However, the air conditioning is noisy, and the registration process for internet access via Wi-Fi is confusing—when trying to connect via my mobile phone, I accidentally selected the paid "enhanced" internet, which I didn't even want. I couldn't find the price list for this service anywhere, and a single wrong click means you're already paying. In the room, I would have appreciated more comfortable chairs at the desk, drinking water, and a minibar (the fridge was empty).

The lobby is lovely, and the rooms are well-equipped, furnished, and have AC. When I checked in, I noticed the room was missing a minibar, so I called the front desk and they brought one in about 30 minutes. The breakfast was good and not crowded. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The rooms are a bit small for 3 people, and there was construction next to the hotel at my time. It’s about 15/20 minutes walk to the center. If you have a van, note that the underground parking isn't suitable for large vehicles, but you can easily park on the back street. Additionally, there are no luggage services. And the bathroom has no Shataf.

Quite new modern hotel with a focus on being "green" Good bed, blackout curtains. Enough towels! 2 big, 2 med, 2 washcloths and one for the floor. There is filtered water and ice cube machines in the hallway. Air-condition, Water kettle, fridge and blow dryer. Secure parking under the building, cost €20 a day or you can park outside of the hotel for free. (Note: if you have a tall vehicle you might not be able to park inside) Elevator from indoor parking to the room/floor. Taxi is affordable.

The only thing I can think of is that the handle to turn on the water was a bit hard to rotate. But if you have ok grip and no soap/oil on your hands you will be ok.

Everything, I always love to come back to Brno when I am traveling for work! I've been staying here several times already and it's really a pleasure. Super clean rooms, nice staff and good price :)

The location is maybe a little out of hand if you need to go to the center of Brno, but it's not like it's too far. Honestly, there's nothing I would rate negatively about this hotel.

What's not to like, everything was smazing, The room was perfect with fantastic views. When you get off the lift, you are greeted with huge windiws with different aspects of Brno. I recommend an early start for breakfast as the selection is always fresh and immense. The staff professional, approachable and smiling. Decor a modern take on the 1950's vibe I got. I will not hesitate to go back, and £100 with breakfast included for 2 was what you can expect to pay for airB&B PS no bottled water in rooms as every hall has a chilled filter water dispenser

Good nice hotel. Love the room on the 15th floor and views to Spilberk castle on the side. Love the decoration and bathroom. The foyer, dining, painting on walls are just beautiful. All better than expected. The area within the vicinity of the hotel is very well landscape.

It was a 25 min walk to town square so it was not that close to old town. But it was an easy walk.

The hotel is really nice and quiet although it is located near the Winning Group Arena where a lot is going on. We got two rooms side by side on the 9th out of 15 floor facing the west side (without rails) with a nice view of the castle. During the three nights we hardly heard anyone in spite of quite a full occupancy. The air-conditioning worked properly with those crazily high outside temepratures. The breakfast was nice, with a good range of products and available free tables. All the staff were nice and skillfull, with a good knowledge of English. We had no problem with the parking. It is not far from the city centre and there is a convenient walk path along the river behind the hotel for dogs. Highly recommended!

There is a walkway along the river being made in front of the hotel now so it complicates getting around a bit. Fotunately it does not make any noise disturbance. In one of the room we booked there was a smell of smoke and there was no carpet on the floor.

The room was nice, clean, spacious bathroom, underground parking on site, really nice breakfast, location close enough for some sightseeing, but also for work purposes (your milage might obviously vary on this one 🙈)... oh, and the view from the gym is amazing. Will definitely be back.

The gym could use some rubber bands for resistance training, the restaurants menu is rather limited, and would expect better quality in a hotel of this quality (it's not bad, mind you, just not great).

Everything from the minute we walked in and were met by the delightful receptionist, Keren Every member of staff was pleasant smiling and courteous - it would be unfair to single out individuals as this applies to everyone but I need to make special nention of Keren in reception and Ali and Tara in the restaurant/ bar

My stay was very short but: it’s a great hotel. All was brand new, nicely designed. Nice breakfast. Compared to other 4* in Cz it’s really exceptional quality. I travel through Czechia and usually stop for a night in Brno or Olomouc. I discovered this hotel for the first time and 100% will come back! - parking in the garage (however the place is not guaranteed and not very spacious) - quite close to the motorway (but it’s office area so a bit of traffic in the mornings)
