Everything! Absolutely amazing hotel, with wonderful staff, the most incredible view and facilities. My partner and I (in early 20s) stayed for 6 nights. It’s in a great location in Es Castell with the most delicious restaurants nearby at the local port (8 mins walk) - highly recommend Can Delio and their gorgeous paella but every restaurant there makes good food so you can’t go wrong. There’s also a great ice cream shop (Gelateria Cales Fonts). There’s a supermarket right outside the hotel which was handy too. If you are coming to Menorca hoping to chill out, this hotel is perfect for that. The spa/wellness area is lovely, there are no kids and I found most of the other residents to be of an older age so it was very chilled out, there were sometimes singers on at night in the pool area who were very talented and relaxing to watch. There is even a gate and stairway that leads you to the sea at the bottom of the pool area with a railing to get in the water. The staff were friendly, warm and always happy to help book you a taxi when needed. We walked into Mahon from our hotel too which was a 40 min walk but went by quickly along a coast road of sorts. Mahon is also a great place to explore. Unfortunately there is no public transport from what we could tell so other visitors would need to either hire a car or order taxis to see other parts of the island (there is no Uber in Menorca so local taxis are the only way round and are very expensive e.g $250 AUD round trip from Es Castell to Ciutadella). The local community in Es Castell are lovely too, with a square that has lots of games and rides for kids. We went in late July so there was also a local festival on which was very cool. The hotel is very eco friendly too which was really nice if you care about that kind of thing. Overall, a really great vibe at this hotel, with the most stunning view. I would definitely be back again.

I have little to complain about apart from these two things - I wouldn’t recommend getting the all inclusive as the food nearby is so good it would be a waste not to try it! Breakfast was good, not amazing. And the one time we had lunch I didn’t love the smash burger. I wish the jacuzzi had been warmer.

Had a side view room which had a lovely view overlooking the sea. The room was very spacious whilst both breakfast and evening meals had a wide variety, all of which were excellent, having dinner overlooking the sea was one of the best and most tranquil settings I’ve experienced. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful whilst the swimming pool was very refreshing albeit on the slightly small side; however, a very short walk down some steps took you to the sea which was easily accessible by a hand rail and some steps. Es Castell was only a short walk away and was a lovely harbour with some extremely pleasant looking restaurants. Overall, this was probably the most peaceful and relaxing mini-holiday I’ve had.

I would have liked dinner to have started slightly earlier than 7.30pm whilst the shower started to drip somewhat randomly in the middle of the night on a couple of occasions, which only lasted a couple of mintutes but was enough to wake me up. Only very minor details though.

I don't know where to start with this place. The view was 10 out of 10. The staff couldn't do enough for us, the food was excellent. It was beautifully clean and tidy, the entire stay was a dream. My partner and I wanted a relaxing holiday away to switch off as we've both been through a lot this year. We went by the reviews and the photos and hoped it would be everything it said it was, but it was everything and more. The hotel is in a great spot, 10 mins from harbour and small strip with restaurants and bars. The hotel will happily book cabs if you need to get to Mahon ( the capital )or help with any info should you need it. I wish we could remember each staff members names but Solange, Javier and Raul where our top favourites.They brought extra warmth to our stay and always made us feel welcome. They always had a good morning/afternoon followed with a smile ready for us and had us laughing and smiling when we cracked a joke or two. It was my partner's birthday and I had let them know before check in, they prepared a lovely surprise for us in our room with some champagne And desserts. The food selection in the morning for breakfast was incredible, the chef at the hot station was always so friendly and was whipping up pancakes, omelettes and all sorts. It was a foodies dream. The buffet dinner was just as good, the fresh fish was incredible. I could go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay here, we hope to be back soon. It's the BEST hotel we've ever stayed in. What I didn't like was checking out. I wanted to stay forever !

Location in el Castell near the small port

The room we got was not as advertised in that it had a half view of the sea - I asked if we could have a room with a full view (which I’m sure we paid for) the woman at reception said not possible as they were fully booked - a quick check on booking.com and the hotels website made a lie out of that as there were rooms available on both sites If a room exchange is not possible then fine I’m ok with that - but don’t say the hotels website made is fully booked when it’s clearly not

Loved the view from my room. Wow I loved the spaciousness of the room. Shower was excellent. The massage was awesome and reception staff were excellent. Five star.

The hotel is a little for me a bit outside of the harbour I'm afraid. Evening meal was nice but food on the harbour is better value. I ate in the hotel once for dinner but wished I'd gone to the harbour. Lunch was awesome. Me being an artist and this is BIG the hotel is too clinical for me. No paintings on the walls. I'm a professional artist. I would gladly submit some.

Excellent service, the stuff was extremely nice and was going above and beyond for the customers. The breakfast was incredible, buffet option with live cooking. The food on the breakfast was of very high quality, everything prepared with great amount of detail. A very nice sustainable hotel, mostly with no smoking zones which can be appreciated. Incredible view on the sea and a very comfortable location. Hotel rooms are nice and quite comfortable.

The spa is quite limited. I didn’t appreciate the breakfast for take away option on the last day we took. I would appreciate a bigger variety or a possibility to choose what could be put in such a breakfast and this is what mostly lowered the vote, otherwise a truly exceptional hotel.

We loved both the location and the hotel. The rooms are all immaculate and well designed. The swimming pool is gorgeous. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The first room we were allocated I didn’t think should have been classed as a sea facing room. It was really a side sea facing room and overlooked a large roof, small car park and the swimming pool of an adjacent hotel which was full of children. As well as the sea. However the hotel said it was a sea facing room. We paid to upgrade to a suite; and the hotel gave us a small discount for this because we had been unhappy with the first room.

The hotel was really clean and the staff were great. Excellent location with harbourside restaurants and bars just 15 minutes walk away. 10 minute bus ride to Mahon and 20 minute transfer from Airport.

We had breakfast in the hotel which was good. Howedver, the daytime food menu is very expensive 12.50e for a toasted sandwich which meant that you needed to leave the hotel for lunch. Very little choice in evening.

My partner and I stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The reason for the trip was his birthday, so I asked to decorate the room if possible, since the hotel adheres to plastic free, I understand this is not possible, but to our surprise, a bottle of wine, a small box of sweets, a plate with beautifully decorated fruits and a letter were waiting for us in the room with wishes. It was a pleasure!!! What can I say briefly, the hotel is in a very beautiful place, it was very pleasant to spend time near the pool, it was very clean and comfortable. The service was at the highest level, the hotel staff were very responsive and pleasant. The breakfast was also great, especially the grilled vegetables (I ate them every morning) Thank you Artiem Carlos for this incredible experience at your hotel. We really enjoyed everything and left feeling rested and happy!

Everything was great. We felt just like it was home. The staff was super friendly and kind. The hotel was very clean and the view from our room was very nice! Also, there is a public parking at just 5min walking which is pretty close since the city’s other parking zone are reserved to the locals.

Nothing too important: the Wi-Fi was a little bit slow sometimes + the pool and the jacuzzi smelled a little bit too much of chlorine when going inside.
