My Husband and I were in Palo Alto for a test at the VA Hospital, so a little anxious, but the Hello and the smiles from the Staff really lowered that. We needed a downstairs room because of my Husbands health issues, they gave us the nicest room with parking in front of that room, couldn't have made it any easier. Not to far from the VA, close to were we wanted to have an early meal. The room was very nice, decor was beautiful. Will stay again when we have to come back for further VA visits

The breakfast was substantial, with varied offerings, and very convenient - even the coffee was good. The staff were very attentive to our needs and worked out arrangements for an extra night. The artistic touches around the place elevated the surroundings - true to a zen aesthetic. We found an Asian restaurant nearby, also with artistic touches, just about ready to close, but made us some very good take-out, on our first night.

I'm always wishing for a pool or whirlpool. There is a workout room, however. And the room had a full bath as well as the shower.

Breakfast was coffee, juice, cereals, yogurt, a waffler machine, and a hot bar with sausage, grits (egg shortage!), and tater tots. Waffle machine with syrup. Apples and bananas. Perfectly fine! Microwave, fridge, and keurig machine in the room. Great shower. 108 on the end is very quiet. Good comfortable bed. We slept well.

We got the king room with accessability features. There is only one desk chair in the room, so only one person can sit comfortably at a time. The room is tough shape to work with so it was laid out a little awkwardly; we were tripping over each other. It looked like the other rooms have a better lay out.

Loved my room. It was spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. It was very quiet as well. I also liked how the sink was outside of the bathroom. The staff at the lobby was friendly. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The free breakfast provided was also very yummy and consisted of multiple options. Parking was easy to find in the lot during the day, but if you drive in at night (after 9PM), parking will be sparse.

I felt like the bathroom wasn't entirely clean because when I stepped into it for the first time, housekeeping left a bar of used soap from a previous guest in the shower. Which I, of course, didn't touch.

soulless furnishing in the room (lobby was nice), utilitarian and mostly ugly, other than bed, not very comfortable. Kitchenette was nice to have but was poorly stocked, towels not particularly soft, breakfast predictable, literally one hanger in the closet, was informed of housekeeping every other day and they never showed (4 night stay)

At a first glance, it looks like any “cheap motel” but once you spend even 5 minutes on the property, you notice how well kept and clean it is. It’s a very nice, quiet property. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was a little bit on the older side but VERY clean and well maintained. The AC was cold, the blankets were clean and warm, the bed was very comfortable! The water in the shower was hot and the towels were clean and soft. There’s a cute little garden in the back too! Overall, excellent experience! Highly recommended.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The Hotel is in a very central and safe location. We travelled at peak time, so naturally, we paid more. The hotel has a vast parking area, and the big rooms are the best. The AC and Wi-Fi worked well. The beds were very comfortable. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. The staff is cooperative. The lobby and breakfast are average.

You feel like staying at the roadside motel despite paying a higher price. Knowing Palo Alto, we understand that.

Comfortable bed in a good sized room. Nice work desk. The shower was the only one in the several hotels I've used in California with a "hand held shower" with three modes, although with the typical US "just temprature all or nothing" faucet. Lot's of USB sockets. The bathroom was really big.

The breakfast was too "US basic". Be prepared to have a good walk (or call for delivery) to find something to eat if you arrive late. The "magic hands free" water fountain required a masters degree to operate. The breakfast room is a bit too small for "rush hour".

Quiet. Room is nice. Location is safe. Has breakfast and free parking.

The back where there is one way in and out seem dangerous. The hotel needs to have two ways to get into room 300+. coffee machine has a plastic cup not the heat resistance. So had to go to the front to get a few cups. Most of the t.v channels isn’t working and I didn’t want to call the front desk. Reason: (Drove 8 hours south from Oregon to go back home with a friend.) did not want to do much work but just relax.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The parking was convenient. It was a great location for going to a show at the Orpheum Theatre. The overall experience was very good for a good value.

There were few options for breakfast. The eggs were gone by 9:10, though breakfast is over at 9:30. Perhaps if my teenagers and I had made it to the lobby earlier, there might have been more options. It was a pleasant space though.
