The room was spacious. Lots of surface space for suitcases, food, belongings. View from the windows/sliding door was serene and beautiful. The pool temperature was perfect...not too cold! Room was very quiet. Beds were comfy. Loved having two vanity sinks for our party of 3.

Very disappointed in Luna Cafe this year. Prices were high given what we ordered. There were no mid-point meals except one salad. Selection was very limited. Won't eat there again unless changes are made. Signage was difficult to decipher. No sign in hallway leading to pool. We followed a sign outdoors that led us on a wild goose chase.

Good area for smokers. Smelled clean even with it being pet friendly. Card lock to get into our section of the building. We were given a choice what floor we wanted to stay on. We were checked on by text twice if we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. Ample parking available. Restaurant on site. Many beautiful sitting areas around the property.

Sleeper sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. The bottom cushion kept scooting out. Could have used some larger chairs in the suites smoking area. Under kitchen sink garbage can liner didn't fit. Kept falling in the can. There is a hot plate but nothing to cook with or supplies to clean up with. No vent if you did cook something.

room was comfortable and spacious, clean. appreciated the extra sink outside the bathroom. loved the year-round hot tub (outdoor). Great fitness center, very quiet and peaceful, nicely decorated spaces, free and secure parking.

beds were comfortable a little small for 2 people (the description said queen but they were definitely smaller than queens). breakfast was pricey and mediocre both in flavor and temperature (except the coffee- expensive but good). room was hot even with the AC on (and it was cold out...), I think the hotel heat was on full blast and it was impossible to cool off. Drive into town was ~10 minutes (not bad)

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was too. We liked the table and chairs that were provided, we had brought dinner with us. I am glad not to eat on the bed or at the desk. Our room overlooked the courtyard and had a back small deck which was great to be able to step out and get some fresh air. Also thankful that our room was quiet.

The carpeting in the stairwell up to our room smelled like it badly needed a cleaning. The hallway smelled like weed as if someone had just lit up. My husband and I just can't stand the smell of weed and don't want to be around that atmosphere. Honestly, it wasn't the hotel's fault, it was an inconsiderate guest breaking the rules and making it unpleasant for the rest of us. Breakfast offerings were almost completely gone by 9:30am, go early. $6.50 latte is a bit high!

Cat friendly and accommodated an early check in. Restaurant food was excellent. Kind staff.

Strange vacuuming after midnight on the floor above us. Stayed a week and happened 2 nights. I thought I was dreaming it, until the second time. We also got some heavy steppers above us on other nights, too. That’s less in their control, but I’d definitely try to get a top floor room if possible the next go around.

Love the fact that the checkin desk is 24/7. We also like motels but appreciate the time flexibility a hotel offers. Ashland is a stop on the way to or back from visiting family in WA. We are always rolling in late at night. In this particular case, a storm made things much slower going from Seattle to Ashland and we rolled in at 1am. Still able to check in and get much needed rest. Love how quiet it is, how cozy the common areas are and the breakfast is decent.

The heat and cooling unit in the room is loud. Resorted to just turning it off and cracking the sliding door open:

The facilities have a high end mid century modern "frank lloyd wright look. The facilities probably stretch across a few acres and zones were you can park outside your room but the layout does not bull doze the eyes and feels more like a large resort. I think all the branches of the hotels are no more than 3 stories tall but looks like a 2 story resort - not clustered together too tightly like other facilities. It's a well attended older property with wide hallways and lots of light. Your ekey is required to step into the building even before you get to your room. The place feels very secure. Outside there are tennis courts/out door pool/doggie park area. And a small playground for kids is available. Inside there is a gym/weight room. There are conference rooms, limited hour restaurant offering continental (menus that are common items "e.g. burgers/fries, salads, etc.) a coffee/pastry shop (good coffee/coffee options and a well attended breakfast bar area. We are repeat customers who have stayed in most of the downtown Ashland hotels and felt this one checks off 90% of our needs though its on skirts of Ashland (e.g. couple of miles from downtown) because of the accommodations/service. It's only about a 5 minute drive to downtown Ashland. There is a great Mexican restaurant nearby (walking distance). Lastly if you like to stretch the legs you can walk around the complex. There are also charging stations as well.

We knew the hotel was just off of exit 14/highway 5 nestled next door to other hotels gas stations but did not mind because it's only 5 minutes away from downtown

Property and grounds are very nice. The cafe and spa are great features. PArking was free and easy to find, espcially disable parking which we needed/used. Room was clean and beds comforable.

We were to receive an ADA room however were told that for soem reason the manager changed it to a regular room. This meant that there were no grab bars around the toilet nor was there a roll in shower - both of which I need due to being in a wheelchair.

The staff is very helpful. Jess at the front desk is a stellar queen. Very helpful when he hd an issue with the room and took care of ot roght away. Young male bartender.... I am so sorry I forgot your name, but the fact that you worked that bar during 12/26 by yourself and kickedf butt! you also remmbered our drinks the next day! Quality customer service!

First room was nice but the refridgerator had a freon issue and it was loud. Sound liked a Snorlax was in the room! Jess fixed it right away.

Room was fine, beds were comfortable, breakfast could use some work. Orange juice ran out two of the days, no protein the last day of our stay, just eggs and some potato thing. Would be nice to have sausage or bacon as part of the staple offerings.

Overall, a pleasant experience. The pool gets crowded quickly, the breakfast is just so-so and the parking lot fills up pretty quickly as well. Nothing unacceptable that isn’t an issue at some other locations as well.
