Excellent location, basically in the heart of Kutaisi, Great hotel staff, good size of Rooms with AC and TV, fast speed Wi-Fi internet, private attached bathroom, good value hotel for a budget stay, I really highly recommend this place to all visitors who decide to stay in Kutaisi....

Upon arrival the hostess was unaware of the reservation. The closet in my room was full of blankets and I got one broken hanger for the stay:) In the bathroom, the bath trap was full of dirt and the water was easily accumulating above. Hot water was difficult to be regulated and cold water wasn't flawing easily. No bed lamps were available and balcony doors were hard to close.

Comfy and modest inn, that gives a real flavor of life in Kutaisi. Tamaria, my host, was the most hospitable and welcoming, always friendly and so helpful. Nice location next to the white bridge and the El depot restaurant for 24 hour dumplings. I would recommend a stay here for a real Georgian experience!

The hotel is good enough for its price, location is great, room was clean, towels were provided.

Pay attention to the fact that wi-fi wasn't good enough in my room, during the day I was unable even to connect so if you are going to work - have a plan B. I used mobile internet instead of wi-fi.

Large room, excellent view of bridge area from bedroom window, central Kutaisi, TV, soft double bed, generous and friendly family. Thank you for a pleasant two nights stay! I definitely recommend staying here if you are in Kutaisi!

The room was alright and comfortable. There is also a balcony which is nice. Very good air condition.

It wasn't that clean in the room and the shower was confusing. The towels smelled a bit sour (not fresh).
