- The biggest room with the biggest balcony I've ever stayed in - Great location - The owners were helpful and polite - The room is very clean and cozy - You can do your laundry for free - Great value for money I stayed for 5 days and strongly recommend the place.

- The mattress seemed old and very soft (if the person next to you moves, the mattress shakes like a jelly) - The shower curtain does not prevent the bathroom from getting wet These 2 items above was the reason for the place to not get a 10

It's our first time in Georgia but the house we're in feels like home, the host was able to confirm the time of arrival even if it's very late (in which some of the hotels we booked told us to cancel the reservation if we won't reach on time) the rooms was huge, and it's super comfy. We even cooked in the kitchen and do our thing, overall the best stay we had. The location is superb, the host is so accommodating, the room is great, it is all worth it.

Nothing at all

Huge room on the top floor of Giorgi's house on a quiet street 2 blocks from the White Bridge, with a couple of antiques and a large covered terrace. Nice to sit on the terrace with a cup of coffee or tea listening to the river and watching people crossing the bridge. Giorgi is very knowledgeable about the history of Georgia and Kutaisi and our discussion was insightful.

This is not a hotel, so no breakfast available. Plenty of cafes nearby though. A couple of small issues in the bathroom that will be resolved.

A really nice guesthouse in Kutaisi. An extremely spacious room with a lovely balcony. The hotel is very close to the centre of the town (walkable) and on a quiet street, which made the stay very peaceful. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. It was hot when we stayed, but the air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable during the night. Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of my most memorable stays ever. Giorgi is an outstanding host whose hospitality and generosity is unparalleled, probably because he genuinely enjoys everything he does -- and it shows! It was a joy to listen to him share about his life, his beloved winery, his love for Kutaisi...he simply exudes joy and enjoyment -- the best!! He kindly gave my friend and I a tour to nearby areas, and even took me to the bus station the day before my departure so I could get tickets in advance, for which I am eternally grateful. The room itself was also magical -- i could not have expected to find a grand piano in the room, yet it turned out to be the perfect thing I needed for this stay, and brought so much magic. The bed was comfy, the room spacious, hot water worked fine always, AC worked perfectly, location within easy walking distance to city center -- everything is perfect and beyond. My entire time here has been magical and an unexpected surprise. Thank you so much Giorgi for everything. I will be back!!

I really like this guesthouse. This is a very comfortable place with big and light room. The balcony here is an amazing place to while away the evening. The room looks authentic, but it's very clean and everything is in good condition. It was always a pleasure for us to come back and rest here. Giorgi, the guest house owner is very nice, educated and hospitable person. He is very pleasant to talk to and he tries really hard to make your stay very pleasant and comfortable. I am very pleased with this place and would like to come back again

Temo (our host) was the best host ever. He gave us a very informative tour of the city, was very attentive to us, helped us get tickets to Mestia, and overall made our experience in Kutaisi really really nice. The place itself is clean, comfortable, looks very bohemian and is well kept. Our room was huge and beautiful. Great location! Totally recommend it!

Loved everything about it

We liked Giorgi’s house very much! Giorgi is so kind and hospitable! the room is very beautiful, big, clean, with nice terrace, the beds are very comfortable. we stayed one night, but we will keep our beautiful memories about staying in this house. also Giorgi showed us beautiful places near Kutaisi! thank you sooo much! I hope I return once again!

Giorgi is an amazing host! Great communication, always quick to respond and will happily offer to take you to wherever you need to go. We spent a brilliant day with him touring all the sites around Kutaisi, including the amazing Soviet era spa town of Tskaltubo. The room and the balcony are huge and the place has a lovely homely feel. Giorgi's dog is adorable too. The guesthouse is in a really peaceful area but just a few minutes walk to the centre, with some great cafes and restaurants close by.

There's nothing we didn't like, we thoroughly enjoyed both our stays. Breakfast would be a huge bonus but as above, there are plenty of great cafes close by.

Giorgi is an amazing host. In addition to a beautiful, spacious room with a tarrace and a view of the city center and the White Bridge, he offered his time. He showed us beautiful places in Kutaisi and also took us to the impresive surrounding canyons, caves and waterfalls. He showed us absolutely amazing abandoned sanatorium. And the wine!!! - it was also philosophical journey! Thank you Giorgi once again! Tomek already misses chess meetings :D
