The staff were friendly, the bed was super comfortable. The room was clean, all facilities worked. The room was with unusual design which we liked. The hotel has a bar where we had a light breakfast, convenient. The location is about 20-25 minutes walk from the train station, very close to the downtown. We took the tram to go to the beach. There are bike parkings everywhere around, very easy to rent. Charmed with The Hague.

The windows look over the road with the trams passing by. The hotel provides earbuds but they are not really comfortable, luckily I had my own, so I had a quiet night.

I really liked the original design and how cozy the atmosphere is. It was nice that they have a kitchen where i could make myself food. the "capsules" were so cute and simple, overall the place is really well conditioned so the sleep was comfortable and nice. also the other guests were nice and tried to stay quiet.

one small negative would be that through the curtain, air conditioning doesn't really feel, so it can get a bit hot sometimes, but if you make a slit/hole, then it feels and the capsule gets cool fast. Also they give you lockers, but you have to buy lock yourself

It was the first time I stayed in a capsule dorm and I really liked it. Even in a mixed room there is privacy, the space is comfortable and enough for a good night's sleep. The hostel staff are very helpful and friendly, the common areas are clean and well organized. Good shower, with a shelf and hooks to hang things. The reception area is very nice too. The location has good public transport connections and even walking it is easy to get to many places. Would definitely stay again!

As the tram passes right in front, there is a bit of noise at night, but still nothing too disturbing.

Very nice apartment, large and spacious, high ceilings, kids bunk bed with starlight ceilings is such a great add-on for families, nice kitchen, very kind and helpful staff. Not too loud even though it is conveniently placed on a main street. Very good coffee in the lobby. Can definitely recommend.

Some of the decor was rather tasteless, like the plastic gasoline bottles as flower vases, and this kind of kitchy taste. I think the whole accommodation would give a whole other lever og impression with more tasteful decoration. But it did not at all take away from the convenience of the apartment, which is in excellent condition, very charming, typical dutch highhouse, overall very nice. The kitchen could have some basic items, like salt and pepper, coffee, etc.

Everything about it is very welcoming, the place itself and the staff! In the female dorm, the beds are very comfortable and there's enough space for everyone in the room. Also, the shower inside the room was definitely a plus for me!

The only thing that kinda bothered me was that any time a new person checked in in the room, they just entered right away (accompanied by a person from the staff). Simply knocking before entering would be desirable, as there are already other people in the room, but that's the only critique I have! :)

My wife was experience some hip and knee pain that was exacerbated by airport travel and walking The Hague. When we reached Will and Tate and they showed us the stairs to our room and she was almost in tears. The staff quickly assessed the situation and found a ground floor room that was GORGEOUS and comfortable. And the bed was the most comfortable bed we found across Europe. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. I wish I had caught the names of those two staff members who helped us. I would love to send a note to the owner about how good they were to us. I cannot recommend a better accommodation in The Hague.

This place so exceeded my expectations that I have nothing to discount in the experience.

Overall a very nice hostel with friendly and helpful staff. There is a kitchen available untill midnight and the shower block is modern and clean. The pod dorm is really nice with a private curtain. For the female traveller I highly recommend the female dorm! It is cozy and has its own bathroom.

The triple bunk room without a window is like a prison cell. They have much nicer room types available so as a piece of advice, spend a little more money and give yourself some comfort with a different room type!

A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, an excellent lobby with top-notch facilities, outstanding high-speed internet, and a very clean and well-equipped kitchen that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Whether you are traveling alone or with your family, you will truly feel the security, friendly environment, and unforgettable atmosphere of this hostel.

Everything was excellent, and there was nothing negative. A completely satisfying experience that I highly recommend to everyone.

Excellent location in front of a tram stop which services several of the city's main lines. Very easy to get almost anywhere in the city from here, including to and from the central station. Staff were excellent, and the rooms were clean. There are plenty of common areas. They will also store luggage before and after your stay for free, which is very convenient. They also give each guest an illustrated map of the city noting important locations for sightseeing, groceries, etc. Overall, a great value stay and convenient way to see The Hague and the Netherlands.

It might have been different in other rooms (each room has a different theme and design), but in the Monumental Room, there were not outlets on each bed. Only one power strip extender was available, which was inconvenient and also potentially not fire safe when everyone's phones and the room fan are all plugged into the same strip. However, this hostel did have very good fire mitigation compared to other hostels I've stayed at, including regularly testing smoke detectors, so that balances it out a bit.

It was incredibly well located, many attractions on my list were at walking distance but also tram station at the door if I didn't want to walk (mostly when I arrived and departed with my luggage). The convenience of being able to have FULL use of the kitchen to store and cook my food saved me money from eating out. But MOST of ALL the FRIENDLINESS of the staff, specially for a woman traveling alone, made me feel at home. Thanks Marta, Danilo, Pedro, Savvas and many others that I don't remember the name.

The Internet could be a bit faster at times, sometimes I had to wait for loading pages a bit. I guess a lot of people using it at the same time, Nothing that kept me from doing what I needed. To be honest the worst part was leaving, I hope to be back in the future and HIGHLY recommend it !
